Unfortunately, I came in just as they were setting up to open for the day and walked in an hour early before they opened to the public. Staff was welcoming. Owner let me walk about and take it all in. Very friendly group of people. I enjoyed how they spoke to each other with respect and joy and there was a playfulness in their tone that makes me certain when you eat here... you will not just get good food but will have a good time. Restaurant was spotless. It has a warm feel and you get a sense that they are are all about family and friends and making people feel seen and welcomed. It has a great vibe. Oh.... Finally someone asked if I was being helped; gave them my name. They finally brought my order out and it was warm. But they didn't have my Oreo shake ready. Had to wait five minutes for the BARTENDER to make it, and when she did, she didn't even thank me for waiting or apologize about the wait; she just angrily placed it on the counter and left. It looked awfully small to charge me $5.00 for it. Got home a few minutes later and unwrapped the bag to see what supposedly was worth $25. Soggy lettuce wrapped around an overcooked cheeseburger, a limp and pathetic quantity of fries to go with the cheeseburger ( I ordered an extra side of fries; that was pathetic, too. Looked like they were barely cooked). An Oreo shake that looked like it was barely any Oreos in it and they have to nerve to charge people $5.00 for this? I read the reviews for this location as well as the other locations in Ohio and they all seem to have the same issues. I thought I would luck out and have a decent experience; boy, was I wrong.
