The galbi was fine too, just didn't like it as much. The mozz balls were good, but a little dry. Although they had a subtle sweetness which was good. It would have been nice to have a dipping sauce or something. The ddeok-bokki was not my thing, but my husband liked it. The sauce was flavorful, but the rice cakes were just so dense and heavy. Although I enjoyed the chicken overall, I think one of the biggest issues was the cuts of chicken. I personally love dark meat, and have no qualms with a little gristle.
