My issue isn't really the price -- it's how everything was handled. The communication throughout the repair took a lot of follow-up on our end, and the final cost wasn't clear until pickup. When we asked about the difference and the delay, the conversation felt a bit tense, but they did end up offering a small discount, which I appreciated. I don't mind if a shop has limits on what they service, but that should be communicated clearly over the phone. It would have saved time, effort, and frustration. A simple question about the make and model during my call would have prevented the whole situation. Friendly enough staff, but the communication gap matters. If you have an e-bike, make sure you confirm whether they'll service your specific brand before making the trip.

It's not in the main shopping areas so it's a bit out of the way, but they carry specialty items and name brands that the sporting goods stores don't carry. However, I wouldn't necessarily classify it as sporting goods, they don't sale the same stuff you get at Academy to Dick's Sports, they sale outdoor mountainy type of items... climbing, hiking, kayaking, bouldering, trail walking, camping ... that type of stuff, both materials and the clothes. It is really nice inside. It doesn't look anything inside like the older exterior shows. The staff and I believe the owner are super nice. I came in today because they carry Kuhl brand clothing, I was surprised that they had more styles then REI did, and they had longer lengths. Walked out with some, very happy.
