A great PetSmart! I frequently come here to get dental treats for my dogs, dog food, and fish food…read morefor my goldfish. Parking is simple! PetSmart shares a lot with Big Al's and with Target! If you ever need pet supplies, you can visit PetSmart and buy some essentials at Target! Win-win. I wouldn't come on Saturday and Sunday mornings due to the influx of foot traffic. I have two dogs: a short haired chihuahua mix and a lab mix. I usually take them here to have a bath, nail trim, and I add on the furminator! The furminator really works; I've barely seen fur around the house in comparison to the previous summer. Shout out to Kaitlyn and Angelyna for being our frequent doggy bath specialists. They always give kind reports about how our dogs behaved during the bath. This PetSmart is also very clean inside, in comparison to other Petsmarts. Many PetSmart reek or pet urine or of pet stench. Yet, this PetSmart is well kept and up to date. The only downfall is the exterior which has plenty of urine and fecal matter. It smells before you come inside. Kudos to pet owners for encouraging their dogs to utilize the restroom outdoors! Needless to say, great PetSmart!

Very clean location!…read more Customer service was great we found a box of cat food that was a pack of 16 but only 11 cans were in the box. The very sweet lady at the cashier gave us 35% off when we pointed it. I didn't catch her name but she had adorable overalls on! We wanted to try these new cat treats and so grateful we found them! Definitely will be back, we wish we could adopt one of those cute cats too, I hope they all get good homes.

We've been going to that other "smart" store for over five years to have our dog's nails trimmed…read more Ever since, they've told us that we can just walk in and they will do the trim. The most we've ever had to wait is about 15 to 20 minutes. Today, was no different, walked in at 10:15a, let them know that we needed a nail trim, the associate said that the earliest they can get us in was not till 12 PM without an appointment. An appointment? I explained to them that in the five years we've been going to them for nail grinds (which is pretty frequent) we've never had to make an appointment. That's when she said that making appointment has always been in place. So, I walked out, came over to The Good Dog. The General Manager greeted us, even while working with another customer. Listening how he handled the other two customers in front of us (who appeared to be regulars) set the tone that this is a friendly place that we want to be a part of. You know, it's like "Cheers," you wanna go where everyone knows your name! Well, they were able to get us in right away. They advised we typically do not need to make an appointment for nail grind, but to simply call up to make sure they are not busy at the moment, otherwise can get in quickly. I think that's reasonable, fair enough AND smart! "Thanks, Good Dog!"

They offered medical wipes for my dog's injury and a complete re-grooming with a different groomer. I chose not to continue patronage, but the offer and continued open communication was very appreciated. Original Review: This is the first time I've been to this location and decided to go here due to the large number of good reviews. They were able to fit my appointment in very last minute, less than 24hrs notice, super friendly staff, and lots of merchandise. Also great cut options avaliable for someone new, trying to figure out what a new groomer can do with a new client. Asked them to brush his teeth and grind his nails, to which they accomplished (at least his breath smells better). With that said, I was told they would contact me 20 minutes before he's ready for pickup, they did not. They messaged me when he was done. No big deal. When I picked him up, immediately noticed the uneven cut job. As we're driving home, noticed A BUNCH of dirt left in his coat. Makes me question if they bathed him, and if they did, they didnt do a good thorough job. Also started to notice the uneven cut throughout his body, from his stomach where they left bunches of fur, to his back, which seemed as though they used two sizes for razors. They cut him (most likely by accident) but just reinforces my suspicion that they rushed through his entire "grooming". For the $100 package, counting $15 for dental/nail grinding, I can't say I'm not disappointed. Unfortunately, will not be coming back. Sincerely disappointed :( I will have to bathe him again, give him a complete haircut, and finish areas they didnt even attempt too, such as the hair under his nose going into his mouth.

I didn't think his birthday road trip would go this late but I should've known with California traffic on Fridays. We got ourselves greeted warmly, other patrons in the store are also super friendly so it wasn't stressful for my dog. Obviously the store has a great variety of pet food, from novelty snacks, freeze dried, canned, desserts, all the way to the high end raw nutritious meat. The staff that day, Amanda, kindly walked us through their vast selection, so thank you for that! We decided to go with smaller canned food to stock up and bought a few snacks for the road, but Amanda gave us a free bag of dry topper. So nice of her! Thank you for your kindness, you made his birthday road trip dearly memorable! -red.

Marble was not with me on this journey. But as of now. Here's my review for Protein For Pets. They…read moredid not have the blue treat pouch I hoped they would have. They had a red one, and a black one, I did not go too far into the food section. Their brushes looked promising. I ended up getting the Beef Bites Treats by Vital Essentials. I'm very satisfied with the smooth opening and closing of the bag. Better than other treat bags. Better than other treats. Anyways, as I was saying Marble, tried the treats he liked it. He didn't go crazy for it like he does for some other treats. It takes him a second to eat it during training. Overall I may not get another treat from Vital Essentials. And the pricing of it was overpriced. It was $18.31. I see how it's more than others because it's freeze dried raw. But overall I wasn't the biggest fan of it. The toys at Protein For Pets looked like my pup would have a good time. I also saw some chew toys. I was satisfied with that section. But I didn't come for that. So I only glanced at it. There was some good pricing. Like the cat churu look alike it was only ¢99 very cheap. Although I didn't test the product. I'm sure it was good. The birthday cakes. I'm sure marble will love for his birthday when we go again. Overall it's a nice clean store. I can't wait to rewrite this review -Kimberly & soon to be Marble
