The ladies that was working was amazing and went above and beyond what their duties are. My nephew and I was playing and I had dropped and lost my wedding ring. Angelica stopped what she was doing to help me find my wedding ring. Thankfully she found it for me. I asked for a hug as I was crying and freaking out. This place is a joke! One it's disgusting looks like it has not been cleaned in years. And to top that the prices are ridiculous and the staff is rude. They also make you buy there socks even if you come with sticky socks from another play place any way to get more money. Safety is lacking in the play structure. Things falling apart! The customer service is pretty terrible. The lady in the front seems she hates her job and very impatient with the us. She didn't even smile for a single time and very grumpy when I ask questions. I booked a party for my eight year old granddaughter I called ahead to make sure everything would be OK. Told us to be there at 2:30 when we arrived nobody would help us. We had no idea where to put the presents the cake where are the tables at. how do we get our wristbands? How do we get the socks cost me $460 to be treated like I was a second class citizen. Our pizzas were late and I kept having my guest asked me. Where is the pizzas? Where is the cake? The server only came over to deliver the pizzas late and to deliver water. I had to ask somebody to please go get the cake I had to go up and asked for paper plates we kept having to ask for everything Total waste of time and money to be embarrassed and treated so poorly. It was our First time there and it was the best experience we ever had in a trampoline park thanks in huge part to the Cherie,a wonderful employee who works there. The first thing she did was welcome us and she even helped my kids with their socks.The play areas were clean and well kept which was also a result of her diligent effort. we could see that whenever she wasn't taking care of a customer she was busy cleaning and taking care of different maintenance projects. She would often off suggestions and ideas for us to make the most of our time and try out all the different fun things to do. On 06/17/22 at around 10 am, I brought my 6 year old grandson into this place. All I can say it was awesome!! The play area had so much from slides to trampolines, to sleds in it. I had taken him to the place off 83/bell but what I wanted was a place he physically had to do more than just video games or riding around bumper cars. They do however have a small amount of arcade games in the back. There's rock climbing, rope climbing, and merry go rounds. The staff is excellent and helpful. The front desk lady even had purple hair to match (I loved it). At the price they charge I'll definitely be bringing back the grandbaby (too bad he lives in Kansas). I recently had the most exhilarating experience at a The Rush Fun Park! I visited this fun park, and it was an absolute thrill from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Cherie and Rae. The best costumer service I have ever received!!! They have a huge jungle gym that me and my friends just can't get enough of, they have an obstacle course that is actually challenging, foam pits, trampolines, basketball, and so much more! They had so many activities too. The place doesn't stink like most trampoline parks, the bathrooms smelt so good . The food is pretty good, I hate pizza but that was by far some of the best pizza I've ever had. read more

My kids new favorite spot to play! They are ages 4, 6 and 7. Altitude on Indian School is closed at the moment but this place is better and has more variety, though a little pricier. I have gone 3 times in 2021 and it is always clean. It just opened this year. The bathrooms are new and spotless. Most parents wear masks but kids don't which follows the science. It is spacious and easy to stay 6 feet away from someone. Or just Do Not Go if worried about Covid because it does not appear the Covid Cops are on patrol here. The ball shooters DO work and have worked every time I visited. The snack bar is cheap and has the basics plus $10 pizza plus the sitting area is right by the main attractions. I even bring my own snacks and drinks and the staff says nothing. There are message chairs for $5 which I love and always use. There is an obstacle course, plastic slides, games, air hockey, climbing wall, trampolines, dodgeball areas. I just wish they offered memberships because right now I pay almost $60 for 1 visit with 3 kids. read more

The thing that's good about this place is that it's good for birthday parties and easy. The bad part is you pay for 15 jumpers for the party and it comes with two pizzas. That's one slice each. Extra pizzas are like 20 dollars each. You do get a room for your party and they "decorate" for you but that really just means plastic table cloths and plates and napkins. The kids enjoy it and it's good for them to run around. So that's the good part I guess. Also, half of the arcade games are broken. read more

