In any getaway trip, you must include a Spa day. This was definitely the case when I escape my busy life to the Pala Casino and Resort. Making appointment online at this spa was breezy. Upon arrival. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They lead me to my locker, which I received my fluffy robe and slippers. The spa had outdoor patio, sauna, pool and refreshment . I love a good spa day. Spa is a great way to fresh both your body and mind. I definitely enjoyed my R & R here at the resort. My facial was relaxing and nourishing. My massage was a very healing experience physically and spiritually. I felt I was glowing after I left this Spa and ready to take on the town Overall an amazing experience. When Calgon was NEVER enough... I have been coming here for at least ten years, with a hiatus due to joining a membership clinic over the last several. I was pleased to return to a day spa environment with all the additional amenities you do not receive in a clinic setting. I opted for an aromatherapy massage at the Pala Spa on this recent visit. I chose an oil that was both relaxing and invigorating, called "chai spice"! As a former massage therapist, I seek a therapist that is highly skilled when booking my appointments. The therapist was both professional and effective in providing a therapuetic environment during my service here. I am pleased that I have never received a bad treatment here. In the past, I have also chosen facials and opted for the value of a spa package. The rooms are also some of the nicest in Southern California with an option for an indoor or outdoor massage and a shower in-between the room and the patio. This is one of my favorite parts of the spa. The property has an ample relaxation room for sitting and readily available infused fruit water, tea, fruit and even coffee (should you need it to wake up)! The women's spa includes the use of a steam room, sauna, hot tub, and indoor/outdoor showers. The lounge areas are natural, rustic and relaxing. You have the option of booking use of the spa without a treatment for the day at a $30 rate (however you can save with a players card at $25). This will provide you use of the pool, gym and spa and the spa boutique on the property during regular business hours, Monday-Thursday. Weekends are reserved more for those receiving treatments. The spa staff is helpful and the facility is well maintained. They provide most of the final products to end your day of relaxation and invigoration: shampoo, conditioner, lotion, mouthwash, brushes, combs, hair products, etc. I suggest bringing your own blow dryer and irons for your hair. The blow dryers work but are stuck at low speeds. Pick up something much better than Calgon on your exit through the boutique...my husband purchased my selection of the Kneipp Herbal Bath "Sweet Dreams" with Valerian and Hops. Had an amazing facial experience from Sally, the Facialist! I did the 50 min custom facial for $115. She explained step by step what she was doing and how it would make my skin feel. She also asked me how it felt during the exfoliation part. I'm elated that my skin feels so soft, clean and has a nice healthy glow! Highly recommend Sally! Tidbit: Sally's days off are Wednesday and Thursday. Her appointments books quickly - best to book two weeks in advance. I've also had the Swedish massage on two separate occasions and the Pala Bliss body scrub once. They were all satisfactory and relaxing (3/5 stars). They have a 24 hour gym open to guests staying at the hotel here at Pala. Card entry required. The cleanliness of the room is definitely above standard. They have state of the art workout machines, free weights and more. It's the perfect size gym for anyone. Lucky for me no one was working out so I had the gym all to myself! Upon entering there is a sign in sheet, headphones, towels and lemon water all set up-so if you forget your ear buds like I did, you can use the ones they have here. They work perfectly fine. Make sure to leave towels and headphones behind as you exit. They're also available for purchase. Right next to the gym is the actual spa, there were a few employees I saw working. I didn't interact with them so I can't really say much about the customer service; no one bothered me so I would give an automatic A! read more

