The 3 star rating comes from the fact that my opinion of Bath and Body Works as a brand has eroded over time. Long gone are the days when I could consistently find the scents that I had become attached to because everything is temporary now. "Out with the old and in with the new" seems to be their primary concern. The scents disappear so quickly that by the time I run out of something I can't find it again. But my favorite products being discontinued isn't my biggest beef. What's worse is the sticker shock I get every time I come here. Some of their lotions now cost nearly $20 and travel size items can be over $10. Of course there's always a sale happening or a coupon available, but even after the mathematical trickery disguised as discounts are applied, the prices are still nowhere near bargain territory. As long as my loyalty, however slight, outweighs my discontent, I'll keep buying their stuff for holidays and special occasions. The rest of the time though, I'll get bath and body products from places like Walmart or Target for a fraction of the price.

I wish could remember the name of the associate who helped us because she brought us over to the wallflowers and asked what specific scents we like and then gave us recommendations.
