The food, I absolutely love the cheese sticks and I can't get enough for the quesadilla lol it's priced reasonable based on what you would expect from an LA comedy club, which is usually nothing good The drinks and most of them are water down in the services the most horrible thing in the world... but here? you get a good bang for your buck here. I enjoy the drinks when I drink alcohol but now I'm a non alcohol drinker but I find the non alcoholic drinks just as worthwhile as the ones with alcohol in them. This is a great place for comedians are starting to build. Seating is comfortable. The service is great and they really stand out from other comedy clubs, but my absolute favorite person to see on Thursday nights is Percy. If you really want to experience the club, but it's best, check out but any other show you you're still gonna have an incredible time Mark my words

The only joke here is the venue itself. This was easily one of the worst live entertainment…read moreexperiences I've had. I paid $65 per ticket (general admission), and from the moment we arrived, everything felt disorganized and careless. Even just to stand at the bar, we were forced to wait outside in the cold for over 15 minutes while the previous show wrapped--no courtesy, no staging, no communication. When we were finally let in, it somehow got worse. Instead of being seated inside the venue we paid for, we were told to sit outside. No heaters. We were instructed to grab our own chairs, which were dusty and dirty. This felt less like a comedy club and more like an afterthought. Service was a mess. Servers were visibly confused, delivering the wrong food and drinks, not knowing which orders belonged to which tables. It was chaotic and unprofessional. The sound was awful. You could barely hear the comedians, and even they acknowledged how bad the setup was. When performers are openly commenting on how much of a disaster the room is, that says everything. As we were leaving, I tried to look into the actual room we were supposed to be seated in--the one we paid for--and was told I wasn't allowed to even look inside. When I mentioned that I paid $65, the response was, "You don't need to bring that up." Why wouldn't I? That's the entire issue. For the price they're charging, this is unacceptable. I honestly can't imagine how angry I'd be if I had paid for VIP or front-row seating. This place feels like it's cutting corners at every level--operations, service, sound, and basic respect for customers. There are far better comedy clubs in LA that actually care about the audience and the performers. Save your money. Spend it literally anywhere else.

Came here last night for the All Star Comedy show at 9:45pm, and overall it was a great night out…read more-- with one frustrating hiccup at the door. I found the show through an ad promoting a 2-for-1 ticket deal: two tickets for the price of one ($15), with a two-drink minimum per person. The 2-for-1 was in the ad and even printed on the ticket itself. But when we went to scan in, the older gentleman checking tickets told us that wasn't how it worked. When we pointed out that it was exactly what had been advertised and says on the ticket, he said he'd "do us a favor" and let us in this time, but told us to "take care of our server." The venue wasn't full -- we were seated in the first section, and the upstairs wasn't being used at all -- so it's hard not to wonder if this was less about ticket policy and more about steering people toward bigger tips for the servers. Either way, it was a rough way to start our first visit to the Laugh Factory. Fortunately, everything after that was great. The hosts and comedians were hilarious, the servers were attentive, the drinks were good, and the venue itself was comfortable. I'd absolutely come back -- I'd just call ahead first to confirm ticket details so I don't have to deal with that unwelcoming entry experience again.

I was expecting to laugh a little harder, but that's on me. Next time I'll check who's performing! Overall, I had a great time and would definitely go back. Real mad at the comedy store…read more First, we bought tickets to see Tiffany Haddish. She is an idol of mine. Her sense of humor is off the chain. But last night she was not on her game. She wasn't prepared. She wasn't funny. And she kept asking the audience if they had questions. Now I realize this is not the comedy store's fault. After all, she is a superstar. But what is their fault is that I called ahead and asked if Sunset Boulevard was open after a Watermain break. And they assure me that it was. Well, it wasn't. Which made me 45 minutes late for the show. So the Stage seats that I bought we're not available. And I was relegated to seats near the wall, where the talent was never facing me so you couldn't hear what they were saying. Their voices were muffled and you could only hear half the jokes. And that is the fault of the comedy store. They should have a better sound system that's not muffled so everybody in the audience can hear even if you're near the wall. It's so annoying to be within blocks of your target venue and still be 45 minutes late because of construction. Which they should be well aware of. So my evening was not at all pleasant. I was late for the show. The show sucked. We left halfway through.

My mom is a huge Jay Leno fan and used to watch his show all the time. I went online and saw that tickets were still available for sale so it was a nice surprise he was performing the one weekend we were in town! Not only that but it was his opening night of the Burbank Comedy Festival! I was staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Burbank and saw the marketing of this since they're a sponsor and also signed up for the 5pm opening show for the whole festival which included drinks and appetizers. The owner Barbara came and introduced herself and welcomed my mom and I warmly even though we weren't comedians and left a lasting kind impression on us. I told her we were seeing Jay's show that night at 7:30pm and she made sure her staff give us first pick of seats and we were literally in the front row. My mom had a massive smile on her face when she saw we were right in front so she could see Jay Leno up close! The best surprise was Arsenio Hall was visiting Jay that day and Jay asked him if he wanted to perform so we also saw Arsenio Hall. I took my mom to Warner Bros Studio Tour and Paramount Studio tour and a bunch of cool stuff, but the highlight of her trip was seeing Jay and Arsenio perform live. Thanks Barbara for being so kind and welcoming to my mom and I. She will remember this night forever! Food was also pretty good here.

Nude Comedy LA is a local small theater group that not only offers amazing entertainment, but practices all-inclusiveness, and body positivity as well. Refreshments are cash preferred Niambi the goddess mc/hostess with the mostest and expecting mother-to-be is amazing! Great opener and all-around entertainer. The parking in the area is very much street with both residential and metered spots down and around Tujunga Ave between Moorpark and Woodbridge. They do have restrooms inside though theme nights and shows don't typically run too long. Allen Levin, the owner, is a saint fielding calls for questions and managing sales and lineups. Although we were all technically legal adults, I still think there is something very sleazy about an authority figure in his 40s swaying 18 and 19 year old aspiring actors to perform nude with him. Of course, he tailored his messaging toward empowerment-- all bodies are great bodies, and all bodies are welcome. The reality, however, was that most of these students were recent L.A. arrivals with little working knowledge of the entertainment industry. It's hard not to recognize the power imbalances at play and potential vulnerabilities being exploited. Having said that, I will not disparage the talent that came out of these shows, and I will commend the owner's rules regarding privacy (no cameras allowed) and hygiene (towel is required).
