I've been here three times and absolutely love it. I'm addicted to the braised broccolini pizza. I heard a rumor that it was being taken off the menu. I really hope that's not true! All the pizza is so yummy. I think it's the crust that really makes it as it's a little crisp on the outside, doughy on the inside and topped off with a bit of salt. Delicious! We had some issues with service and being seated for our reservation with a sign at the table saying the table on the dance floor had to be vacated less than an hour after we were seated wasn't great (but they didn't kick us off our table). the security ,big beard gay man with a white cowboy hat, at the door didn't let us in bc my finances ID has a TINY chip on the top corner of his card and said we are NOT allowed in because of it. i'm guessing it's because we didn't look country enough for him. i would not recommend going here or spend any money with them. if you want to be treated right i guess you need a cowboy hat, boots and your SSN card in hand. read more

We went tonight for a neighborhood dinner of 42 people. They only had one server handling us. Tyler/Skyler did a commentable job for what turned out to be a less than favorable experience. Food and drinks took over an hour to get going with no manager in sight to help out. Finally after complaining to the host stand, we saw him get some assistance running food and drinks. Apparantly I was told a manager came by before food was flowing as I had to stand in line at the bar to actually get a round for us because it took so long only to return and find that it had finally come to our table. This was my wife and I's first time here and while the food was good, our server was friendly and kept it together, the experience left us wondering if we'd go back. Again, you don't assign one person to service 42 people. One of the couples at our table never got there food until having to reach back out to inquire after everyone else had received thiers in our group. Then, only one of the two came out with the last not coming for another 20 minutes. Not a good first impression of what looks like a place that could be a lot of fun. read more

We went here for the 1st time on Saturday around 530pm. No reservation. We were greeted by the hostess promptly and with a nice smile! We were seated right away near the stage. The place was busy, lively. Love the Nashville vibe. The solo musician performing was Colton Wade I believe. He was great. Our server came right over, brought waters and then took our drinks and appetizer order. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Shared his favorites and other popular items. We started with the deviled eggs, I had the cheesecake and my husband had the pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and hot honey. Portions were generous. I could only eat half my sandwich. We took the rest home. Food was very tasty. The manager came over to say hello and check in. We had a great time. We really needed this place. Great for families, couples, groups, singles. Food and drinks were really good. The reason for the two stars was unfortunately the service. Our server had too many large tables at once. We were pretty much ignored the entire time. Our drink order sat up at the bar for 20 mins or more until a member from our party had to go up and ask if he could take them. Management should consider staffing large parties better. They just opened monday 9/23/24 and we went tonight and they were very busy but super attentive and didn't skip a beat with refills of waters and checked on us a lot. Staff is super happy and efficient and you couldn't tell it was as busy as it was, because they were so on top of everything, very experienced! it was packed when we got there at dinner. But we only waited a few minutes and were seated and had a great time listening to the artist and the shoutouts he gave to the people who requested songs. Its neat how every band or artist that plays, their name is up on the screen above the stage amd then there's areas you can scan your phone up there for requests of songs and venmo money and buy them drinks or food, and to see the artists website for more Info about them. . The live country music was outstanding and anyone could go out on the dance floor and people on the dance floor were fun to watch! We were there for a couple hours and it was super entertaining to people watch. Everyone was having a great time inside and outside, very relaxing!! They have a huge area inside and outside to eat, with misters outside to stay cool . The food was delicious!! I had a strawberry salad and it was big, filling and so good, and my husband had the mushroom burger and fries and said it was amazing food! Definately coming back again WEEKLY!! Prices are very decent as well! Great job stillery coming to goodyear, this is exactly what we needed!! First experience at the Stillery was for Sunday lunch. Four of us sat outside because the music was too loud indoors and the weather was tolerable. After ordering drinks, it took 17 minutes to receive them. A proper server would have delivered them immediately and in 20 minutes could've received a second order. The food arrived and one order was wrong. My appetizer was the calamari. It was prepared in oil that was probably not up to temperature as the breading was gummy and most of it stuck together. I've never had to separate calamari with a knife, fork. The tomato sauce was probably canned, but certainly pedestrian. I would not order it again. Another of us had chicken tenders, which were cooked to the degree of dry and tough. That guest would not order them again. The other two split a pizza and a large salad. The salad was delicious, but the pizza was loaded with bacon and had very few brussels sprouts although the description was a brussels sprout pizza with bacon. When the server took our cash and credit cards, she returned and didn't have the proper change for the cash customers, and they were forced to give her more tip than they wanted to. That is nothing more than a con job. A 3% service charge to use a credit card insulting. It would feel better to pay a higher price and give a cash discount. No customer would complain if that strategy was employed. Last, a 10% tax on food in that area is high. Because of the mediocre food and extremely poor service, I would not return. read more

Went on a busy Saturday and was worried about the crowd, but this place was so much fun! I have been waiting for something on this side of the valley that carries this vibe. Western bar with live bands and singers! The food was awesome, I had the Mac with the hot chicken on it and my boyfriend had the Sonoran burger which he loved. Our server Jessica was great, she was attentive and made sure we were taken care of. I will say it can get a bit loud, but definitely worth it. I had a horrible experience at this place. I went on friday 10/25 with my wife to meet up with my cousin and his coworkers as it was his last day at his current job. We arrive at about 430pm and met up at the table of about 20 people during a shift change. The waitress was closing everyone out so my wife and I went to order a beer at the bar while the new server got situated. About 10 mins later the new server came up to me and ask me what I would like to order so I ordered 2 beers seeing that my wife had not got the order in at the bar yet. He asked for a card for the tab which I was fine with so I told my wife to hand me my card as she had it to order at the bar. This is when things got weird and went sideways. The new server kinda freaked out and said he will not take my order because we ordered at the bar. I told him it was just because they were in between servers I even tried to give him another card so it made it easier. He then got a little aggressive with his words saying he won't serve me to stay at the bar. I told him i was a part of the big table that he was going to be helping he quickly walked away and said "No...No...I won't serve you" I was shocked at his reaction. 30 mins go by and he doesn't come back but I can see him all over the place avoiding the table. I approached a manager and told him the situation in which he replied "don't worry I'll take care of it you don't have to order from the bar all night". A little while later that server comes over to the table to what I assumed was to take their order but to our surprise he said he can only serve us food no alcohol. One person ordered nachos everyone else wanted beer or drinks. Later the server comes back over and my wife stops him to ask why he won't serve drinks to us and he then said we were over served. My wife told him we had just arrived when he first approached me and didn't even have a drink yet. I then told him there's no way we weren't even served and as I looked into his eyes I noticed his pupils were very dilated which I assumed was the reason for his frantic behavior. My wife then went back to the same manager to complain yet again this time they finally sent another server over to finally serve the party. I will never again go back to this place and I hope they take care of that server or at least look into his behavior. read more

Stay away for now!! Went Friday at 4:45 and put our name on the list. I was told that it would be a 45 min wait so we got drinks and stood inside with the rest of the people waiting for their tables. When we started seeing people leave with their leftovers that came in after us, I asked the man at the front how much longer (this is after 2 hours of waiting). In fact we watched the entire first set of the wonderful singer while waiting. The host told me I would be next to be seated, after another 20 min and others seated, we left. Yes, they had the right phone number for me as I received their initial confirmation text.. According to the text message alert, even at 9:30 pm, there were still 2 people ahead of us.... That's nearly a 5 hour wait at this point!! Never did receive text that we would have a table. I think this will be a very nice, much needed restaurant with a cool atmosphere and live music in the west valley. I just don't think that I will go back until they have better management and staff training in place. read more
