The gentleman that was working inside offered to bring out plates, which should have been available at the time of placing your order. When he actually brought something outside to us, he said that he couldn't find the plates and brought us a plastic bag. Useless. My empanadas were generally delicious, but why couldn't I order three of the exact same item. So there are mechanical issues related to how you order food that need to be figured out. I came to this SCV food hub hall over the weekend to visit two places, Wanna Smash burger and Los Coffeeholics. The food places in here is like a ghost kitchen so you order from the kiosk that will have different vendors to choose from. There only one kiosk to order so if they are busy then you might have to wait a while. I got a smash burger first and then while I was waiting for them to make my food, I ordered a iced chai latte for my wife from Coffeeholics. Both places will announce your name when your order is ready. They have some seating inside but not that much and also outdoor seating as well. Ordered from the Sweet kitchen spot there it's a good smoothie bowl I just wished they added all the fruits they have on the description for the bowl it's missing the pineapple, dragon fruit, mango, banana coconut flakes and I added honey all missing I feel scammed because I payed 23 dollars for this bowl. I ordered the pitaya berry bowl. Unless they blended all these fruits to make the smoothie I'm not sure where they are. Again that's not in the description when ordering. read more

Our first visit to the Virtual Food Hall was great! We ended up getting unique smoothie bowls from Blossoms Sweet Kitchen. Although rather expensive at $17-22 they were very tasty. We definitely plan to go back several more times at least to try all the food options they offer like Mexican, Ethiopian, the empanadas, and Thai food. We were told that an ice cream place & several other restaurants will be offering their food soon too. It was refreshing to see this unique idea of different restaurant kitchens all sharing the same place where you can mix & match what you order from different restaurants all in one single order! The helpfulness of the employees in the front was superb. The assistant manager explained everything before we jumped on the kiosk to see all of our selections & place our order. read more

The SCV hub is a really great concept. Independent businesses work out of a shared space and guests can choose from an assortment of foods: burgers, pizza, wings, Thai, Mediterranean, etc., which means that everyone can eat what they are actually craving together! The concept of a "virtual food hall" is cool - you just order on the iPads and wait for your food! The down sides: the space itself isn't very inviting at all. It's dark inside and could use much more light - open windows, add plants, play louder music, give it a vibe, consider a remodel, making it an open kitchen so guests can see "behind the scenes" and make it much more welcoming. When I visited no one was eating inside because honestly it's kind of sad in there. On to the outside seating: trash should not be over flowing, especially because this is THE place to sit and eat after you order, unless you are taking to-go. Tables should be super clean too. Staff should be constantly monitoring and cleaning this area. None of this was the case when I visited Saturday evening. Finally, since there is limited staff they should be EXCEPTIONAL. They should be super friendly, offer to help proactively, especially to those who might be new and could have questions about how ordering works. And because they have great BOGO promos going on, they could highlight those and promote business. So all in all, a really good idea, with lots of room for improvement, and this could be even better for Santa Clarita! read more

First time and it wasn't bad. I ordered Garlic Noodles and an order of samosas. Both were delicious. The samosas have definitely convinced me to try the Indian Restaurant next door since that's where they came from. I failed to get a picture of the samosas though. Once I walked in, the worker assisted me with showing how it all worked. So service was nice. I didn't expect to be told to pick up my own samosas though. The location was nice and clean. My husband reminded me yesterday that we still had not tried The SCV HUB Virtual Food Hall. So we decided to have it for lunch today and to order ahead to minimize our wait. After looking through the different vendors, he decided on Dr. Tandoor. Placing our order online was easy with GrubHub. There's ample parking in the large parking lot. We were immediately greeted as we walked in. A really nice staff member asked if it was our first visit. After telling her we ordered online, she then directed us to the counter to check our order. When we told her it was from Dr. Tandoor, she said that they don't open until 5pm and that no one was there. I showed her the email confirmation and the tracking that showed the order being prepared. She said there have been issues with GrubHub, but she would contact the owner and get our order refunded. In the meantime we decided to order from another vendor. She took us to a kiosk and went over the places that were open. We ordered from Los Tacoholics, got a text confirmation then chose a table inside. We received our order 20 minutes later. The place is very clean with inside and outside tables. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The issue with Dr. Tandoor and GrubHub continued after we left. I received notification that my order was ready. I then decided to contact GrubHub. After explaining what happened, they tried calling the business. They didn't get an answer so they refunded my order. Hopefully SCV HUB will address this disappointing part of our overall experience with GrubHub to prevent it from happening again. read more

I have come here before and never had an issue till now. I ordered with a group of people and everyone got their order from a different place. These places being Cloud Thai Chicken, Wanna Smash, Thirsteee Lemon, and mine... Corner Heroz. Everyone got their order within 20 minutes, I got mine within 50 minutes. There were not a lot of people who were ordering from there and I had only ordered a sandwich and fries. When I received my order after a terribly long wait, the food left me unsatisfied. The sandwich was mostly bread, the description included cheese but my order had none, and the taste overall was bland. Though I will say the fries were not too shabby. However, for a sandwich and fries it was roughly $30 alone not even including a drink for it to just be okay and that is reviewing leniently. Overall the people at the counter were very kind and were constantly checking to see if and when it would be done. The vibes were okay and I sat at a table with the group I went with. Overall, I say give this place a shot but I would walk with caution if you order from Corner Heroz. read more