Pala has a gym and spa.. So, now what? I say give it a try! After losing years of my life to second hand, more like back of the hand, casino smoke taking years off of my life, it's time to hit the gym. I keep telling myself I will get to the spa eventually, but for now I will just enjoy the free gym included with your hotel stay. And since I got comped a room I will enjoy it free with my free visit. The gym is a little small but cozy. It's perfect when nobody is there but feels crowed if more than 4 people are there at once. And if you are noobie please don't workout in front of the weight rack or stay on the bench watching Sport Center. I like the towels, water bottle, and headphones on every machine. It's very classy and reminds me of the Wynn only they had fruit baskets but that's a different review. I love the free bottle water. Bottle Service Yeah Yeah!! I wish 24 hour fitness would treat me the same way. All the machines and weights are new and barely used. I take it that not many people know about or workout here.. Well now you know. Unfortunately, this spa gets a bad review from me. My experience was nice while I was there, but the day after my facial, I broke out in a horrible reaction. Red, puffy, ozzing, peeling on my face! I don't even have sensitive skin! It's so itchy and uncomfortable I can't leave my house. I've been to the dermatologist and there's nothing they could give me either to help because I'm breastfeeding. I'm pretty miserable. This was a birthday gift from my husband, so I am SO sad that it turned out this way. The spa manager is going to email me a list of products and ingredients but they didn't offer anything more for me. I have another reason to visit Pala. My husband and I had a nice weekend here and decided to finally check out the Spa facilities. I kept getting offers to check it out, so we finally cashed out on it. I decided to spend most of my day there: facial (comp), massage, and pedi (comp). Hubby had only the massage. You have access to the spa facilities open to close if you get a treatment over $50?, which is easy anyway. The locker rooms are nice, however my locker was where the main foot traffic was so don't expect any real privacy. There are restroom stalls or shower stalls if you're shy. Anyways inside there is a card with your name and what treatments you're receiving that day. Also your robe and slippers for you to change into. Then in the relaxation waiting area you can enjoy infused water, tea, hot chocolate, some fruit... and just sit. Some people tend to chat loud, which I found really annoying. I had Lela for my facial. She was so sweet. At first she talked a lot and I didn't mind. I know some people don't like that. But I mean once I stayed quiet, she got the idea. My massage was wonderful. My husband and I had a couples massage. We had the option of having it outside, but there was construction noise and it was pretty windy that day. So we stayed inside on the nice toasty tables. Time went by so fast. Then I had my pedi. Nice, clean, and very relaxing. Was offered a drink and warm neck pillow... I was relaxed. She (forgot her name too :( boo) did a great job. Overall, I would definitely come back for a day of relaxation. I told my mom about my experience, she went, and she loved it too. We had a "Relax & Getaway" room package that included a couples massage. I'd definitely do this again! We came here Saturday (04.02.16), and they seemed pretty busy. While the staff was actively moving through the spa, everyone was polite to us. The staff took their time to explain the features of the spa, even though they seemed understaffed for the number of guests that were using the facilities. We were given the option of having our couples massage indoors or outdoors... and when we chose outdoors, I didn't expect that we'd be listening to kids playing at the pool. Apparently the outdoor area of the room used for couples massages is near the pool. Neither of us minded the ambient noise, but it's something to be aware of if you choose this option. PROPS: Awesome facility, and I wish I better took advantage of the sauna and private jacuzzi. SLOPS: They're busy (which is a good thing for Pala, because it means they're doing something right). We had to book several weeks in advance to get a couples massage together on a weekend. We called a day before to see if we could extend the 50 minute massage, but they were booked up. read more

I LOVE THIS SPA!!! Everytime I come to Pala, i enjoy myself at the spa. The Spa itself is small but has everything that you need in a spa. Sauna, steam room, massaging shower, jacuzzi, etc. The Place is really clean and well kelpt. Clean towels are readily available and they have great cucumber water (or citrus water) ready at all times. All the treatments that i have gotten here are wonderful as well.I have gotten massages, scrubs, and facials. The prices are so affordable unlike the spa services in Vegas which are completely OVER priced. Enjoy! =) read more

