A truly wonderful day is when I go to the Scone Pony. The staff is amazing, they go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy. The Scones are the star here obviously but their cakes and pastries are excellent. It's a small place in an off the beaten path but parking is always nearby

The Scone Pony in Spring Lake has a cute ambiance and even better scones. The Scone Pony is more of a grab and go location for fresh baked pastries like scones, cookies, and muffins. I purchased five scones and each one was better than the last. Some of the flavors we tried were: blueberry, chocolate chip, cinnamon chip, vanilla bean, and funfetti. My personal favorites were the chocolate chip and funfetti; and my husband loved the blueberry. The service is always friendly and they do take call ahead orders. My only complaint is that they are closed Monday - Wednesday. Pros: delicious fresh baked scones Cons: limited days open Overall, I highly recommend stopping at The Scone Pony for a delicious pastry.

Tucked away on a side street in Spring Lake's downtown district, this charming bakery is a must visit. The ambience is chic, with some limited outdoor seating. Service was friendly. I ordered two cheesecake/coffee cake combo type pastries (I'm not sure of their name,) and they were incredible. I will definitely return on my next trip to Spring Lake. Love the name of the place, too!

This scone was heaven in my mouth. We ordered before they were closing so they had to make a new batch so we came back and they were even fresher. I got the lemon blueberry and my friend got vanilla. They were still warm and so moist and declious

Truly the best scone I have ever had. I came to the shore on a Sunday and stopped here. I had a mimosa scone. It so so orange-y yet light. I also picked up a cupcake and that was tasty but the scone was the star. They were closed M-W but luckily I was able to stop on my way back in Thursday and get another mimosa scone and some other flavors to try. I'm very sad I didn't get buy a scone every day. My only wish was that they had merch! I didn't see any but would be happy to wear a Scone Pony hoodie or carry a insulated cup with their name and logo.

Really good! Softer than I was imagining but delicious nonetheless. A must try when in spring lake!!

Best place in the area for scones, hands down. Plus, the name of the bakery itself is a win in my book.

Food is great. The service is equally as good. The ambience is fine for a shore town. It's a small place but the staff keep the line moving.

How does the bakery in the largest Irish town on the Irish Rivera not have Hot Cross Buns on Good Friday?

We have combined our 130-year-old recipe with Victorian-themed branding and have created what we believe is a singular dessert experience. Our biscuits are handmade, small batch, artisan baked goods. Each batch is created by hand, and all ingredients hand cut and mixed, and with no machinery, ensuring the integrity of each mouthwatering ingredient.
