My favorite part was the "build your own charcuterie" option (though I didn't partake, I loved the idea). I always want something cheesy to nibble on when I am at a brewery and being able to choose your own tidbits for a charcuterie is an excellent idea. For the beers, I tried their Northern Logger, which I loved, and their Pilsner which was okay, but a little heavy. Their storefront shop is cool too; you can get anything from standard logo-pint glasses to even a blue yoga mat and long johns with their logo on it. You can also get all of their beers in various sizes, from a single can to a Growler and everything in between. We grabbed a four-pack of their Northern Logger to take back home with us to Minnesota. I hope I return to TBay soon, and especially hope this was not my last visit to this brewery!
