Service was really good here. The bar tenders were friendly and fast. Place was super clean and the beer was excellent. I loved the Dino sour and the Goss. They have different types for different folks. All of it was delicious though, there was also a pop up vegan joint as well here when we came which we loved! Would highly recommend this place!

Awesome brewery a block away from The Alex. Flights of 3 and lots of brews to choose from. Plenty of seating and I believe dog friendly-- saw a dog inside while we were there. Really enjoyed the Dunkel Baby Billy (Righteous Gemstones lol) and Cliche Hazy. Great service too!

Huge place with a variety of seating options. Very industrial rustic decor but very clean. Popped in for a beer and lunch. Unfortunately they do not serve food but the beer was great and will be back when I have a little food on my stomach. I love the fact they have the 4 ounce option that you can build your own flight or sample a little of everything. Their prices were quite reasonable for a brewery. They offer some wine options for anyone in your party that isn't a beer drinker so that is a plus. The waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. Parking was down town street parking but for a busy Friday after noon it was east in and east out.

This was our first stop on our brewery mission. You definitely need to stop here. The place was beautiful and the staff are great. The beer is amazing!

Popular place with a wide variety of choices for dinner--friendly and attentive service (if you…read moredon't see your server, ask another--they clearly work well as a team) and interesting decor. Starter and food, drinks, etc., are brought promptly to the table. This is exceptional in a highly popular tourist area. The food is good but could use a little improvement--the grilled mahi-mahi was good, but a little on the dry sauce and definitely needed a sauce. A couple of the dishes did have sauces, but fish is why most Creole restaurants like Brennan's will serve a sauce on the side, or a topping with butter such as Trout Almandine. It doesn't have to be a fancy sauce--the option of good ol' tartar sauce works. The grilled vegetables also needed a little more butter and seasoning. Carrots are good on their own; broccoli and cauliflower need a little cheese or butter and some seasoning to be loved. The IPA (Long John) was excellent. The beer cheese dip and soft pretzels were to die for; the chardonnay was passable. A great choice for dining in a VERY heavily traveled tourist destination. Get there early--it starts filling up fast and all the restaurants around Mount Rushmore close at 9.

Bonus Stop, not on the Hop Passport (yet?)…read more I'm going to have to start with agreeing with another reviewer on the credit card policy. We prefer to pay cash with small businesses to keep them from having to pay credit card fees (or us for that matter, if the fees are passed on to the consumer) but that seems to be unacceptable here. I completely understand having a card on file for keeping a tab open but it makes zero sense to require a card when someone wants to pay cash. We ordered a flight and wanted to pay cash but were told they needed a credit card regardless, just in case. Just in case what? I'm paying for my order before I get it. I would then be free to leave when I choose without additional work for staff or, well, me. Especially since there is indeed a credit card fee here, since we were told the cash price on closing out exactly what we initially ordered - "just let me pay and be done with it" (quoting the hubs). I'd seriously rethink that policy. On to the beer, there were a couple of stand outs, including our favorites the Dark Lager & Mouse Trap. As well as middle of the road brews, falling in the 3 range. We loved the collabs. It's always great to see businesses support each other. There are pizzas on the menu that looked pretty interesting but, circling back to point 1, we were annoyed enough by the credit card requirement that we opted for 1 & done, unfortunately. Note: there's some awesome merch &, I believe, meat for sale. Super cool.

The white sauce pizza was the best I've ever had! It was amazing. Good food & service. Highly…read morerecommend.
