Ordered through their website which sends you through Toast Tab, which then is handled by Uber. Order was missing chips for the chips n queso. Called the driver, his son answered saying his dad didn't have phone...I called restaurant, Mariel says the chip bag is there and not taken by driver but they can refund it and hangs up on me. I called back asking if she knew my info to refund me, says no THEN proceeds to say she will pass me the manager, Jasmine, but then Mariel comes back to take my info, as soon as I mention Uber she tells me to call Uber. I re-explain that I didn't order thru Uber Eats and then she takes my info and says I'll get refund and hangs up. Which I doubt. Horrible customer service. Will not order again. read more

Great service with a smile in this very welcoming space. I was greeted enthusiastically by every employee that I encountered. I ordered basic burgers and fries for my family and was totally impressed and satisfied with the quality of the delicious meal and received compliments from the family on my choice of restaurant for lunch. That's not an easy task with all the choices in the area. When it comes to food, always great. Ambiance is also great as they adjust to the Holidays. When it comes to service, man i gotta say needs a lot of work, if youre working in the hospitality industry, is because you chose it. You have to treat customers with courtesy, on another note, wait times, today is Father's Day and we had to wait, thats perfectly fine and expected. but to be Sat, handed menus, and not be greeted by anyone else for 30 minutes, now thats extremely poor service. on top of that it was 105 degrees today and we were sat outside. Even more upsetting when we had elders. This needs to be corrected and apoken to with all servers. Its upsetting and honestly extremely dissapointing. This was recommended by my Uber driver since the Ojos Locos South location was closed down. We originally wanted something Mexican for Cinco de Mayo, but after discovering that we asked our Uber driver to take us anywhere close that is good. I was highly surprised by this place! The ambiance inside is pretty much like a Buffalo Wild Wings. They do have an outdoor patio and a large second story outdoor balcony that looked amazing, but it wasn't open the night we visited. Anyway, we sat at the bar and the bartender was very prompt and attentive to our needs throughout our time there. My husband had about 3 beers while I had one coconut mojito and a water. We decided to share a spicy chicken quesadilla and a Monty Christo sandwich. Let me just say that the quesadilla was delicious, but also very spicy! We wouldn't have been able to finish it if we weren't sharing. It was that spicy. We definitely agreed that they could tone it down at least two notches lol. The Monty Christo sandwich was epic! It was the perfect amount of sweet and savory! I will warn you that it is on the heavy side with thick batter and a little greasy from being fried, but man it was worth it! It came with strawberry jam and marshmallow spread on the side which was perfect! We ordered the butter toffee cake and chocolate mouse with ice cream on the side to go to have treats in the fridge for the next day . The butter toffee cake was delicious after heating it up for about 30 seconds and adding the caramel drizzle and vanilla ice cream. The chocolate mouse had a nice presentation and texture, but it didn't really have much flavor other than the chocolate cake layer on the bottom. read more

I love going to the shack. I went went earlier this afternoon and had the 99 cent wings. I ordered 10 in buffalo and mango spice with a side of ranch with a side of ranch.. within a few minutes my wings were out and in front of my face. Just the look of the wings made my mouth water. On this evening I actually sat down for dinner. The cowboys game was on and the crowd was hyped.. fun atmosphere of you come prepared for the noise. We ordered the wings and a few salads. The garlic parmesan are delicious, probably the best flavor I've had. We also got the Berry hot. They were berry based spicy but not very hot. Spicy buffalo wings- eh there was nothing spicy about them, nothing special. Seasoned fries- soggy and cold. Oh and the ranch is not free. I'm not sure as to why they charge the ranch? Am I supposed to eat my chicken wings with no ranch? Parking is horrible. Oh and FYI the uniform attire is well uh... for some, not family or little kid appropriate. The food is decent but I will never eat here again. I went to wash my hands after my meal and I heard a young woman having an explicit phone call in one of the stalls. A server poked her head in the restroom and called the girl - and a few minutes later she ended her phone call, flushed the toilet, and RAN OUT OF THE RESTROOM WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. I told the manager and she said she would take care of it. Not even 5 minutes later the same nasty server is walking around as if nothing happened. She should have been fired on the spot. The chicken was grilled but looked like it was thrown onto the grilled and then cut up and thrown back into the dish with very drab lettuce and bacon bits that appeared old. My daughter got tenders and she said it tasted like turkey meat. My son ordered a cheeseburger and it looked raw despite to being cooked.