Meh! I really wanted to give this place a 5 because it was super cute but there was a couple issues that I couldn't look the other way with. I came in last min hoping they could squeeze me in for spa treatments and I lucked out. I was super appreciative that they were able to accommodate me. I expressed that I was super tight in the shoulders and needed that worked out and that I wanted a facial. I got fit in for a Swedish massage, a head/neck/shoulder massage, and a mini facial. I wanted a longer massage and facial but they didn't have any, which is fine, I didn't make an appt earlier anyways. My Swedish massage was pretty good. My therapist was 2 minutes late... Kind of annoying. I really wanted to get my massage outside but the therapist talked me out of it. She kept telling me about how noisy it is and that she could get me ear plugs if I wanted. She kept going about it so negatively. I think she just didn't want to have to massage outside. Whatever. I had lunch poolside after my massage. It was awesome. The bartender Juan was super nice and the food was great. I got the Pala Burger and a mimosa. I couldn't finish. It was a ton of food. Haha. I went back for my shoulder massage. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! It was the same therapist and she didn't even offer outside. Oh, and she was late AGAIN, except she was 3 minutes late this time and I had an appt literally right after hers. She was so speedy with her strokes and seemed annoyed when I asked her to do my massage a certain way, like slower strokes. Her technique was awful. My 6 year old cousins could do a better shoulder massage. I told the front staff and they told me I could fill out a survey if I wanted. Um, ok... So I found the manager later and she said they talked to her. Interesting, they didn't offer me to talk to the manager... She offered me a 30% discount on the shoulder massage and a day pass to come back. Big whoop. My facial was fantastic but felt like it went by too fast. I loved it! I wish I could have scheduled a longer one. My favorite part of the spa day was the facilities. They have outside rain showers, an outside quiet relaxation area, a sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy shower, light snacks, and non alcoholic beverages as well as access to the pool area, oh and you can go into the casino and gamble and than come back to the spa area. Will I come back? I don't know. Maybe for a Swedish but not for a deep tissue massage... I highly HIGHLY DOUBT they could execute a good deep tissue massage. Maybe I might come back for a facial? And its great you get to use the rest of the facility before or after you get whatever type of massage you've scheduled. This place has my stamp of approval for massages. No matter where I go I recommend the Hot stones. I'm going back this week and this time getting the 90 min. That hour just wasn't enough. Labor day weekend was the perfect time for a Stay-cation. I love this place so much! My boyfriend and I worked out at the gym that is connected and then both spent multiple hours in the spa after working out. With my rewards, card it was only $20 to access the facilities as I did not have any treatments or massages scheduled. But the facilities themselves are really beautiful and relaxing, there's complementary cucumbers for your eyes and cool towels if you get too hot from the Jacuzzi or the saunas. From the amenities to the high class masseuses. Burke Williams seems like amateurs compared to this extraordinary place. Have a massage outside, get a facial, take rain shower outdoors, melt in the steam room, bake in the sauna and escape in the jacuzzi...oh it's so lovely. I wish they had one here where I live. I'd be a happier person with less stress I guarantee! Only gripe, I gotta say, is the spa director changed and they eliminated the Pala Spa signature lotion, body wash et al. Boo! Shame on you! That is what I loved about the spa. Bring it back! It was such a unique scent...so unique many of my friends and coworkers hoarded the lotions when we were here last for company conferences. Only other feedback that I have is also constructive: The front desk staff could warm up a little. Everyone else on staff is phenomenal, warm and caring. Front desk....meh. I had great pampering and service from the Spa at Pala! My partner and I got a couples massage package (Relax & Getaway), but note, if you choose to do this, plan ahead. We had to book over a month in advance for the 50-minute couples massage on a Saturday. Once we arrived, all of the employees were polite, seemed excited to be there, and were very informative. They did tell us that they were understaffed that day, but it didn't have a negative impact on the service we received. The amenities in the women's area are awesome! They have plenty of showers, including 1 aromatherapy shower and 1 shower with 12 different heads to surround you. There is also a sauna, hot tub, steam room, outdoor rain showers, and an outdoor quiet area to relax. My assigned locker had a custom welcome message, which was a nice touch. We chose to do our massage outside, but weren't quite expecting to hear noise from the pool the whole time. While we didn't mind, other people might, so give it a listen before you commit to being outside. The music wasn't quite enough to drown it out. The massage overall was great. My therapist communicated with me and did exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend this spa and will definitely be back! read more

