I finally had the chance to visit the New York Beanery, and I already can't wait to go back. Pete was incredibly kind and patient, offering great suggestions for both food and matcha since it was my first time there. As a matcha lover, I took his recommendation to try the brown sugar matcha--and it absolutely did not disappoint. I ordered the avocado toast (I believe it was the California) and really enjoyed it. I also tried a bite of my best friend's panini, which was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The ambiance is cozy, relaxing, and perfect for a casual date or catch-up. Highly recommend!

First time finally trying here, I would go back but not a daily thing. I got a small vanilla honey iced latte that is so good. It's not over sweet and can taste the espresso. I also got the empire panini, which was also tasty but small. It was wrapped for like 10 minutes before I ate it and got soggy quick. I feel like it also should have full pieces of grilled chicken rather than cubed, to add to height. visual isn't super appealing but again flavor was great, I am definitely full. I would say the two of these together are more worth like $15 rather than the $20 something it came out to. Staff was pretty nice, not overwhelming and handled the rush well. Overall 8/10!

The coffee options are awesome! There's a really good amount of options to choose from. They have seasonal menu items so that's always fun. The parking kinda stinks but you should be able to find some street parking. Everyone inside is super nice they can help edit any order to your liking. They have more than coffee too. There's tea, food items and other snacks to choose from. It feels like a rustic coffee house when you're inside very quiet and the wall is awesome for pictures.

First time here got the rainbow cookie cold brew with oat milk and the matcha chip cookie. Both super good although a little too sweet on the coffee. Service great the baristas were fast and sweet. Their menu was huge with a lot of options. Want to try one of their matches next. The parking however was a little confusing.

Coffees are amazing and they are always busy . Nothing more to say but the flavors are very good I always ask for less sweet and they come out perfect ! Also a good place to study or catch up on homework very small though !

This little coffee shop has a difficult parking situation. It's a bit confusing where to turn in. Once in, you'll find a rustic, small shop with a friendly staff. They were willing to make me a coffee that wasn't on the menu list (flat white). The coffee is medium to strong with solid cups but flimsy lids. While I didn't eat here the table next to me told me the food was very good. A nice coffee experience that is worth stopping by for.

Love the coffee & food here! Big fan of their crème brûlée latte and also their peanut butter coffee! The employees here are really kind as well and offer great suggestions! Just make note they are closed on Mondays! They have a great feature where you can call or text your order in! Ample parking behind the facility. Great place to check out and try something new!

Our bldg had a pop-up in the RXR Plaza in Uniondale. They gave us free complementary drinks. I chose the strawberry matcha latte drink. The drink contains strawberry, milk, and matcha. It was so good and freshing. The drink was a tad sweet but overall tasty. Thank you for coming to our bldg.

We found this gem on IG and took a chance on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Upon entering, first thing one does is look up to the menu on the board. First thing we noticed, no prices. No prices on the menu either. When we asked one of the staff, she didn't know the prices either. I thought that odd. What distracted us was the cacophony of sandwiches, paninis, breakfast offerings. I settled for a turkey club panini. Good choice. I also ordered a Mango Bubble Tea. Sooo good. Especially, chomping on the Bobba tapioca beans. And the piece de resistance, the crumb caaaaaake!!! It was filling and buttery. I could not finish my sandwich and cake. My gal pal who accompanied me ordered the chicken bacon ranch panini. She ate all hers. The food arrived warm and quickly, but without utensils. Another oddity. I had to ask for them. I guess you don't need a fork to eat a sandwich. But still. Not crowded on this rainy Saturday, but people were coming in and out. Music was soft in the background. The three ladies behind the counter, worked efficiently and quietly. Nice quiet spot for a nice quiet Saturday. My meal came to $26. The one bathroom is unisex and clean. Parking is best in the rear.

Cute shop with lots of choices and friendly service. Very odd that the menu had no prices. I got a medium bubble tea, a small bubble tea, and a small box of 2 macarons. This all cost me $16. I know the macarons was about $5.25 because I asked. I'd give 4 stars if there were prices posted. Boba texture was a on the firm side, but the drinks tasted good. They use powdered mix for the boba, which is pretty standard at a lot of boba shops.

