Staff were very friendly and our server constantly checked in on us and was super helpful when we were ordering and had questions about items on the menu. They have a space to eat outside and the weather was perfect so we took advantage of that. I was so excited to be able to eat a diary free/ egg free pizza! We came right at opening due to having a toddler so it was completely empty. We sat outside because it was a beautiful day. We were able to let our toddler play in the grass and play with the cornhole boards and then enjoyed great food. I do wish the pepperoni rolls had more flavor but they were great and hot. Love love the outdoor seating at The Wedge. Benches were wide enough for both my family and our friends. Also ample space for my kids to run and move around if they wanted to. The staff also brought some toys out for the kids which we loved. Got here on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm. Place was not packed but there were people there. We placed our orders and got them I would say in about 10 to 15 minutes. Pizzas were great definitely hit the spot. There is parking infront of The Wedge as well as on the street. The pepperoni rolls, however, are my favorite thing on the entire menu. A must-have every time I come here. Huge fan of the pizzas, the wood-fire oven makes a huge difference. I'm a pizza connoisseur and try to eat vegan but a lot of times I have to be flexible at pizza places. We've been here twice visiting OKC on two occasions a year apart and this place is great! The vegan cashew ricotta and crust and we asked for red sauce--everything was perfect. We are here for a second day and I hope to get back over there tonight. Bravo!! We came on a Saturday around lunch time and it was pretty empty. We started off with some drinks, they had $3 mimosas on the weekend which was a great deal. We ordered the garlic knots and a small prosciutto pizza with gluten freee crust. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. Service was fast and friendly. My husband and I were in there on Saturday, April 25. We were in OKC so he could run the Memorial Marathon. We had our first date at this location 13 years ago and we both had fond memories of our time there. We were looking forward to revisiting this location. To say it was disappointing is an understatement. To start, we ordered the garlic knots. They were borderline burnt, yet doughy on the inside. I mistook the doughiness for cheese in the beginning. He ordered the Napoli, which he could not even eat. It was dry, the chicken was practically non-existent, and the nuts were burnt. I ordered the American Pie which was decent. I ended up giving it to him so he could at least have something to eat. At one point I ordered a margarita to at least help the poor dining experience. I am 100% sure I was brought a limeade. There's no way any alcohol made its way into that glass. Oh but you bet we were charged the $8 for that drink. All in all it was one of the worst experiences we have had in a restaurant as far as the food goes. Our waitress was good. Very polite and responsive. We considered voicing our complaints before we left, but the restaurant had become quite busy and we are both pretty non-confrontational so we just paid and left. I wasn't going to leave a review, but the more I think about it the more upset I become about how disappointed we were in a place that we were so looking forward to. read more

Tried some dinner at the Wedge to meet up a friend. The place was spacious and somewhat empty when we arrived at 7 - the reason for 4 stars is because despite being empty inside, we were asked to be seated on the patio because they had a party come in. It seemed like there were a lot of tables to accommodate two people but fine, we went outside. The other issue was that it was a tad bit cold outside so that's also another reason for the 4 stars. I sadly didn't get any pictures of the food but I ordered a large half BBQ chicken pizza and a half brisket pizza. The BBQ chicken was delicious - mostly due to the actual sauce which is Head Country. The brisket was good as well but the meat was a tad dry. Ordered some knots as well and I wished they were a little more garlicky. They were definitely buttery but just a tad more garlic flavor would have set it over the top. Overall, nice pizza place for wood fired pizza. Fresh dough and cheese. Hopefully if you decide to go, a party isn't expected and you're expected to sit outside. read more

We could not have asked for a better place to dine in after a long 3 hour drive. This place was super close to our hotel too which made it very convenient. We ordered a large pizza with mushrooms, spinach, and olives for 3 people and then the hubs ordered a small vegan pizza (since he can't have dairy). You need to wait a bit for the pizza as they make the pie to order but everything came out at the same time. The pizza was hot, quite a fair amount of cheese!, and crust had bubbles (IMO, the make of a great crust). We didn't mind the wait since they were playing bob ross painting videos on the tv! This is a great restaurant to gather for friends, family, or solo. The atmosphere is really warm and the staff very friendly. We'll be back the next time we're in Bricktown. read more

Best pizza ever. My wife got the margherita pizza and I got the boom brisket pizza. The place was hopping and we sat at the bar watching all the food go in and out of the oven. I think the managers name is Bobby he was great, our waitress was great and the cook was awesome. He gave us marinara without us having to ask our waitress because we talked about it. Then we saw someone order the cinnamon bites so we got them and we weren't disappointed. We also got the garlic bites and could eat them all day. You can use the marinara on the soggy crust for the wedge bread. If the toppings do stay on, don't get excited. Bland part skim mozzarella, no flavor pepperoni - was I suppose to add flavor? Very disappointed in this experience, as I was excited based on the reviews. I brought my dog and specifically chose this place for it having a dog friendly patio... however the reviews failed to mention the staff aren't dog friendly. Yes there was a cute water bowl by one table, but the server never even acknowledged my dog, offered water, nothing. I was also hopeful when I walked up because I was greeted in a friendly manner and directed to the patio and promised that heaters would be turned on for our comfort.... 10 mins later after I had to ask about the heaters we were informed that where we were sitting in a spot where they don't work. I asked if there was somewhere else we should sit and she simply directed us to another section, didn't even try to help move our items from the table. After I was noticeably struggling, she helped by moving the water bowl, but didn't ask if we were comfortable or anything just left. Once the promised heaters were finally on, we were served very bland food, but we ate in a rush and asked for the check as soon as we could because of the terrible noise they put off. My dog was so upset she kept trying to run from the porch, it literally sounded like it was going to fall down on us with all the banging. Additionally, we were not informed of the specials. I literally ordered the lunch special, just a different size pizza, and they were never mentioned. Only after ordering and looking over my shoulder did I see a huge banner advertising what my server didn't... The only saving grace of this place is its' namesake - PIZZA. The dough is fantastic, the cheese and mushrooms were great. The chew on the crust, the bubbles on the edges and the cook all the way to the middle was perfect. The only reason for two stars instead of one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PIZZA. But the Caesar salad had literally zero flavor and I waited for 10 mins for our server to come back with our entree to be able to ask for pepper. The meatballs were an anomaly - you can physically see so much seasoning and ingredients, but there's literally no flavor. Same with the marinara, it's just dried Italian blend seasoning and jarred pasta sauce... truly underwhelming for how good it all looked, but grateful that the pizza came through.