PROS: I booked a couples massage and both masseuses were fantastic. Because we arrived 5 minutes late, my masseuse asked if I preferred to have my back down to my feet messaged rather than flipping over as well, that way the massage wouldn't have to be rushed. I thought it was a great idea since my back and hamstrings were sore. I definitely prefer a female masseuse though since your glutes are exposed at one point and his groin may or may not have touched my left hand. The beds are heated and you have the choice of having your massage done in an outdoor setting or indoor. They start off with having you inhale the scent of an aromatherapy oil, which I loved. The massage oil they use seems to be non scented, which I'm also a fan of. My boyfriend enjoyed his first massage as well. The women's locker room has a dry sauna, steam sauna, cold/wet towels and cucumbers provided, a jacuzzi, hydromassage shower, and outdoor rain showers. I took advantage of them all (minus the dry sauna). Clothing optional in this area. The robes they provide are comfy and soft. They provide non-slip slippers as well. The front is well stocked with skincare, apparel, hair ties, etc. CONS: Customer service and front desk. I called in at 2pm to try and extend our appointment time to 5pm but they said because it was within a 4 hour window, they would charge me for half an hour + a full hour. If the 6pm window is open, why not try to accommodate and just move us? We kept our 5pm appointment but arrived 5 minutes late since we were coming from Old Town Temecula, had to stop by Harrahs to grab our swimsuits, then drive back down to Pala... So the receptionist says upon our arrival, "It is cutting into your time so your massage will be shorter." They really need to work on how to word things better. Also, the waiting area is only stocked with whole pieces of fruit and beverages. Some baked goods would have been nice since I'm paying $130 for one massage, $260 for a couples massage (excluding gratuity). They do not serve food in the spa either, whereas Pechanga does. Lastly, the co-ed area has a small pool and jacuzzi. It is a very tiny area with one cabana area. No towels were provided in the co-ed area. Gratuity of 18% is automatically included in your total. I don't mind it but the customers should have authority over gratuity amount. Although I enjoyed my massage and the women's locker room amenities, I won't be back due to: 1. Lack of customer service 2. No food being served 3. Co-ed area being tiny The atmosphere and experience of a spa is about providing the value of tranquility in one's life. I have been here a few times and absolutely LOVE it! This rivals some of the Vegas strip casino spas that my friends and I have been to. There is a large indoor hot tub, two outdoor rain showers and a shower that we can "the car wash" because it has lots of jets that shoot water from every direction! :) There is a shaded outdoor patio with a couple chaise loungers, a relaxation room stocked with snacks and absolutely everything that you'll need get ready and enjoy the night. Although I prefer indoor, especially since some months can get very hot, I like that you can choose to have your massage outdoors. There is are patios attached to the service rooms. Just had my makeup done by the lovely Miss Olivera and hair done by the lovely Miss Jasmine. Olivera is so sweet and funny. It can be really awkward getting your makeup done by a stranger having them so close to your face but she had me laughing and feeling at ease the whole time and made wonderful application and product recommendations. Jasmine is so sweet and absolutely nailed the updo I wanted and used all Oribe products. My fave! Wonderful service provided by both ladies. Hubby treated me to a mother-to-be massage during the fourth of july weekend.. We made a same-day appointment and they were able to accomodate me at a decent time.. I got to my appointment about an hour early in hopes of checking out the various amenities they had to offer. However, all they had were a hot tub, steam room and sauna.. since I'm pregnant.. i can't really enjoy those things.. so that was a little disappointing.. I was hoping they had a cool mist room like at Burke-Williams.. oh well.. I decided to just stay in the lounge area.. the chairs are supposed to be comfortable.. and if I wasn't pregnant.. I'm sure they would have been just fine.. but it wasnt too comfy for me.. I made due and waited for my appointment.. My masseus (sp?) was really good.. she really gave me a nice relaxing massage.. so relaxing that I actually fell alseep.. My one complaint is that the room was too brightly lit for me.. I'm used to the dim lighting of Burke-Williams or other massage spas I've been to.. this room had one wall that was actually a window to the outside with a massage table set up outside.. It just seemed waay too bright for me.. it's just more of a personal preference to have a nice dim lit room to set a more relaxing mood.. but the massage was so good that I was ok to overlook that.. read more