That would be thoroughly unfair.******* As a concept, The Hub is brilliant. 15 different restaurants under a single roof, making it possible to order online or on-site from any or all of the restaurants on a single ticket. Fantastic. Do the restaurants inside need work? Well, yeah, some do. But most of what we have tried has been fantastic. Blossoms Sweet Kitchen: 5-stars, no-brainer...we had the matcha latte brownie and the salted chocolate cookie and both were absolutely mouth watering. So good. Great Indian Kitchen: 3-stars, more like pretty good Indian kitchen. The dishes were overwhelmed by the spice, making it hard to judge. My daughter, the vegetarian, was NOT a fan of the saag paneer and was disappointed at the amount of paneer in the dish. And the tikka masala and tandoori chicken were both too spicy to taste. Gemello's: 3-stars, meh. We got the SCV Restaurant Week special and, to be honest, the pizza tasted like something you take out of the freezer section. It was just ok...and I want more than OK when I am spending $45 for two of them, some cookies and a salad. TCG Dim Sum & Noodles: 5-stars PLUS! I was not prepared for them to have Dan Dan Noodles or for the won ton soup to be so good or for the siu mei to be PERFECT. There was not one single thing wrong with their offerings and the flavors were EXACTLY what I wanted when ordering. And might I add, if you've never had Dan Dan or Sichuan peppercorns...do yourself a favor and order it. It will be life changing. Omaya's: 5-stars: I love that this neighbor of the Hub includes itself in the ordering (I hope Pink Salt does it, too!). We have had some great experiences eating from the scv hub restaurants. We have never eaten at any of the tables that they have there as they don't seems like that is what they are there for. So this is mainly for food we have had delivered. The restaurants are all so different and that's why we love it. We eat mainly at their soul food restaurant Mississippi Georgia. But the sandwiches at Colombo are delicious. Five finger is yummy and Great Indian is the best Indian food in the SCV. It is deeper in flavor and they offer dishes that we have not been able to get anywhere! read more

Big fan of the concept! I will be returning to try more of the restaurants. It's the perfect place to bring a group of people with varying diets. My partner and I arrived to order onsite and waited at the outdoor tables until our to-go order was ready. The folks inside were very nice and explained the concept and ordering to us. From completing our order to food being ready was 16 minutes - not bad! I got a falafel wrap from Valley Kabob. Pretty good, I enjoyed the lavash wrapping everything up but it was definitely heavy on the lettuce. Next time I would try the falafel wrap at the other Mediterranean place here. My partner got the Cali burrito with mushroom mojo from Honey's Kitchen. He liked it a lot and would get it again. It was a heavy burrito! I hope the ordering becomes more streamlined. I like the concept. I might go back and give the dim sum place a try. But two places entirely struck out, being Gemellos and Tacoholics. I ordered an asada torta from tacoholics and an undercooked individiual pizza, garlic bread with meat sauce from gemellos, which took 30 minutes. I'm fine with the wait, but the torta was ice cold. The incorrect cheese wasn't even melted (tortas should have queso fresco, not mozzarella). The pizza was barely cooked as you can see underneath in my photo. I have photos so judge for yourself. The torta isn't shown on the receipt. Only have the total price. I had to heat up the torta. Food, like meat, not kept up to temperature is not safe. I am not happy with this at all. $30 is a fair bit of money. This review is for the two places only, Gemellos and Tacoholics. I don't know about the others. I'm not being a pizza snob despite my background, but I've had better frozen pizza. Edit: Hour later and I'm not feeling good at all. The garlic bread I had (not pictured) was okay. The included meat sauce was cold. Plenty of things not kept at safe temperature. And my partner made a point that the torta had frozen bread that was still cold and frozen, and everything must have been slapped on without being toasted or cooked at all. If I get food poisoning, I think I definitely will NOT return. Edit 2: Somebody made a point about opening up the kitchens and that's valid. Visit Lum-Ka-Naad in Northridge. It's a very traditional Thai restaurant with an entirely open to view kitchen. It isn't impossible. The ambiance here is sterile like cafeteria at a hospital. read more

They also do multiple ordering through their website thescvhub. com where you can order ahead & they have their own delivery service so you can skip the fees of services like door dash while getting food from multiple spots! Well compromise no more! SCV hub has it all for you. You can order at one place all types of foods: chicken, tacos, Indian food etc. and get it all. You can even have it all delivered at the same time. The food at the hub is good too. The tacos at tacoholics are great. They use homemade tortillas and the flavor is amazing. Also keto sweets have some amazing desserts. I had the vegan banana bread and it was sweet and fulfilling. I haven't tried the Indian food at great Indian kitchen but my friend who had that food with his office workers at lunch said it was spicy and flavorful. We need a good Indian place in town. They might just fit the bill. They are great for lunch and dinner. I hear also they are working on having seating outside on the patio. By the way I think this is the first of its kind food hall in SCV. I feel like farmers market and grand central market in LA better watch for the new kid on the block. Tried Cheeto burrito from Dr. Tandoor. The burrito had zero Cheetos inside. I believe I was given just a regular tikka masala burrito which was pretty much a tortilla filled with rice. Nothing else inside. Would not recommend. The ghost kitchen part is also not worked out great. My food was ready, but the person at the counter called out my name wrong, so I didn't recognize it. The food was placed under the heat lamp. Ten minutes later I finally got my text that the food was ready. Was handed a bag, no drink. Had to ask for it. We have supported SCV hub many times always happy with the service and food. Unfortunately today was not that case. So we ordered The Great Indian kitchen and we never got notifications on when to arrive. That's fine. So my husband and daughter arrive to absolute chaos. Kids running in and out of the kitchen touching food orders pulling things in and out of the bags. We are not okay with knowing that kids are in these kitchens. This brings up food sanitation concerns among other concerns. This screamed unprofessional and inappropriate. We took our food but not sure we will eat it. read more

Like your tongue feels so dry while eating.. food below average. Hard to digest! Will never order again. Indian Fusion: Too Salty - very average food. Not impressed.
