I used a Groupon and I just don't get why they'd get upset if we don't want to upgrade, if they don't want to offer a low price deal then why even advertise on Groupon? Makes no sense to me. I even let them take off the tint which was $20 each window, I could've done that part at home myself but I wanted to give them some type of business (eventhough I've already spent money on the Groupon). They should let their work speak for itself and let people decide wether or not they want to come back and get more work done. I lowkey felt like they were talking behind my back and if I hadn't felt that way I would've most certainly brought my car back. They did such a great job! In under an hour which was faster than I anticipated. I'm torn on how to feel, I do recommend this place because of their work just feel like their mannerisms & the customer service could've been better.

Scheduling my appointment was smooth and I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to book an appointment the same week. The day of my appointment i was helped by Emma who had excellent customer service. Emma thoroughly explained the tint levels, results and pricing and lastly let me know of the lifetime warranty on the tint which i was pleased about. Unfortunately, I was unable to get all windows tinted because I was unaware one of my passenger windows no longer rolled down but Emma advised they would gladly tint it once I got it fixed and they did just that. So now all my windows are tinted and weeks later I noticed an area on my back window was peeling and bubbling; I allowed the recommend time to pass to see if it would fix itself but when it didn't i called back and set an appointment right away to have the spot looked over. During my time there Elmer asisted me and he also had excellent customer service, he came out and looked at my car and explained a plastic piece located on my back window cause the tint to push back but they would get me right and redo it. When my vehicle was done, Elmer explained they worked the plastic in a way to ensure it doesn't mess my back window tint up again. I admittedly was not thrilled about having to go back a third time but everyone i interacted with was kind, they were happy to assist me and I really appreciated how they made it so my tint would hold up on my back window. Most importantly, I'm very pleased with the work itself that was done. I noticed an immediate difference in the heat levels in my car and they look good also, no more unsightly bubbles! I also have (2) existing 10" subs and an amp that still work fine. After getting a few quotes from other businesses, I decided to go with Son. He updated my double din to a newer Kenwood unit that has apple/android CarPlay and many other features for an enjoyable listening experience. It also works very well with my existing subs and amp setup. He also installed a newer backup camera that works great. I had the option of staying or drop off while he worked to put the new stuff in. After leaving his place, I noticed my sound was off with low output/feedback from the subs and just didn't sound right from the indoor speakers. Son told me right away to come back and he updated the equalizer settings as well as the amp to improve and enhance the sound. Great quality work and I plan to use his services again for all my aftermarket auto needs as well as recommend him to friends and family.
