I contacted Simple Luxe maybe 2-3 weeks before the event date to hopefully get a cute setup for my bday. Simple Luxe and their team pulled through. They fit me into their schedule even when they were already so busy! I was so grateful! Everything was perfect!! Everyone on the team was so kind and caring! Every detail of the setup was absolutely flawless! I would book this team again for my next event!! Thank you!!!
Lisa and her team were amazing to work with from start to finish! Excellent communication, complete transparency, and professionalism. Truly patient and supportive throughout the entire planning process and the day of the event was nothing short of amazing. They came in on time and went straight to work setting up everything we discussed and it truly exceeded my expectations! I planned a custom Amalfi backdrop and centerpieces with them for my mom's 60th birthday brunch and everyone raved about both! Even the staff at the venue was asking who my planner was based on professionalism and aesthetic! I would absolutely recommend Simple Luxe and will definitely use them for my next event! 10 out of 10!
A pleasure to work with Lisa and Scott. Lisa was so responsive and kept in constant contact with me. Gave her my thoughts on my theme and let her take creative direction on it and she came back with such a great backdrop. The attention to detail was beyond. She incorporated candles within the backdrop that could be lit with a wand. Was tight on budget and discussed options with her to make it work. I am very uncreative and so tapped Lisa in to help with my dessert table decor as well. Scott was running back and forth setting the pieces up day-of and watching him do this, it was very labor intensive, and then to adjust the pieces to perfection under Lisa's coordination. They made sure everything was perfectly set before leaving and coming back for break-down. Very professional team. Will definitely use them again :)
High quality and one of a kind!! We used Simple Luxe for our 1 year olds birthday party. The design came out better than we could have ever imagined! They were professional and communicative and really desired to capture our vision and that is what we most appreciate. The owner/designer really put her heart into our design, they really care about the quality of their product! The day of set up was a breeze and it all came together so beautifully! This was more than worth it and we are so happy with the final result!
This month was my 25th birthday so I knew I wanted to do something big to celebrate. I discovered The Simple Luxe on Instagram and reached out via DM. There is a budget minimum depending on where you live but it's understandable since they live all the way in OC and I was located in the 626 area. Overall, Lisa and Scott were really friendly and helpful! Lisa was able to work closely with me to design just the right aesthetic I was going for, which was Y2K (2000's) with glitter, butterflies, and lots of pink! My setup had 3 panels, 4 different colored balloons, and extra heart & disco balloons. Scott also custom-built these giant wooden butterflies with the iconic Burn Book font from the movie, Mean Girls, to say "Happy Birthday Jade". I loved this special touch because it made my setup unique and one-of-a-kind. Personally, I thought The Simple Luxe stood out to me because their designs and setup just looked a lot more professional and put together. I've seen other IG balloon businesses but they just seem like they're missing something or the design is off. I trust Lisa because not only is she a fashion designer, but she also communicated with me each step of the way to make sure the final design was what I wanted. I loved supporting this local Asian small business and I would definitely come back again in the future!
It was a pleasure working with Lisa to create the beautiful "Here Comes the Son" backdrop for my son and daughter-in-law's baby shower my daughter and I were hosting. The backdrop set the perfect tone for the whole event. The centerpieces on each table were gorgeous, and exactly what I had envisioned! They added a special touch to each table. The dessert table was beautifully presented with the flowers and greenery matching our theme. Lisa's suggestion to have the high-top tables in the outside veranda was perfect with the cute vases/flowers. Everyone especially loved the open veranda and beautiful outside view during the event with the lemonade stand and high-top tables to go outside for some fresh air, mingle, take photos, and get their drinks. We're so glad that we chose Simple Luxe for the most unique backdrop. So many guests were impressed with the backdrop and wanted business cards. The parents-to-be loved it and wanted to take it home to put in the baby's room... Lisa and Scott thank you for bringing our visions to life!
