I've driven by this place so many times and never knew exactly what it was until today. A food court but it's all virtual via the giant tablet you use to order your food/drinks. Limited on food, as only a few were open in the morning when I went. Kitchens are in the back for the resultants, the coffee shop was making drinks at the counter. Limited seating inside but plenty of seating outside. Orders don't take long to come out, depending on what you order. The staff I came in contact with were all friendly!

I came to this SCV food hub hall over the weekend to visit two places, Wanna Smash burger and Los Coffeeholics. The food places in here is like a ghost kitchen so you order from the kiosk that will have different vendors to choose from. There only one kiosk to order so if they are busy then you might have to wait a while. I got a smash burger first and then while I was waiting for them to make my food, I ordered a iced chai latte for my wife from Coffeeholics. Both places will announce your name when your order is ready. They have some seating inside but not that much and also outdoor seating as well. There plenty of parking spots in the plaza this place is at.

Ordered from the Sweet kitchen spot there it's a good smoothie bowl I just wished they added all the fruits they have on the description for the bowl it's missing the pineapple, dragon fruit, mango, banana coconut flakes and I added honey all missing I feel scammed because I payed 23 dollars for this bowl. I ordered the pitaya berry bowl. Unless they blended all these fruits to make the smoothie I'm not sure where they are. Again that's not in the description when ordering.

Really cool spot. I had never heard of a virtual food court, but it's a cool concept. You can order ahead for pickup, or order there using their ordering screens. Friendly host will welcome you and explain how it works.

Our first visit to the Virtual Food Hall was great! We ended up getting unique smoothie bowls from Blossoms Sweet Kitchen. Although rather expensive at $17-22 they were very tasty. We definitely plan to go back several more times at least to try all the food options they offer like Mexican, Ethiopian, the empanadas, and Thai food. We were told that an ice cream place & several other restaurants will be offering their food soon too. It was refreshing to see this unique idea of different restaurant kitchens all sharing the same place where you can mix & match what you order from different restaurants all in one single order! The helpfulness of the employees in the front was superb. The assistant manager explained everything before we jumped on the kiosk to see all of our selections & place our order.

The SCV hub is a really great concept. Independent businesses work out of a shared space and guests can choose from an assortment of foods: burgers, pizza, wings, Thai, Mediterranean, etc., which means that everyone can eat what they are actually craving together! The concept of a "virtual food hall" is cool - you just order on the iPads and wait for your food! The down sides: the space itself isn't very inviting at all. It's dark inside and could use much more light - open windows, add plants, play louder music, give it a vibe, consider a remodel, making it an open kitchen so guests can see "behind the scenes" and make it much more welcoming. When I visited no one was eating inside because honestly it's kind of sad in there. On to the outside seating: trash should not be over flowing, especially because this is THE place to sit and eat after you order, unless you are taking to-go. Tables should be super clean too. Staff should be constantly monitoring and cleaning this area. None of this was the case when I visited Saturday evening. Finally, since there is limited staff they should be EXCEPTIONAL. They should be super friendly, offer to help proactively, especially to those who might be new and could have questions about how ordering works. And because they have great BOGO promos going on, they could highlight those and promote business. So all in all, a really good idea, with lots of room for improvement, and this could be even better for Santa Clarita!

First time and it wasn't bad. I ordered Garlic Noodles and an order of samosas. Both were delicious. The samosas have definitely convinced me to try the Indian Restaurant next door since that's where they came from. I failed to get a picture of the samosas though. Once I walked in, the worker assisted me with showing how it all worked. So service was nice. I didn't expect to be told to pick up my own samosas though. The location was nice and clean. Not many there but it was a nice, relaxing vibe.

We ordered a cheese quesadilla with sour cream, salsa, and chips, a teriyaki chicken bowl, and a strawberry cup with whipped cream. We shared a little. Though the servers were friendly, it was so bit disorganized. Chicken bowl was filled with rice and chicken, and I was told it may be up to 5 minutes for the broccoli. It was 20 minutes later, and still nothing. I asked if they could put something else because now the other food has just been sitting, and we'd like to eat. They added a bit more chicken, then after more time, the broccoli. Seemed like an unnecessary ordeal, with a bit of disorganization. About 5 others were in the same boat as I was. Again servers were kind, but the kitchen behind them, seemed to be the hold-up. The strawberry and whipped cream cup was fantastic and fresh, and reasonably priced. Teriyaki bowl was ample and reasonably priced. The cheese quesadilla was a bit high- 15.99 with like 6 chips. Overall plusses- indoor seating available with chairs with backs, variety of food choices, and kind servers. Would I return, I suppose, but be prepared possibly for hiccups in the prep process, and prepare to spend a bit more time waiting than expected. But for Magic Mountain, this did feel more meal-like than most of the food stands.

The employee/man who took our order (gray polo shirt, black hat, dark beard) unfortunately forgot to include the biscuits in the bag. By the time we realized the items were missing, we were already about 10 minutes away. Since my son was looking forward to the biscuits, I decided to return to the restaurant to retrieve the missing items. When I arrived, I politely explained that the biscuits had been omitted from our order. What disappointed me most was not the mistake itself, but how the situation was handled. The employee did not apologize for the oversight and appeared dismissive when I brought the issue to his attention. He placed the biscuits on the counter without a word, did not offer a bag, and made no effort to acknowledge the inconvenience of having to return to the restaurant. I understand that mistakes happen, especially in a busy environment. However, customer service is measured not only by accuracy but also by how issues are resolved. A simple apology and a more courteous response would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression on us. If this level of customer service is representative of the restaurant's standards, we will likely choose not to return.

My opinion, their burgers beat InNOut (not easy to do) as they had that homemade taste fried with mustard, add ketchup, grilled onions and pickles, fantastic! Only thing I'd ask is improve on the buns, they don't hold up as well as others and change the fountain drink formula, syrup to carbonation seemed a bit off, bit sweet, bit flat. Word to the wise, they are a little more expensive than the competition, but you get what you pay for, split a fry and drink, spend the money on the burger, well worth it.
