Omg I haven't done my monthly visit here in awhile. ECO Thrift always have three different…read morediscount color tags , one for 25%, 50%, & 75%! I came here just to browse because I always find good quality and sometimes brand new name brand items. The cashiers work extra hard to keep the checkout lines down. The clothes are organized to their best ability by sizes, women's, men's, infants, children's, youth, electronics, toiletries, and boutique. I even found new toys for my fur babies I truly believe this place is a hidden gem located in San Bernardino. And yes they have very friendly security guards who tell you, "Hello how are you" "Thank you." The workers walking around filling up the racks with more goodies. They don't mind answering questions, concerns and lots of patience with unruly children. Parking lot is kinda of unlimited and shared with another business next door but I always have a way to park! Come in and visit it's not bad at all and guarantee you will find something good!

Eco thrift gets crazy packed. Thank goodness they have air…read moreconditioning because its rip in here. Smells like old stuff for sure lol. This place made me so dang itchy. Our teens found a few cool items but to be honest a lot of the stuff is way overpriced. Also make sure you triple check your items before purchasing because...I found a bunch of jeans with huge holes in them and they were still pricing them a 15 bucks. Especially the ladies jeans with huge holes in the thigh area. So most definitely check due to their no exchange no refunds clause. Overall it's ok but you really gotta hunt for the good items. Employees were ok. Checkout is a machine that takes cash or cards.

I looooove this location! Thank you to the wonderful staff who don't pull color of the week items…read moreoff the racks before the sales start. It's so easy to find discounted tags here. Today, I walked out with a cart full of clothes that were $2 each. At other locations, I'm lucky if I find 1 or 2 discounted items. The managers seem like they genuinely want to move their inventory instead of just marking everything up as much as they think they can get away with. The manager who helped check me out today was so sweet and kind. She even went the extra mile to apply the student discount for me. The pricing is extremely fair. Reminds me of pre-COVID thrifting. Ever since the grand reopening they've been getting some good brands! I scored some Uggs for $6, Spanx leggings for $2, and there were a couple different North Face for $6-$10. The only thing I'd suggest working on is better organization by size. As you can see in the picture all sizes are jumbled up even though the dividers indicate they do try to organize by size. It's probably shoppers who are putting clothes back randomly, which sucks, but hey, guests are gonna be guests. Other locations do seem better at staying on top of that issue-- but overall, not a big deal if you're not pressed for time.

I had the pleasure of having Rosa ring me up and she is just a doll! She made sure I found everything ok and was so sweet. I will definitely continue to come here thanks to her.