Working with The Simple Luxe team was an absolute dream! Lisa and her staff went above and beyond to transform our space into something so beautiful! Truly, so much more than we could've imagined I contacted Lisa with a short notice before our party, during the busy holiday season and she still executed multiple designs that blew us all away! We got so many compliments on her backdrop designs and centerpieces! The setup and takedown process was fast and efficient. Overall a 10/10!
Used them for my baby shower this past weekend and they really went above and beyond and created the most beautiful dessert display, backdrop display and welcome sign for me. It couldn't have came out any better than it did. They kept in touch leading up to the event and made edits where needed. On the day of the event they were there early to set up and picked everything up after the event which made it so easy for us. A big Thank you x1000 to them. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Wish I could go back to relive such a special day which they really helped me create and bring into fruition.
The Simple Luxe is amazing! We have rented marquee letters from them, which were grand! It was such an easy process to rent from them. They also created the most beautiful princess castle backdrop and dessert display for our baby girl's first birthday. Lisa took my ideas/vision and designed something so amazing! The mock-up was so beautiful, and the reality blew us away... It blew everyone away - our family, friends, the event center's staff, and even people who were just passing by to take a peek at the event center! Every single detail, including the small detail of our culture, meant everything to us! Their attention to detail was so on point! It was incredibly easy to communicate with Lisa. Lisa and Scott worked their magic setting it all up! And their team did great with the breakdown and clean-up! They helped make our baby girl's birthday party magical! If you decide to work with the Simple Luxe, they will not disappoint!
I initially found The Simple Luxe on IG thru my friend who used them. I'm glad I ended up going with them as it did make my son's party visually appealing! I did the rental DIY backdrop rental and table set up. Pick up and drop off was easy. When you load be sure to bring a large moving blanket per piece though! Set up was easy too. You could set up most pieces by yourself. We made a mistake by setting up the table itself upside down but still turned out nice! Whoops! I had my friend do the balloons but I believe Simple Luxe does that too. Even with the rental the cost does add up but you're getting a quality product.
This vendor had great communication and customer service skills. I was hesitant to book at first due to budget constraints but once I set a budget for them, they were able to work with that and help me with my requests and more. Even with my budget, they were still able to meet all my requests and put out this very beautiful backdrop for my daughter's first birthday party. Everyone loved it. Thank you.

The Simple Luxe delivered on all fronts. They designed and created a beautiful backdrop with a ballon arrangement for our valentines themed baby shower. Every detail is personalized with Lisa sending over options on the design and ballons for us to pick from. They went above and beyond by incorporating elements from our invitation into the design. The day of the baby shower, Lisa and her husband were very thorough and the backdrop exceeded our expectations. We received so many compliments from our guests. I was looking for a photo background for my drive-thru birthday celebration and came across Lisa's page on Instagram! I wanted to go all out to celebrate my second birthday in quarantine (lol). I loved the style of her backdrops and everything looked so chic and cute. I messaged her on Instagram with a budget in mind and she responded quickly. We were able to decide on a pink/white/rose gold balloon garland, a pink curtain backdrop, and a "birthday babe" wooden sign. Of course with Lisa's expertise, it looked wonderful! To stay within my budget, we picked up the items from Buena Park the night before, which is super close to me so that was convenient. She explained how to set everything up and we were good to go! Set-up was pretty self-explanatory and we did not have any issues. My guests were so amazed at how nice it looked and we made sure to take lots of photos. :) I'm so happy I came across Lisa's business and I can't wait to work with her again in the future! Celebrated my daughters drive-by baby shower this past weekend. Got lots of compliments on the chair and backdrop that we rented from Simple Luxe. They also offered balloon decorations as well but we opted to do our own. We had them deliver and pick up with no issue. Lisa and her husband were great to work with. So happy to have found The Simple Luxe on Instagram. They make it so easy to rent beautiful set-ups , the communication with Lisa was great, and just love the overall process. We had a last minute drive-by baby shower on Sat Dec 19th 2020 and I literally reached out 1 week before. After coming across