The heavy-set guy that's checking/driving in the vehicles or the guy at the register. I get it. Life sucks and you hate your job but it must not be too bad if you get to vape inside the garage while on the job. Didn't really care about their attitude last time but this is just too much. The guy at the register's attitude changed and barely grumbled have a nice day because it looks like a manager or owner showed up. Sure I was in and out fast but the attitude is just shitty.

The O'Reilly auto parts store down the street told me to come here after I first went to the Toyota dealership who wanted me to wait 4 hours just to diagnose my old battery and Les Schwab told me they ended up not having the battery I needed after waiting before they even looked at my car. I called here while driving from O'Reilly and was immediately placed on hold for almost 10 minutes before they finally talked to me. I was already in their parking lot by the time they answered and they told me there was no wait to get my battery diagnosed and/or replaced so I parked and went inside. Man that was a mistake in hindsight. What was said to be no wait ended up taking roughly 2 hours total. It felt like others who came in after me for oil changes and other services were getting served faster than me while I had what I thought was just a simple battery diagnosis and replacement. They also kept telling other people over the phone they had no wait and they should be in and out within 30-45 minutes. They gave me a 30 minute quote after replacing the battery as well to make sure everything was good which felt even longer than that. I also noticed when I got home there was a brown looking spot on the battery label. From what I researched it could be an anti corrosive material and is normal or it could be a potential leak if it spreads so I'm really hoping that it doesn't already have a slow leak. Overall, from this experience alone, I honestly can't say that I'll be back anytime soon unless my new battery suddenly starts having issues while under warranty. The price was also not great at $270 for a battery that may not last as long as my original battery from when I bought my car roughly 6.5 years ago. While I'm glad they were able to see me on short notice and replaced my battery, I felt like it took an unnecessarily long time for what seemed like a quick fix. I'm mostly just upset that I was quoted no wait as I was on the phone in their parking lot then spent nearly 2 hours which ended up in me having to cancel certain plans.

Prior to bringing my car here, I had never experienced any oil leaks. I checked my oil level and found it was completely empty. I returned to Speedee to address the issue, and they told me they didn't see any problems and simply topped off my oil. Shortly after, I noticed another oil puddle in my driveway again. And again -- no more oil. Overall, my experience here has not been great. Based on these repeated issues, I've since started taking my car to the dealership instead. While it costs more, the peace of mind and reliability are worth it compared to the headaches I experienced here. I'll give them 2/5 stars instead of 1 because the coupons from the website worked.

Therefore it became a salvaged vehicle. My mother was not ready to part with her most beloved van so she bought it back from the insurance company and went through all of the hassle to be able to re-register it again with DMV, including a brake and light check. That was two years ago. Then came covid. Last year she sent in her check and smog report to get her renewal but it never came in the mail. She does not use computers and for the next year could not seem to get past the recorded phone messages with DMV. Finally the DMVs opened up again so I took her to one of the offices and waited in the line that wrapped around the building with her. I was not able to actually go inside the building with her due to Covid protocols so I waited for her in the car. She notified me once she had returned to my vehicle that they had lost her break and light documents and she had to have the inspection done all over again. She tried to go back to her original brake and light place in West Sacramento. After waiting two weeks for her appointment they told he she had to leave the vehicle all day just to get a 30 minute brake and light check and the lady was very obnoxious to her. I hate people that are not kind and patient to the elderly. She takes care of my father who has dementia so she could not stay and therefore still unable to get a certificate. I looked up places on Yelp and found SMG. They take drop ins so I decided to take my mother there. We arrived there at about a quarter after nine on a Thursday morning and was instructed to turn around and get in line with the other cars waiting on the other side of the street. They were quite busy but they still were very patient and took the extra time to help my mother and they treated her just the way they would want others to treat their own mothers. By ten o'clock everything was taken care of and we were on our merry way. We can only hope DMV does not lose her certificate this time.

Free flat repair includes tire patching if it is in a repairable area. Tires eligible for repair must be less than 10 years old, no dry rot/cracks, and meet their minimum tread depth requirement. If the tire is leaking from the valve stem they will also replace it. Free wheel balancing is also included. Tires can be ordered from tirerack.com, shipped to this location, and installed. They do not have a installation deadline which is convenient and relies on the customer to schedule an available time. When I ordered tires it took me a month before I had time to have them installed. There were no issues with them storing them for longer until I had time to come in. There is an area in front of the roll up doors where free pressurized air is provided to ensure tires are the appropriate PSI. I've relied on this location many times for free flat repairs. On a recent visit for a free flat repair for my trailer, the associate was friendly, and fast. She replaced the valve stem in less than 5 minutes!

I called late Saturday due to…read morethe possibility of my Cylinder 1 misfiring, I forgot how we came to the conclusion of it being the Cylinder 1, but Dan said that they may have one for my old 09. After parking, we walked in, and I informed of my situation and Dan walked to the back and came out with a Cylinder 1! Made in Japan. He told me that these things should not be bought as preventative fixes - they should be replaced as they go out, not prior. I told him that my engine was shaking and he said it would do that if only three out of four cylinders were working. Thanks, Dan, for your help! Lastly, someone nice did the hard labor and replaced my car's old Cylinder 1 with the new one from EG Toyota and my engine immediately started running smoothly and firing on all cylinders! I am so thankful that my 09 can run for longer, safely, and properly.