The booking of the appointment really confused me, made me think my appointment was a different time than it was. That being said we were still technically there on time, but they said we were late by the time they actually talked with us. So they cut my moms birthday massage short... Okay I get it, you have other appointments to tend to. But you don't say you're gonna cut the massage short AFTER the massage. Imagine going to a salon and them shaving only half your head but you still have to pay full price because ... WHY??!! If I knew you were gonna cut it short I would've CANCELLED the appointment. But no, you didn't say anything about it, so freaking slyly. You got a full moneys worth of massage, for half of the effort, plus an 18% tip. Just wow. Even made my mom cry and now I feel like shit. I am beyond pleased with this Spa. I went today with a group of friends and we had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience. The place is beautiful and peaceful and we were treated like royalty. Each of our group had body massages and facials. The services were top notch and we were also able to use the lounge, jacuzzi, pool and locker room as well. Brittany, the manager, was AMAZING. She went above and beyond to make our time there especially lovely. I appreciated her kindness and attention to detail so much! Seriously, this woman gave the best service to us, perhaps better than I have experienced at any spa I have ever been to. I also have to commend the lady who did my facial: Jennifer. It was incredible. She wrapped my hands, massaged my hands, arms, shoulders and scalp in addition to the facial. My friends raved about the people who gave them their massages and facials as well. One of our crew who is an esthetician, said she got the best facial she has ever had. Tea, coffee, water and fruit were served in the spa lounge which we were able to spend time in (in our spa robes and slippers). Food from the poolside grill was really good (and not bad price) and the valet parking rep was fast and friendly. Rates: We paid $253 for a 50 minute Swedish massage, a 50 minute custom facial and 20% Tip. Our only negative moments were with one of the employees at the front desk who was noticeably curt and unfriendly with a couple of us. Maybe she was having a bad day? My experience was unforgettably amazing! It was just what I needed for my 50th B-day! Having to pamper yourself is one of the keys to a longevity and healthy living. Pala Spa does help you achieve that. I expected tired and unmotivated staff, in fact, I was afraid of "over" massaging to the point of painful..but to my surprise, it was invigorating! Maribel has fixed the "knot" or pain on my rt shoulder! She relieved my right hand from Carpal tunnel since it's been discomforting for me. She performed so well on me that I was comatose & fell deep to sleep and got glued to the table; she had to ask me to put my robe back on twice!! Then came Monica, facialist! My face has never felt so alive, rejuvenated It was all over for me! I was intoxicated from being rejuvenated to where I was stumbling & she literally had to walk me back to the locker room!! Here is the topper- I accidentally left some cash in my robe, I called to report it to retrieve it; the honesty that this facility demonstrates the success & Blessings in each staff. This is an absolutely beautiful spa. I love how spacious everything is, including the sauna and steam room. I have never been in such a big sauna or steam room. The jacuzzi was very big and perfect temperature. The outdoor area was a very nice option to lay out and relax. The rainfall showers were also fantastic!! I had a quick facial from America and a hot stone massage from Lany. Both were very nice and relaxing. I usually never think it is worth it to just come to use the facilities but I do think this place is worth it even if you don't get a service. I absolutely cannot wait to come back!!! read more

I took my sister to this spa for her birthday a couple of years ago and loved it. Now we keep going back. I have had several of the different types of massages. The hot stone massage is awesome - no pressure just light touch but you leave with your muscles feeling worked. Of course different massage therapists have different styles. My recommendation is to try a few different types of massages and therapists to find your favorite. I also get a facial when I am there. I've tried several of those also and they do a wonderful job. My four friends and I went to relax at the pools. We have highly stressful careers and this was a much needed day to unwind. We had a wonderful time together laughing, eating and drinking. Until we paid the bill. The server who called himself "Dino" collected our credit card payments and made a comment, "No tip?" We gave him a cash tip. He left and counted his money. He came back and asked if there was a problem because he expected more of a tip. He had a decent tip for his service despite the fact that he wasn't very attentive, gave us a glass of wine in a dirty glass that my friend had ordered more than thirty five minutes earlier. He brought more drinks than we ordered, but we didn't say anything. I am offended that this server "Dino" harassed us five women because he thought we should have given him a larger tip. The poolside staff acted as though it was a hassle to locate or call the manager. Not a good ending to a relaxing day. read more

The facilities were very nice, although the changing section is far too small. I went with a friend for her birthday and we both got 50 min Swedish massages. I was pretty disappointed with my massage. My therapist had long nails that I could feel when she was working on my back. You know it isn't a great massage when you are hoping that it will end soon. Lots of weird, unprofessional quirks: squirting oil from the bottle directly on my legs, tossing the bottle on the table in between my legs when she wasn't using it, purple/blue ink stains on the sheets, therapist kept coughing and her stomach growled loudly. It wasn't any better than a $40 massage envy visit. My friend had a similar experience and we both walked away wondering what kind of training is required to work there. Pool and whirlpool were very relaxing. Would recommend only paying the facility fee and skipping treatments. read more

I have always, loved, loved, loved this spa! It has been my favorite in the world. I wanted to go this week and after 3 phone calls, being on hold for over 15 minutes, and no way to leave a message to get a call back. I called the hotel and they said there was no way to contact the spa separately or leave a message for them! So...I had to call Pechanga today and they answered their phone promptly, and were happy to take me as a client. Sorry Pala, loved you but you are not sharing the love. read more

What a great experience my mother and I had here yesterday. My mom had the body scrub she absolutely loved. Her skin has never felt better. I had the body massage by Jasmin, what a great job she did. She worked my neck and left feeling great. Refreshing drinks provided during our time here. We enjoyed the outside pool and can even come back Into the spa. Very quite and relaxing. Everyone here from the front desk checking in to the lady in the store arranging clothes were all so friendly. We loved how it was so clean and private. The saunas and spa after our treatments felt so nice. I highly recommend coming her and spending the day for a girls get away. GREAT service Pala we will definitely be back soon. read more