their post on Instagram I decided I wanted exactly that. So I simply sent them a message on IG, from there the communication and process was fast and easy. We got a super cute boho peacock chair with cushion, dry flower arrangement, room divider, "oh baby" sign, rug, and side table for $250. Plus I added a balloon garland for $150. I also opted for self pickup in Norwalk, which was very convenient. Again I loved working with them and will continue to recommend them to all my friends. I am grateful to Lisa & Scott for helping to bring my bridesmaid proposal brunch to life. Ordering the items was an easy process, pricing is transparent, communication was prompt and they are the nicest people! I ordered the bohemian table, large rug and 10 pillow package with delivery to Carson. Scott delivered and set-up the items on time and effortlessly. My girls and I were obsessed with the bohemian vibe and quality of rental items. I met Lisa when she came with Scott for pick-up and they were so accommodating. There was a slight glitch in where I could place the set-up and they worked with the options available for us. I contacted Lisa through Instagram to design a backdrop, display shelf and dessert stand for my daughters 7th birthday. All I knew was that I wanted it to be a Sanrio theme. I gave her a few ideas I was thinking of (not great ones) that I found on Pinterest. She came up with such an creative and one of kind design that completely exceeded my expectations. She consulted with me from start to finish and was very transparent when it came to pricing. She also provided much needed creative expertise when needed. On the day of the event Lisa and her husband Scott were there to ensure that everything was set up perfect! This was not a small feat as the set up took almost 5 hours! They work great as a team. Gorgeous setups with varying price points to fit any budget. I rented and picked up the mini peacock chair A package which served as a great foundation to add my own balloons and decorations around so that I could throw my friend the baby shower of her dreams while staying within our budget. Although the balloons were WAY harder than it looks on the YouTube instructional videos so next time I will spring for a professional balloon garland. The Simple Lux was able to accommodate me on short notice and was very responsive through IG messenger. Highly recommended! read more

We're so happy to find this business to decorate for a baby shower we were hosting. Lisa is responsive on facebook messaging and will answer all your questions. She was super nice and accommodating throughout the whole process. We finalized the agreement and I paid my deposit via venmo which I can appreciate. Fast forward to the day of the event. We knew we would get a cute set up from all her photos on your social media pages from past events but we were blown away by the details and cuteness overload. Everything was perfect! We provided our own backdrop curtain, flower garland, and small side table and rented the Morticia peacock chair, luxe balloon garland w/ greenery, fur rug and "oh baby boy" sign. Omgosh...where to begin... Working with Lisa on my dream baby shower was amazing. I was able to share my budget and ideas with her and Lisa was so accommodating to everything. Lisa was quick on her replies and always provided updates on what the next step would be. When it was getting closer to my baby shower, she shared with me some drafts on what the main backdrop and dessert backdrop would look like and I was blown away by her creativity! When Lisa and Scott came over to set everything up, they were so nice and genuine, it felt like talking to close friends! I'm SO HAPPY I rented from Simple Luxe! They had the PERFECT party package! It included everything I could think of: table, arch, rug and pillows! Best part is you can customize and rent as much or as little as you need. Lisa is the best! Not only does she respond quickly but she made everything EASY and worked with our budget! She EVEN color coordinated the rugs and pillows to meet my party needs. Can't rave about her enough! Also, shout out to Scott who helped deliver and set everything up. He moved it all on his own and I didn't have to lift a finger. Don't skip out on that delivery part, it's worth it! If you're thinking about renting from them, DO IT! You won't regret it read more

This was my first time booking with them and had a great experience. They responded thru Instagram DM in a timely manner, they sent over rental agreement, it was very professional. They allowed me to give them my ideas and bounce back and forth if I didn't agree with designs. They gave me options and everything turned out great. Great experience with Lisa and her company. Communication was fast and easy. She took some time to give me several ideas as I could not initially find a design that I really wanted. Even though I didn't take advantage of self pickup, I love that they offer that option. I rented a few key pieces for my drive by baby shower. Everything looked so good together, but the piece that stole the show was the balloon garland. We received so many compliments on everything!
