Out of confusion, I very patiently let the woman in the photo know that we could quickly call the non-emergency police line since her DMV issued California ID was causing such contention- to which she replied "Ya I don't feel like talking to the cops right now". [I asked if she maybe had another employee working to help verify first, promise we were really trying to work with her] This prompted us to leave immediately, and I can only wonder if this same thing would have happened if she wasn't hispanic.
