We stopped by here late at night in hopes of watching the light show on the falls but we were just…read morea tad too late. This lounge is absolutely fantastic! It has amazing views of the falls, an amazing vibe, an extensive drink menu, desserts and cozy seating that is perfect for a date night. They have mini coves with fireplaces (unfortunately they were all taken when we arrived but the vibe was great). This restaurant attracts an older crowd and is definitely classy. We ordered the 3 flavour gelato sundae (we only received two of the flavours), which we found odd but it was presented really well and I ordered a mint tea with honey. The chocolate gelato was really good. The texture was smooth and creamy while the vanilla gelato had specks of vanilla bean in it but you could tell it had melted and was refrozen. It has ice particles in it, which gave it a grainy texture. My mint tea arrived in a fancy glass and tasted really good! Would we return? Definitely in the summer when we can sit outside and watch the falls. From inside the view of the Falls wasn't as good and you would have to go higher up to really enjoy it.

For a Friday night, it was pleasantly quiet, just the right amount of patrons to enjoy the cocktails! The drinks were spot on, dirty martinis and whiskey sours. The charcuterie platter was delicious as well, a must have if you go. I'll be returning in the Spring so we can sit outside and enjoy the wonderful views of both Falls! Overall a great place and outstanding atmosphere!!!

It's…read morelocated on the main floor of the Hilton, so it's super convenient if you're staying there and are too tired to go elsewhere, while paying a lot for it. The service was good. Friendly and attentive. It felt casual but professional. We were checked up on regularly but it was difficult to order over the loud music. The restaurant itself has a nice lounge feel. They have live music, which is super cool, but is really loud. It really depends what you're looking for but for a very tired family that just wants to get a quick bite before hitting the hay early it wasn't as fun. Spyce has all of the bar staples but doesn't do anything to pull them off exceptionally well. I've tried a few different items that I'll list here. Poutine- the poutine was huge, which was a pleasant surprise. The fries have a crunch to them and holds up to the gravy well. Cheese curds were plentiful and were good. The gravy, however, wasn't as good. It was a lighter gravy and tasted like canned gravy. Wings- well sauced but the wings themselves were dry. Fish and chips- nice big piece of fish but tasted like average fish and chips. Didn't taste freshly battered. Chicken fingers- super dry! My kids weren't a fan and neither was I. Overall, Spyce is fine. The food isn't offensive and if you like live music then you would definitely enjoy it. However, it's pretty pricy for what you get, so I wouldn't recommend it unless you're staying at the Hilton and don't want to leave the hotel.

No flavor what's so ever, chicken was dry, chips were stale AND it was a huge portion of it smh. So disappointed because we were hungry and when you're hungry everything and anything taste good. Not here lol 1 burger, chips 1 full size Nachos 2 drinks Equals $92.00 rip off NOT WORTH IT

What a fun place to check out! I was looking for someplace different, when this stumbled across my…read morefeed. So I decided to go check out the blind pig. Pretty easy to find, you can't miss the rustic looking exterior with the blind pig in huge letters on top. There's a decent amount of parking, but I'll bet when this place gets busy it's tougher to find a spot. When you walk inside, the interior is very well kept and has a rustic bar-like feel to it, plenty of bar and high top seating as well as booths. I decided to order an iced tea. Something I've noticed about Canada, iced tea is usually a sweetened drink. Not like iced tea you get in the states. So just be aware of that if you're looking to get some iced tea. Regardless, it was very tasty and hit the spot perfectly. One thing I like about this place is they have a bunch of different specials throughout the week, the day I went the special was the brisket sandwich and side salad for $13.99 Canadian. I upgraded to the Caesar salad, and also ordered a side of KFC, or Korean fried Chicken for those of you in the know. Let me tell you something about that. KFC, absolutely delicious! How can you go wrong with fried chicken thighs with Korean BBQ sauce? You can't, that's what I'm telling you! The brisket sandwich was really really good, albeit just a tad dry. But I'm not deducting any points for that. It was absolutely delicious and worth every penny. Service was great, friendly staff, and everything came out as expected. Bottom line? I will definitely be back for that brisket sandwich. They also had some other specials so I guess I'm going to need to spend an entire week here and just eat my life away at the blind pig.
