My personal favorites were the chocolate chip and funfetti; and my husband loved the blueberry. The service is always friendly and they do take call ahead orders. My only complaint is that they are closed Monday - Wednesday. Truly the best scone I have ever had. I came to the shore on a Sunday and stopped here. I had a mimosa scone. It so so orange-y yet light. I also picked up a cupcake and that was tasty but the scone was the star. What a cool place and you can see all the action happening right there in front of you. They are making scones fresh and they keep coming out of the oven as you order. Get whatever is the most fresh out of the oven. The blueberry scones were my jam. The chocolate chip scones weren't bad. I did find some of the scones kind of dry but maybe they were out too long. Reeeeally buttery soft moist but but not soggy, sweet but not overbearing, crumbly but not dry scones. We had an assortment of three across the fruity vs. normal scones, and each one was a total hit with our family. They're definitely heavy though, so plan to leave a lot of room post-meal or substitute breakfast with one of their scones. They're really good about limiting the number of people in the store at a time for COVID control, but the outdoor area right outside gets crowded because for some reason they do take a while to get your order out to everyone -- which I dunno, I thought they're baked in bulk each morning and ready, so why the delay?