I want to love it here! Having passed this place for years, I was always curious. Stumbled upon an instagram post of their Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte & knew it was time to go. I have been visiting for months now, sometimes as often as 5 days a week. I do believe loyalty & continued support should count for something. Consistency is not really a thing here so I have been reduced to sticking with what I love and hoping to love it on that given day. They offer a couple different options for Matcha Lattes. Most notable are the Lavender & Strawberry. They offer milk alternatives & I usually opt for Oat milk. New York Beanery absolutely offers a superior Matcha Latte!!! This makes it difficult to enjoy a Matcha Latte anywhere else. I have tried Classic New Yorker & other Egg Sandwich menu items as well. My sister is a big fan of their Grilled Cheese with Bacon. Their menu also features Acai bowls which we have not yet tried. They have baked goods, both sweet & savory. During the warmer months they have an outdoor seating area/tent. Currently there are tables & window seating indoors. Parking is behind the building, you have to enter the lot shared with Lake Town Motors.

    Absolutely delicious!

I love the New York Beanery. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and courteous. Such a cute little coffee shop that I've been coming to for years! I recommend the honey vanilla chai latte! Their breakfast items are so tasty and it really is tough choosing what to try! The macaroons are a tasty treat to take home for later! Wish I could give them 10 stars!

Cozy Brunch Spot with Decadent Treats!…read more I stopped by Brownstones with a friend and we were blown away by the flavors and portions! The mocha latte and chai egg nog latte were perfectly spiced and rich - loved the festive twist on the classic latte. Food-wise, everything was a winner. The Nutella crepes were indulgent and chocolatey, the chocolate chip pancakes were a chocolate lover's dream, and the original pancakes topped with fresh fruit were absolute perfection. Speaking of which, the pancake stacks are SERIOUS - we ended up sharing and still left satisfied. Service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere was inviting. Our recent visit was no different. We stopped at the bar for a drink prior to to moving to our table. The bartender was quite good as well as personable. I had a Bacardi and diet Coke and my wife had a lemon drop martini which she said was probably the best she has ever had. A note to future guests: the bar is quite LOUD. The locals that inhabit the bar are quite vocal and boisterous. We have noted this on each occasion. We then moved to our table. The atmosphere is very comfortable and romantic. Our server was prompt and knowledgeable. I had the marinated Skirt Steak. It was awesome! Perfectly marinated and cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes and green beans that accompanied it were fantastic. My wife went with the Chilean Sea Bass with Lobster Risotto. She noted the Sea Bass was cooked to perfection: moist and flaky. Very good. She did note that there was a minimal amount of lobster added to the risotto. But overall very enjoyable. We definitely recommend Vittorio's . Next time we are in town I'm sure we'll stop in again.

I'll first start by saying it had nothing to do with the food. It was delicious. That being said, the service was definitely off. And it was an early dinner reservation for my wife's birthday. It was actually on Super Bowl Sunday. There were only 3 tables being occupied. Not busy at all. My wife couldn't find anything on the menu she wanted because it had changed a little since the last time we were there. She asked our server if she would be able to just get a chicken parm made. The waiter said no, only veal parm. We understand that when it's busy, special requests cannot be accommodated most of the time. But again, only 3 tables being occupied. He then asked if we would like him to find out if it could be done. He came back stating that the kitchen said they could do it since it's not busy, which is what we thought to begin with. I then placed my order, assuming it was à la carte. So I also ordered a side dish for us. When the food came out, my wife's dish came with a side of pasta (but the server never asked what kind of pasta she wanted, so we assumed it came with nothing). My dish came with TWO sides, one of which was a vegetable (but it was never mentioned, nor was I asked what kind of vegetable I would like, which you are typically given a choice of). I'd have never ordered an additional side had we known we didn't need it. In the midst of all of this, a gentleman sitting by himself a few tables away from us was watching videos on his phone at full volume, as if he were in a loud, packed bar. Very disruptive and quite frankly rude, considering the type of establishment we were in. His server seemed to be ok with this. Shouldn't be happening in a place like this though. After dinner, the one main thing we were looking forward to was the Crème Brûlée. We've always gotten it there because it is quite delicious. We looked at the dessert tray as it was presented to us, but no crème brûlée. I asked the server and his response was that it was not served that day. My wife said that it was her birthday and that she was really looking forward to it, and she asked if it could be done, to which he replied that they won't do it because they were too busy (completely contradicting the chicken parm request). All in all, we have been here numerous times, and have always had that dessert. They've always been accommodating with things as long as it's not a busy night. It wasn't busy at all, yet everything seemed to be an issue. It kind of took the wind out of our sails on what was supposed to be a special occasion. We left feeling truly disappointed and have never had problems like this before. The only thing I can say for sure is that the food we DID have, was still very good.
