After about 10 minutes, she started trying to put a purple sugar scrub on my legs. When I asked if it was lavender, she looked shocked and said "oh my gosh yes I am so sorry" and switched it out with a Cherry Sage sugar scrub instead. The rest of the pedicure went fine, until we hit the massage part. She put purple lotion on my legs, so I again asked: "is that lavender" she said yes and started to rub it in as I jerked away and said: "I AM ALLERGIC!" she immediately grabbed some towels and water and got it off but by then I was already getting dizzy from the smell. She finished my appointment with no other accidents, but for my safety I will not return. The owner of this establishment really should have a talk with his staff about what the words "allergy" and "allergic" mean.

She suggested I exfoliate every day versus a few times a week because of the dryness I'm experiencing. I came in just expecting a nice facial but it was truly a spa experience. There is a numbered directory inside the Salon Suites, and she is very helpful if you end up getting lost! I was very relaxed throughout the duration of the facial, even the extractions that are typically the worst part of the facial for me went by quickly! She informed me that my skin is very dry and not naturally oily, has pores a little larger than usual, and to replace my cleanser with one that doesn't leave my face feeling tight after each use and use a hydrating serum instead of a moisturizing one. It has been a week since my appointment with her, and her facial has made a visible improvement in the quality of my skin. For the price, I consider her services a steal. Facials are not a service I tend to skimp on, as first impressions are important and any issues with your skin tend to lend themselves to further health issues that may not be as readily detectable (liver issues, hormonal imbalances, etc).

When I went to my appointment, they told me they didn't have Dysport and only had Daxxify. I ended up getting Daxxify twice and paid $500, which was almost double what I usually pay for my forehead treatment. It didn't work at all--no results. (I personally recommend not wasting your money on Daxxify.) I called them several times and asked for a refund. Eventually, they gave me another appointment for a Dysport treatment at no cost. But even after that, I still didn't get satisfying results. After all these injections and spending $500 just for my forehead, I personally do not recommend Ava Rejuvenation. I will definitely contact the Better Business Bureau about my experience. Please do your research before choosing where to go for your treatment.
