The service was amazing, I'm not too sure what the previous reviews are about. Also, to the yelper who gave a one star for a waitress not speaking English, if the waitress doesn't speak English, you don't have to be a jerk about it if they use a translator. I've been to authentic high end and family ran restaurants where the menu isn't in English, doesn't mean you give shit to them or complain about. Learn to be at least a decent human being. Anyways, this spot is fairly new, and needs to be exposed ASAP. Pero, the service like I said, the waitresses are so sweet and offered suggestions of their favorites, which now I found my favorite Peruvian dish; lomo con huancaina. The mussels were so refreshing, a little bit salty but still refreshing. Aji de gallina was soooooo good, pero there wasn't enough of it! The chicken fell apart and the sauce was smooth and buttery, ask for the yuca on the side!! Will not regret it.

Salad dressing for my nachos because there is no salsa here

Waitress does not speak English. She's using translator on her phone to communicate with me. She brought out complimentary nachos with cocktail sauce. I asked for salsa and she came back with ranch & some other salad dressing. I had to Google a picture of salsa for her. Well let's just say, they have none. What kind of Latin restaurant serves nachos with no salsa. And even with a picture she still did not recognize what I was asking for. The bartender has to be one of the most unprofessional and rudest people I've encountered in a long time. He apparently speaks English but will not speak to me. Each time I walk up to the bar he points to the waitress. He has not said 1 single word to me.

Very friendly service. I liked the Jalea Mixta which is a fried seafood platter with fish, shrimp, calamari, yucca and Peruvian corn. This restaurant has 2 large bars with seating as well as a dining room. Lots of TVs. Nicely remodeled.

I went here for drinks late at night with a friend - the drinks were okay. I wish there was a drink menu. The server was really nice and attentive. I also thought the decorations were cute and on them. I may come back here for food! Who knows

I stumbled across this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised! Food was delicious and Oscar the manager made me feel at home. Nice ambiance, great local place!

OMG I hate having to do this review. This is the third time eating food from this restaurant. First time was great, second time not so good, this time never again. Had the seafood rice, some grains of rice were hard and some overcooked. I hadn't eating all day and they say that when you eat hungry everything tasted good, well today I found out that is not correct. One of the worst experiences I've had in a long time, simply nasty.

I've been there twice , and it's a nice place to hang out with friends. I got SECO DE FRIJOLES was really good . All personal are friendly, specially Lili and Vivian .

My experience was very good!!! The delicious food and the A1 attention, I would definitely return without thinking. Exquisite chicken rice!

the food is delicious, it's a trip to peru when you close your eyes. The rice with chicken is very tasty, it's the second time I've come but this time with my family and we're not wrong, we had an incredible time since they almost always have live music, the attention is very good.

    Ceviche mixto.

My son wanted beef medallions (sold out) so opted for 9 oz sirloin, salad, baked potato & bread. I felt like getting the full rack of ribs ( Glory and bbq sauce on side) slaw, mac n cheese & corn bread. The salad came out first. Cold, crisp and fresh. Yummy. The sirloin came out medium rare. It was soft, a little chew but tender with a very beefy flavor. The steak was seasoned perfectly. The baked potato was good. A crust of salt on outside skin and soft inside. Not an Idaho fluffy potato but still good. The ribs came out as half (I ordered a full rack). They were naked but char grilled. I wanted both glory & bbq sauce on side to dip the meat. Dry but tender and flavorful. I love that char grilled flavor. Bbq sauce nothing special but glory sauce had that NC vinegar tang plus sweetness to cut through the heavy pork meat. Mac n cheese & slaw were good. Nothing special. Corn bread was average. The warm/hot buns/bread was awesome. Unfortunatey, we had to ask for them except on the menu, it said buns came with steak dinner??? A few hickups today but overall, well done Glory Days. Drinks from the bar took quite a while to arrive, and there was also a long wait for our food to come out of the kitchen. I ordered the chicken fajitas, and they were definitely the highlight of my meal--hot, sizzling, nicely grilled, and very flavorful. Others in our group also enjoyed the generous portions of wings, fresh salads, and the jambalaya, so the food overall was very good. The restaurant has a fun, energetic vibe, but it was so loud that it was difficult to carry on a conversation at our table. One other downside was parking. The lot is fairly small and shared with three different restaurants, so finding a spot was frustrating. I'd come back because the food was good and the staff was genuinely friendly, but I'd hope for faster service and a better parking experience next time.

FIRST: no-one wants to see your kids at a brewery. If you do bring them do not sit in the bar area and they should not impact anyone else's time. Caboose really should limit "who" can sit in the limited table areas within the bar area. So frustrating to want to relax with a drink, and kids are howling. It is way overpriced to be a dinner/ food spot. The occasional snack...sure. I think the beers would be better with more focus. There are a lot of beers (plus coffee bar, plus constantly rotating menu etc) and editing or more of a seasonal focus ex: darks in winter, pils in summer. the staff is always smiling and gracious. Just based on turn over, I sense there are some challenges/ lack of organization. The bar staff is great and my favs. I do avoid on the weekends during good weather. Just because of the crowds.

Decided on this little spot in Fairfax town center after having a quick weekend day trip to DC. Really pleasantly surprised with the whole atmosphere of the place. It's a true fusion of asian bites but still a legitimate dive bar. The space is small, patrons are merry, and the whole place is an absolute vibe. I ordered some pilsner and some other lager on tap from local breweeies. Delicious. Ordered popcorn chicken, pork belly, and some 'real food' - a quick rice bowl with chicken. The fried bites were wonderfully crispy. They have good oil management and felt quite light especially with a swig of a cold lager. The rice bowl was tasty too. Construction was indeed very Taiwanese, and yet... I still felt like I'm in a dive bar complete with all its grunge. So cool They sell 4/6 packs of craft brews here too.