Now, you have to watch out for exposed nails, play areas that are held together with duct tape and sharp plastic ties. Tables are sticky. Looks like they don't clean anymore. This place is pretty pricey, most indoor playgrounds allow you to bring your own grippy socks or even ones from other places like Uptown jungle, not here you have to pay the extra $5 and change for them. For my three kids and the socks it was a whopping $81. The place was super dirty A LOT of wear and tear but it needs some sprucing up. My kids had a blast, which is the 3 stars... I've been to a ton of places like this one the toddle area was very dark, hardly anything for my two year old to do on his own. One of the worst fun parks in the valley. I purchased a Groupon and ended up paying more by the time I got there. There is an added fee for Groupon and in order for me to go on with my toddler I needed to pay an additional $18. The park itself was dirty and out of date. I wanted to love this place. I paid for 2 all day passes. We did not stay long. The day we went it smelled of mildew. Both bathrooms were closed in the back and flooded (again, paid for two all day passes and was not told that my 3 year old had no access to any bathroom) There was a bucket to catch water dripping into the toddler area. I get that these things happen. But, if your place smells of mildew, that's a public health issue. You don't have to take your shoes off inside if you're not participating. So all the areas consequently are dirtier with kids and adults bringing the dirt from the floor into the play areas. This could be a great place if they really, really cleaned it and kept it clean. My kids LOVE this place. We have the monthly membership and it's the only way to go! It's super cheap and the kids can come and go as they please. Sometimes we come 2-3 times in one day. They have a new pizza, the crust I. Stuffed with cheese and the outside of the crust has garlic and Parmesan cheese. This place used to have more people and now lately it's been reduced down a lot. Could be because of the price or how they're still "under construction" is some areas. I rather go to another place where my child can have a better atmosphere with children than playing alone here. And yes Corrie, you do have that offer on Monday-Thursday 0900-1200 for $8. The toddler area where the one-year-old played had chewed up skittles, trash, spills and other food all over the place. The bathrooms Had dried urine all over the floors, no soap and the trash cans were full. My 11 and 12-year-old found half eaten God knows how old pizza and a rotten apple in the slide tunnels. The carpets were filthy and unvaccummed a Capet cleaning machine sat plugged in in the middle of the floor untouched the entire time we were there. Please note: No one is asked to wear a mask And no safety protocols are followed I sent an email to the GM and have yet to get a reply. 1 star is too generous! read more

The "manager" yelled at a younger staff member in front of us, was on her phone, and talking poorly about other staff, very demeaning. They charged me $4 for a 16.9oz water bottle. I will say this place is not very safe, especially the ball pit. In the ball pit there was trash, it was barely filed at all, and the worst part about it was that the padded mats at the bottom were coming off so when I jumped in I landed on rock solid floor it was not fun. The wallpaper was peeling and the floor was ripped here or there and we found blood on one of the blocks and that was the end of the block pit for me. There was no staff at all except for the front desk and multiple stuff was closed off I'm hoping that rush extreme will be better read more

No one answers the phones, no matter which department you chose. No calls back to plan a party. Even the general manager doesn't answer phones or respond to messages. Not a great way to "manage" or inspire folks with kids to visit your facility. If you cant be bothered with the parents concerns or needs, why would we let our children go there. read more

We have been bringing our granddaughter to this location for 2 years. From the age of 3 to 5 and she loves it. She isn't a sitnon the couch kind of kid so when she needs to get tired, we bring her here. It's under knew management now so it's even better. Cherie, Yaseen, Corey and Anela are the best crew I've seen here. The place is clean, as clean as it can be with kids of all ages running around doing their worst. The damage that used to be present has been fixed and they are truly trying to make this place an enjoyable family fun place. We had a birthday party here last year and every kids had a blast! Even some of the parents had fun. I've spent countless hours here, 2, 3 even 4 nights a week and my granddaughter never grows tired of it. Good place. My kids absolutely love it. They could run around here all day if I'd let them. Only thing I would change/add is more supervision from the staff in some areas such as the obstacle course in the back left corner, the trampoline area and that fun looking orange slide with the sleds. There is a lot of rude and undisciplined kids doing dumb and potentially dangerous stuff in those areas (not the parks fault though). The park was ok. The problem was when they told me that I could not get on the equipment unless I paid. My child is 6 and likes it when I am there to help. I would think that they would want parents to go around with the kids to help with safety, and after being so strict on the waiver it is confusing. The Rockwall is especially fun and also they have a cotton candy machine where you can make your own design and that was extremely fun! their game room is also fun it is definitely worth the visit.
