We brought a client here one night and he enjoyed his steak very much. My partner absolutely loved the Wagyu meatloaf, and said it was one of the best meatloaf dishes he'd ever had. I had the Elk Bolognese, which was also quite good, though a bit spicy. We were back a couple nights later after that meal being so good. This was not the same experience. I got one of the specials, a peach salad with grilled salmon on top. The salmon came out raw. Not partially cooked, not medium rare, but raw. I asked to have it cooked a little more. Instead of doing that, they brought me out another piece. Again, the fish was raw in the middle. They obviously don't know how to cook salmon. The salad itself was delicious. My dining partner had the elk dish that I had the time before, and he enjoyed it. We came back another day, and the service was absolutely horrendous. We walked in at the same time as another party of two. They were sat in the same section as us, at a table across the aisle from us. They had their order taken, was served soup, their entrée, dessert, and had the check before we were even served the soup we ordered. I canceled my soup at that point. We had a drive-by server, who didn't give a flip about us and we just drop something off and zoom right away without asking if we needed anything or noticing that we hadn't been served our meal. She never brought more water or checked on us in any way. By the time we got our dinner served, mine was cold and I had to ask for a hot one. It was the Bang Bang Noodles without any protein, so that should've been very quick to prepare. Even hot, I didn't care for it and didn't eat very much. At this point we were there close to two hours and I was tired and annoyed and just wanted to leave as I still had work to do. We were also absolutely freezing. Due to this experience, we did not go back after this, except for the last night for my partner to have that meatloaf again. So it's a very inconsistent place. You could have a very good experience or a very, very bad one.
