I did, and there was a request for more photos with specific requests (hold a ruler up to the cushion, for example) which became tedious over time, but they agreed to replace it at no charge (3 years after we bought the couch.)

Most of their bedding, sofas and drapes were in muted whites, beiges or off white. Off hand, I thought it would be the type of furniture and bedding Kim Kardashian would likely purchase. The IKEA representative kindly explored the options for hangers, which is what I was looking for...specifically black plastic hangers like they have in department stores They only had wood hangers and black hangers for children. So, I was not successful in ordering these items. It is great to know that I can order from the Domain location and it can me delivered to me at the Domain location. It will save a lot of gas in the process.