Worst experience ever, Wife and I went there Sept 6 Sunday , hoping for a fun night for first time, being a casino lover ( we love going to casinos & play all night long ). Somebody told us about this place . Comparing with others ( we been at pachangas , Harrahs, morongo, San Manuel Etc ) -Slots machines way to old, the call attendant sign showed at different machines -Not enough or poor service Technician ( the personal that repair the slots when those get blank or inoperable ) & when they show up display an attitude - Service ( cocktails poor service ) attitude display -Broken ATM 's , how about you tried to withdraw from their ATM's you don't get your money from the machine , but machine/casino frozen/ locks your account / funds for 2 days. Only explanation was , sorry something went wrong Linda the cashier manager did not give us a satisfactory explanation not let us talk to upper management . -when there waiting for our issue to be resolved 3 more people arrive for same or similar issues 1.- one person feed their ATM $ 100 bill ( you know to get $20's) machine eats the bill and no money was dispensed) 2.- Another one wins $280 prize , feed the ticket and of course no money was displayed Etc, Was really frustrating , never see this money issues before anywhere , WILL NEVER COMEBACK ever read more

I am giving the pala spa a 3-4 star rating because of the wonderful and beautiful location and amenities included . If you have never been here a locker room attendant will tour you around the facility. After a locker is set with a robe and slippers for you to change into. Each locker is uniquely set with a four digit pin that you create. After you change, you relax in what's called the waiting room, stocked with water, tea, coffee and fruit all complimentary. Too bad theirs no champagne or wine in this snack bar. My massage therapist Deborah picks me up and directs me into the treatment room. She explains this massage is 50 minutes and is a Swedish massage. She offers me to enjoy the massage indoors or out. However if it's noisy outside they have no control over that which I understand. I then ask if Swedish means light or med with pressure. Deborah explains The pressure is med-firm focusing more pressure on my rhomboids and traps. She steps out and I get comfortable on the table inside. So this is where I rate the massage a 2-3........ She kept doing the same effleurage movement on my back. I was hoping she can work out the knots a little on my rhomboids and traps but again just keep going with the same movement at one point she stopped around my traps and did something very light in pressure didn't feel like anything except maybe her taking a break.... I have had a better Swedish massage. When my massage was done it felt like not enough time pretty much like clock work ending exactly 50 minutes after the hour even if you started a few minutes late. She then directed me back to the waiting room and told me I am able to use the amenities til closing time. They have a outdoor lounge area, a jacuzzi, a steam room and 3 showers. Not a bad way to spend the whole day..... You can go gambling, eat and come back if you want again you can use the amenities all day so enjoy!!!! read more

Had a chance to visit the spa at Pala casino and have to say it was a bit disappointing especially for the price. It started out with the receptionist being a bit unprofessional.. but we decided that maybe because they were busy that it wasn't completely a deal breaker. My friend got a facial that she said was about average.. I went with the swedish massage which was about average.. it didn't help that there was some type of mix up with the timing and instead of receiving a 50 min massage I received a 40min massage.. and instead of the massage being discounted they decided not to charge me the full 18% gratuity.. was a bit surprised. I tend to visit spa's in the five star range and I have to say that this one falls under the 3 star category. I'm not sure I would recommend this spa to a friend.. read more

There are 2 reasons bring me here to Pala: the spa and the lobster buffet. This place is a little bit too far for me to come, but for the few times i was here and I always receive such a great experience. I usually spend my whole afternoon here as my spa day. I come in at least 1 hour earlier my massage time to enjoy all the amenities there. This facility is very well kept: clean, smell nice, soft towels, refreshing water... I can't name it all. Be aware of nudity there. Yes, I'm serious. So don't be surprise or disgust, just look away and enjoy your day. I always have 80 mins Swedish massage by Ms. Marcie. I loved her massage. I liked the spa far more than the hotel. The people in the spa were very helpful, showing me around, making sure I had anything I needed while I waited and following my massage appointment. The atmosphere smelled lovely, had gentle music, and was overall very serene. There's a lovely selection of coffee, organic tea, infused waters and some fresh fruit available as well. The robe was comfy (way too big on me, haha), and the slippers were perfect. They provided me with a water and a locker... The spa was definitely the highlight of my stay. read more
