Also really high price tags for mostly extremely used items. I remember thrift shop's being reasonably priced and way better stuff. Like 50 cents to no more than 10 bucks for clothes. Household items being 5 bucks to no more than 100. The price tags on some of the clothes was outrageous for being used. Like 6 bucks for raggedy shirts and 20 bucks for raggedy jeans. I'm all for recycling and reusing but come on. I still got my kids what they wanted but seriously could have went to Burlington and bought brand new for the same price. My only reason for not just leaving is that I know the Goodwill gives a lot back to many communities and persons in need. I know my kids will want to come back because they're into this thrift shop thing right now. As for me I wouldn't return.

From food, clothing, shoes, blankets, assistance in obtaining a job, a place to live, toys, appliances and so much more. She puts in hours of work giving of herself without blinking and eye. Her heart is filled with helping others in her community and it fills her with joy doing so. She's amazingly contributing selflessy and I want to personally commend her efforts for doing all this for others.

Most are single moms struggling to make…read moreends meet... but want to give their kids something for Christmas So we adopted a little girl.... This is the location for drop off.... While I was there I saw a number of bins allocated for this cause.....But the bins are not full yet and we only a few days to go until Christmas....many children & family's are hoping for a helping hand.... Julie Anna told me the program started in her home....She also said some of the people they help are victims of crime.... many different kinds of help are needed.... The building is overwhelming inside....Not sure where one area starts and the next ends... but Julie Anna knows.... She is very friendly and willing to explain what they do there..... it looks like she could use some help.....she was all alone there when I stopped by on Saturday .... My first impression is .... Needs are being met in the community...... they're Trying to keep people fed, clothed, sober and SAFE.. I don't live in this area but I can see the need here....and will make an effort to drive here to give her my future donations.....

We got to stay there for free, which was incredible due to being right across the street from our son in the NICU. The staff there were kind and very empathetic to our situation, and we got to meet other parents/families who were going through similar struggles. It's a place most people don't know fully about, but when you or someone you know has a child in the NICU, it's amazing that there is this place called the Inland Empire Ronald McDonald House; a place to call home away from home.

They don't advertise their volunteer events so highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a team bonding or volunteer outing event. They need more volunteers to help with making breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They accept item and monetary donations too. Every donation helps this location non-profit.
