I went late night on Friday around 10pm and they had a full house! It's best to order ahead and pick up to minimize wait times. If you order at the counter, it will be done on a tablet and that's what will hold up the line. They have plenty of customization choices, but also preset dessert options. I opted for the Dubai chocolate sundae in the mini size. It's still big enough to share, but I didn't lol. Everything was fresh and well put together. I haven't had an ice cream experience that great in years! You can sit inside or outside at one of the tables. But if you'd rather scarf your goodies down in the car, you can do that too. I hope you guys enjoy!

    MINI (12oz) S'MORE

I love the concept behind Scoop N Scootery, and if you're a toppings person, you'll probably enjoy it. I ordered the mini s'mores ice cream with a marshmallow fluff core, caramel, cookie bites, and Rice Krispies treats. They definitely don't hold back--there were honestly more toppings than ice cream. The ice cream itself was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't memorable enough to justify the price. After adding the toppings, my mini ended up costing $16, which felt excessive. I can get better-quality ice cream elsewhere for quite a bit less. One thing that also caught me off guard was the restroom setup--you have to walk through the kitchen to get to it, which felt a little unusual. Overall, it's a fun idea and worth trying once if you love loaded desserts, but between the high price and the average ice cream, I don't see myself coming back. The toppings were the highlight, not the ice cream itself.

    STRAWBERRY BLONDE SUNDAE

YUM! Came on a busy Saturday evening & received my order very quickly (waited maybe 10 minutes or less). Ordered the strawberry blonde & it was soooo good. The small was honestly huge & had more than enough to share between myself & another person. Definitely coming back to try other flavors & sundaes!

I've eaten sundaes from this place twice in the few weeks that they've been open and there is definitely a difference in quality depending on whether you have it delivered or eat it there. Given that they consider themselves in the ice cream delivery business, you would think that they would have packaging that allowed the ice cream to actually get you frozen. The cups provided offer no temperature control at all. So when our sundaes got to us, they were half melted. When the top came off of one sundae, it basically spilled out on the table. Melted ice cream and thick icing and cake to try to scoop through was a complete mess! If they're going to deliver ice cream like that, they need to put it in packaging at least that is larger than the size ordered so that there is some room to actually remove the top and dig in without it spilling out. The next time, I ordered in the store and ate it right there. It was definitely a better experience. The ice cream was thick and frozen and it just worked much better with the toppings and the mix-ins. The ice cream at Scoop N Scootery is not the creamiest and perhaps that is intentional. But, the concept is good and there is a lot of variety. It's a good place to try when you're wanting something a little gluttonous. I wouldn't recommend the cookies though as the chocolate chip one was very oily and the peanut butter cookie lacked flavor. Ice cream taste and consistency - 3 stars Creativity of the sundae combinations - 5 stars Delivery experience - 2 stars

    MINT CITY

Late-night dessert run to The Scoop N Scootery and this place absolutely delivers if you're craving something over-the-top. I ordered the Mint City, and it was exactly what you want from a loaded sundae. The mint flavor was super refreshing--not too artificial--and paired perfectly with all the chocolate mixed in. Every bite had a mix of creamy, crunchy, and rich textures, and they definitely don't hold back on the toppings. One sundae is more than enough for two people!

The wait is officially over, Jacksonville! Get your spoons (and your cameras) ready because The Scoop N Scootery has brought their legendary sundae game to the 904. If you aren't familiar with the lore, this spot started back in 2014 as a late-night delivery truck serving the hungry students at Tufts University up in Boston. Founded by Austin Crittenden, it turned a genius college craving into a full-blown ice cream empire. Now, they've traded the snow for the sunshine, and they're setting up shop right here in Jacksonville. Trust me, these aren't your average grocery store scoops. We're talking high-octane, over-the-top creations that are basically works of art.

    Basic Betty

This ice cream was so good!!! I got the Basic Betty, my husband got the Black heart and my daughter got the cookie butter baby. We all loved them!!! It is so filling and has so many toppings. The whip cream is delish and a mini is so big enough that I saved it for later!! I def recommend going! They have tons of flavors and the sizing is generous. It came out so fast we barely waited 5 minutes! The inside is really cool and they have places to sit outside. Everyone was friendly and smiling:)

Genius idea with a small footprint. Decent ice cream and items put together. Creative but I'm not sure they many anything there fresh. Like they Might bake cookie dough but I think that's it. When we went in no one said hi or even acknowledged us. I ordered and then we waited. They were nice upon handing us own item. Crazy to think that no real interaction before the order on a 12$ ice cream kiddie sized

So nice I've tried it twice! Really enjoyed our first experience at scoop n scootery so had to bring our friends next time we were in Tinseltown. Love that there's multiple ways to order, on the touch screens on your phone. Would love if there were more paper menus available because a lot of people like waiting for the touchscreens to be available. Small amount of seating inside and outside but they also package the food to go so you can bring it straight home. The ice cream itself is insane, so many layers and flavors and ways to customize. I'll also say that as someone who is dairy sensitive, the two times I've come here I've taken a lactaid and had no issues!

