Happy 420 yall... so I went to the sanctuary for the 420 deals and it was buy 2 get 3 of the Wyld brand gummies and after driving there and waiting about 20 minutes as soon as we get inside I asked is it only the Wyld brand for the 420 deals.. and then the lady said all the deals are done it ended 20 minutes ago ! This was the first time I tried this place. It was professional they took my id and sent me back. They called it back, it seemed very secure and safe. The workers were ready to work they only let in a few people at a time. They didn't have my order ready but that's ok. He was an easy fix. Three days ago I walk in, intending to be a new and repeating customer, especially as this dispensary is only minutes from my home. While I am being introduced to the receptionist etc. she tells me they have this thing where if they don't deliver to you in 90 minutes then you get your order for $.90 or $.99 whatever. So today (2nd encounter) I ask for a delivery since I couldn't leave. So I order, and I'm waiting it's definitely later than 90 minutes when the delivery person showed up (SHE was at least nice and apologetic! Amazing!) so I complain and get to the manager who then wants to say oh that only applies to areas such as Citrus Heights, Arden, etc., so... you can make it to Citrus Heights in 90 Mins but be LATE to a home 12 min away?? Umm So either this is a F*** you promotion for being too local or it's your typical poorly planned "I've never worked customer service but let me start a business to scam people" mistake. Classless. Id I wasn't verbally told this information two days prior the waiting time wouldn't even be the part that bothered me. However, You can't have a rule or promotion where you can supposedly make it to all these farther places in 90 minutes but you can't make it around the corner? That should be the real promotion. Advertising this is also probably an illegal business practice since I have to apparently lace the owners/managers boots myself. Anyway they have horrible customer service and obviously don't care about their customers nor do they honor the poorly thought out, unclear and vague promotions they "say" they offer. Even if it was explained right, it does. Not. Make. Sense. Anyway I'm glad I didn't have to deal with this situation for long. Hopefully they can use this situation to put a little Tegridy into their "promotions" and responses and interactions with NEW customers. I'd love to say more but the situation embarrassing enough. So yeah, FYI you have to live FAR from the club for the 90-2 hr minute rule? (Also apparently it's not a set time it's vague, even better of a promotion lmfao) but hey If you live close eat a glizzy because they don't care about you lol. They are not honest about their 90 mins for 90c deal. Multiple times they promised it only to give excuses like "somebody else must have told you, but they were wrong" Today we placed an order and on the confirmation call they told us the 90 minute rule was active. We called 90 minutes later to double check if we'd be getting it for 90c to the same employee who told us it's not actually active. I understand when it isn't active due to weather or low drive count, but I draw the line at telling us it's active at checkout and then telling us it just seems to not be active anymore after 90 minutes. Also please double check your strain types for cartridges. It's disheartening to buy a sativa and find out it arrived as an indica. read more

So haven't been here in a minute, decided I would go check them out again. So I get there and zero parking and the "express lots were open" I figured I would park there since I already knew what I wanted. So here comes dude with some ego on him or just a plain ol hater wanna flex. And I'll explain why. So Drake comes up and asks questions if I was there for an express pick up, I said no but I explained that I'll be quick. He's said I can't park there (1) I'm the Express dude parking lot attendant. So I moved my car and quickly again realized there's no parking, so I turned to dude where should I park, his reply was (2)"park out there" like everyone else... So I've been here when they have had famous local Celebs swing by, those people don't park everywhere else.. just saying. If you want to apply that logic it should be for everyone else, but they gotta d*ck ride for some clout... anyway (3) after all that.. he want to mention that I sped away too fast that I almost hit him.. What? Dude was at least a car length away from me..?!? I looked back at him and I said "you're looking for problems where there isn't any, again he was still staring and I repeated myself. I even asked him if he would want me to pull the video from my car.. all he can say is "Its okay Sir, no problems Sir.. while security dude was telling him to calm down. Wtf? You asked me to move, I moved, you asked me to park on the street and I was already doing it but you still have something slick to say? So I get inside. Waiting for my turn, (4) dude walks in front of me, like there's space behind me but he chose to be on some disrespectful attitude. At this point I'm like laughing, he's really trying... So I picked out my stuff, people inside are very professional, all smiles friendly and was very efficient. I even had a brother total up my stuff before I went to the atm, again super helpful. So just waiting at this point to get rang up, here comes (5) Drake with his feelings coming from the back, now he's just staring, so stared at him right back, then he goes to pretend fix some stuff kinda next to me, I'm like say something if you got a problem. He finally left to go back to playing Day Day at the lot... I'm sure he was prolly in the back lookin at cameras talkin the most shit... prolly even looked up my info all I gotta say is quit hating on people that support your business that gets you paid. So there you have it. At least 5 instances of hate please someone give him some flowers on me... I'm serious, let me know when I'll come by and pay for it.. he needs to relax... ... on a side note, I've had my car sideswiped in that neighborhood before, hit and run so I'm a bit paranoid street parking anywhere, you just don't know what people have gone through. I walked in knowing I wanted to try edibles, 1 for daytime use and 1 for nighttime use, but I didn't know anything else. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and confident and was able to find 2 products for me. The nighttime was perfect, though a little light, which was exactly what I asked for as a newbie. The daytime wasn't for me, as it made me a little dizzy. I went back a 2nd time and met with a you d woman who wasn't as confident, but still seemed knowledgeable and was able to find something a bit stronger for me for nighttime that is perfect, and something for daytime that is equally perfect. Oh, and the girl at the front desk is so friendly and always has a big smile, and it was the same security guard both times that had also a big, gorgeous smile! Awful!!! Gave this another try since it's close to me, but the flower is just crap. Also, and even worse, bought some pre rolls and got home and they were all limp and falling apart. I called Sanctuary to see if I could return them , they said....and I shit you not.....We hear that alot, maybe you can just re roll them? Great customer service right? I guess there's a reason they have to give such huge discounts, even with that the place is empty, and has very little in stock. Do yourself a favor and find another dispensary. read more

Last review I posted was about how they constantly advertise deals on their site that DO NOT EXIST when you actually go to the store (then they do not honor them.) It's not just deals that have been "sold out", which they like to claim, now they are using typos as an excuse LOL. A TYPO ALL DAY!!! Funny how no other dispensary has that problem? Thought I'd give this place another try because they had edibles for $5. Oh wait - it was just another typo! You will waste your time here. Plus they are EXTREMELY over priced. It's just a ploy to get you inside to spend $$$ on MID. The supervisor /manager actually said how "they didn't even know the deal was up" ?!?? Bonus points for the supervisor/manager guy who I thought was going to help me, but instead was just extremely rude and condescending. read more

Pretty average dispensary. Don't bother with the bundle deals unless you don't care about the quality of your bud. If it's a bundle of 3 1/8ths you're guaranteed 2 of those 1/8ths to be basically lawn trimmings and one that's decent so they can move their garbage.
