This place is either serving really good food or really bad. No consistency. The low rating is mostly for their customer service. You order to go and are told 30 minutes and get there only to learn it is over and hour. They are super busy and that sends them in to a place where they very frequently give you the wrong sauces on your wings or your order will have 11 wings when you order and paid for 15. Very frustrating that they can't get it right. This place could be a great place if only their food was consistent in quality. Expensive for wings but they are good when they don't over cook them. Worth trying and we do return but not as frequent as we would if they were a bit more reliable. read more

I was very disappointed with my most recent visit to Wingstop in Lakewood Town Plaza in Lakewood, WA. I generally like their wings. This evening (a Friday) after work, I tried to place an online order of 30 wings and a side dish. When I arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes later, I was informed that my order did not go through. I showed the cashier my phone and she was able to point out my mistake and show me how to avoid this problem with any future orders I place online. I was told it would take another 30 minutes to fill my order. Since the wings are rather pricy and I had already driven considerably out of my way to pick up this meal, I asked if there were any coupons available to reduce my bill or if a discount could be offered to make up for the additional time. I was simply told no. No apology was offered and the manager didn't even take the time to speak with me. A simple 5% discount or a coupon for a future meal would have gone a long way in making me feel like an appreciated and valued customer. Sadly, I will not be visiting this location again. read more

All was great however, I noticed the traditional hot seems to be soft and well seasoned in its sauce compared to the others. It's wing stop, so I can't write much about it. We did an online order and they forgot to pack half of our order and when I called to see what they could do on top of having to go back to get the rest of our food that THEY forgot all she offered was a stank attitude and 10% off our next meal or a refund.
