I checked mine and found that even in the center they were only warm. I asked the server for additional demi-glace since what I had was cold. While waiting, I cut into my steak. I first tried using the butter knife, which didn't work, and had to switch to the steak knife. The meat was cooked great and was tender, but slightly tougher than expected. When the demi-glace arrived, it was still not warm, so I asked for it to be heated again. The second time it came back steaming, which helped warm up both the potatoes. Overall, the food was good, but temperature was the main issue. I could understand this if multiple tables were being served at once, but we were sitting at the bar watching the kitchen, and only one table's food was being prepared at a time. There were two people cooking -- one handling apps and salads, and the other working on the main courses. Perhaps if they worked together, food could come out faster and hotter.