We decided to brave grand opening and hope for the best, as soon as we pulled up I knew it was a mistake! lol! The line was all the way around the building, ughhh we waited and waited till we got up there. Good thing we had plenty of time to decide what we wanted. So many choices! These are like ice cream bowls stuffed with toppings in them. The small is huge, we ended up getting ones filled with brownies and cookies with marshmallows cream on top! Yummy! I will say the brownies were nice and soft and we brought half home and was still good a few days later.

    Smokey da bear
    Real 1.

Me and my family tried this place for the first time today, I got the "Smokey da bear" sundae ( pictured below) in the size "Mini". DO NOT GET ANY BIGGER SIZE this is a 12oz cup of ice cream packed with everything else. I completely understand that the whole concept of this place is their crazy sundaes but it's a fine balance of " holy cow there's so many good things in here" and " I'm going to throw up I can't even chew this" and they sadly pushed the latter of the two. In my opinion it's too much, the brownies were underbaked and extremely chewy and not in the good fudge way. There was so much Nutella poured over top that stuck everywhere. ALSO NONE OF THE WORKERS WORE GLOVES. Overall to much to point where it wasn't enjoyable. Sad but true.

Although the spot is quite small and therefore can feel quite crowded, it's definitely worth it! Visited right after open on a Saturday so there was a wait so be prepared depending on when you visit! I had a mini which in my opinion is MORE than enough! So many choices to choose from! The ice cream is super creamy! I love cookie dough and got that as my core and put vanilla buttercream on top! Delicious! The staff wasn't overly friendly but they were definitely busy and since you check out at a kiosk, your interaction with the staff is minimal!

    Redner S.

Wonderful new ice cream shop in the Tinseltown area! This place was packed on a Tuesday and I can see why...diverse array of flavors and a nice cozy spot! Great customer service and easy ordering process. Their ice cream reminded of ice cream cake with the frosting on top and the chunky bites in the middle. I ordered the chocolate brownie ice cream and it was rich and full of flavor. I definitely need to come back to try other flavors! It's dangerous for being down the street from our house.

The food was great, but it took a while to get our food. It didnt seem to be busy, yet they where slow. Im sure if we had our appetizer, we wouldnt have noticed the 45 minute wait. Hubby had the smash burger and fries and all was good. I had a special cocktail called Blue Eyes something that was very refreshing. Elise gave us very good service and as always, I got a piece of Tropical Cake to go, that will last for days. Other than parking being tough, this is a great place for girls days, lunch with the hubby, etc.

It was a little bit of a drive away, near the beach, and there was absolutely no parking on a Friday night. My husband dropped me off and circled while I placed a few to go orders. It was a cute little shop with donuts, shakes, and ice cream. The donuts are not traditional donuts; more like deep fried donut holes that are covered with all kinds of yummy toppings. They're also served nice and hot and in 10 packs. They had lots of cool donut flavors like: Dark Delight, Maple Bacon, , White Tella, and Love U Matcha, The prices range from $8.75 to $9.50 per box. They all sounded yummy; but we decided on Twix Fix, drizzled with caramel, melted chocolate, and cookies, and Lotus Crunch, which was topped with melted Biscoff cookies. Our order was ready in about 5 minutes and the bag of donuts was nice and warm. We ate them when we got back home. They were more chewy and heavier than regular donut holes, but rich and delicious. You could really only eat a few; so a box of 10 is a decent sized dessert for 2 people to share. Lukumades is definitely a very unique donut experience and worth supporting because they're not a huge chain. You'll be glad you tried them....and its worth the drive.

The ham was below average, with one hard bit. My wife didn't like that there was so little pineapple in it. Our Napoleon pastry was pretty good, and I might get it again ($5 for a small one). We both preferred it to the brownie ($4). I don't particularly like brownies, but this one looked particularly appetizing, and the order-taker said it was one of her favorites, so we tried it. That was a mistake. Perhaps I should have tried the mini cream puffs, which are a favorite of mine (3 for $5), instead. Among other things I usually like, they had carrot cake for $7 and a cup of cheesecake for $9 (which seems steep). Their fruit shaped pastries looked beautiful (and a couple next to us said they loved the mango one), but were $12 each. Their fruit-topped Danishes also looked delicious, but weren't available any more at lunch time. They also offer milk shakes and loaded (sweet) croissants.
