I got the avocado BLT benedict, with avocado, tomato, arugula, bacon, and hollandaise on top of ciabatta. It tastes good, and I especially liked how orange and healthy the poached egg yolk was. This bread was ridiculous, over an inch thick and impossible to cut through without shaking the table and making a crummy mess. I don't know if it's the way they clean (or don't) but the smell never left. If you're sensitive to smells, this might be a turn off for you. The menu is kind of standard luncheonette fare with sandwiches around $12-14 and platters in the $20 range. I will say this, the food was good for what it was and it was served hot. It came with no sides and was a bit meager on the inside of the sandwich however. I probably should have asked about refills on iced tea because my iced tea bill was higher than my lunch bill. This seems petty for something that costs pennies to make and costs $3.95 a cup. This, in itself, is enough to keep us from going back though being sensitive to smells might have been enough. Reading past reviews it saddens me that we might have missed the boat on its better days. You should know that they don't accept tips on your credit card...something we didn't know beforehand.
