Ice cream is my favorite dessert and Scoop N Scootery did not disappoint. I was warned that their ice cream can be intense, especially for one person. But one thing I love about their menu is how many options there is and how customizable they are. There are different sizes and in terms of extras/flavors, you can add as much or little as you want. This is my 3rd time ordering from here and so far, reign of terror is my favorite. Each element compliment each other so well - the chocolate ice cream with the red velvet with the chocolate buttercream. The Oreos add crunch and the homemade whipped cream is high quality and light. Reign of terror can be heavy but it is worth a try! 5 out of 5 for sure. The service is pretty quick, even on their busy nights. The ambiance is okay and seems more suited for take-out. Their only seating is outside and limited, which is in my opinion their only con. The employees are very kind and open to answering questions. I will definitely return! read more

I haven't had an ice cream experience that great in years! You can sit inside or outside at one of the tables. But if you'd rather scarf your goodies down in the car, you can do that too. I love the concept behind Scoop N Scootery, and if you're a toppings person, you'll probably enjoy it. I ordered the mini s'mores ice cream with a marshmallow fluff core, caramel, cookie bites, and Rice Krispies treats. They definitely don't hold back--there were honestly more toppings than ice cream. The ice cream itself was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't memorable enough to justify the price. After adding the toppings, my mini ended up costing $16, which felt excessive. I can get better-quality ice cream elsewhere for quite a bit less. One thing that also caught me off guard was the restroom setup--you have to walk through the kitchen to get to it, which felt a little unusual. Overall, it's a fun idea and worth trying once if you love loaded desserts, but between the high price and the average ice cream, I don't see myself coming back. I've eaten sundaes from this place twice in the few weeks that they've been open and there is definitely a difference in quality depending on whether you have it delivered or eat it there. Given that they consider themselves in the ice cream delivery business, you would think that they would have packaging that allowed the ice cream to actually get you frozen. The cups provided offer no temperature control at all. So when our sundaes got to us, they were half melted. When the top came off of one sundae, it basically spilled out on the table. Melted ice cream and thick icing and cake to try to scoop through was a complete mess! If they're going to deliver ice cream like that, they need to put it in packaging at least that is larger than the size ordered so that there is some room to actually remove the top and dig in without it spilling out. The next time, I ordered in the store and ate it right there. It was definitely a better experience. The ice cream was thick and frozen and it just worked much better with the toppings and the mix-ins. The ice cream at Scoop N Scootery is not the creamiest and perhaps that is intentional. But, the concept is good and there is a lot of variety. It's a good place to try when you're wanting something a little gluttonous. I wouldn't recommend the cookies though as the chocolate chip one was very oily and the peanut butter cookie lacked flavor. So nice I've tried it twice! Really enjoyed our first experience at scoop n scootery so had to bring our friends next time we were in Tinseltown. Love that there's multiple ways to order, on the touch screens on your phone. Would love if there were more paper menus available because a lot of people like waiting for the touchscreens to be available. Me and my family tried this place for the first time today, I got the "Smokey da bear" sundae ( pictured below) in the size "Mini". DO NOT GET ANY BIGGER SIZE this is a 12oz cup of ice cream packed with everything else. I completely understand that the whole concept of this place is their crazy sundaes but it's a fine balance of " holy cow there's so many good things in here" and " I'm going to throw up I can't even chew this" and they sadly pushed the latter of the two. In my opinion it's too much, the brownies were underbaked and extremely chewy and not in the good fudge way. There was so much Nutella poured over top that stuck everywhere. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon after watching their social media for several weeks. We decided to go with a "Mint City" and a "Get Fluffed Up" with hot fudge. Even though they had just opened for the day --2pm -- they were already jammin! Ordering at the kiosk was easy since we already knew what we wanted, but we did see a lot of folks scrolling through the long list of options on the ordering computer. I've been seeing this place all over TikTok and was dying to try this place out! We came on a Saturday night and the place was PACKED! In my mind I guess I was expecting more of a typical ice cream vibe where you could see all the toppings, ice cream, and your sundae being made in front of you but it was so chaotic in there that wasn't possible. I was able to try two flavors - strawberry cheesecake and Oreo which were both delicious but I felt bad wanting to try more bc of how busy it was in there! I placed my order and after 5-10 minutes they packaged my order and handed it to me! I made my own sundae with strawberries, brownie, and Oreo ice cream and my fiance who is not really a sundae person just ordered himself black raspberry ice cream (no toppings crazy lol). The overall presentation was great and the service was smooth and efficient! The price is definitely steep at around $10-11 a sundae but you get a large amount of ice cream! Visited last week on Wednesday. The place was still packed. I got the smallest size sundae which had carrot cake in the center. The combination of the all of the flavors was delicious and decadent. There are so many sundae options it became overwhelming to try and choose. They don't have staff taking orders; you order on a screen which is intimidating when I created a line because of my indecision. I'll probably order online next time. The order was ready in less than 5 minutes. I got the smallest order and I ate off of it for 3 days so come prepared to share. This place caught our eye after we got out of the movies. It was very clean inside as well as bright and airy. Immediately welcomed as soon as we walked in even though it was packed. I believe it was the owner and he asked if we had any questions and also let us know other ways we could order since the tablets were being occupied. He walked over and seemed so happy that his place was so busy. We ordered two ice creams and I got the Thicc Boi and my aunt got the cream and sugar. We waited maybe five minutes for our ice cream, the staff were very nice and let another man know his order was taking a little longer since they had to make more whipped cream. They were very kind and kept up updated on our orders, very organized and overall a positive work environment. The flavors paired so nicely together. The ice cream wasn't bitter or super sweet so it cancelled the sugar from the other toppings and we couldn't put it down. I will say we did get the smallest size and she was a little too big for us to finish but we don't really have a sweet tooth so it could just be us.
