I've been a faithful customer of the street for about 10 years now. My go to are the slushies during the summer and the Almond Milk Tea year round. The Rice Cake ramen is soooo good. The owner is so friendly and the environment is welcoming. I am so sad that I moved away from the area because I used to be a weekly customer. Unfortunately moving about 30 minutes away I cannot enjoy it as often however that does not stop me from going.... just not as often! The Street has been around for such a long time, it's hard to think about a time when they weren't a part of this plaza. I remember when they first opened, a nice couple owned the shop. Cityscape murals were on the wall and it was classy. Then the couple broke up and the wife allowed everyone to tag the murals, the walls, and even the furniture. The rest is history. Their smoothies taste like powder and the boba is either really soft or frozen. The thing you should go to The Street for is their bingsoo. The milk tea smoothies are sooooo good! I appreciate that they carry oat milk which is the best dairy free milk for a creamy smoothie. I love that you can choose a couple flavors to mix. I've had this place bookmarked for a while and yesterday it worked out to come here to meet a friend. We love boba and this was a convenient spot for both of us. Pretty nondescript strip mall feel on the outside but the inside is cool with public art on the walls, even on the bathroom door. The menu is simple enough and I went with my go-to, a Thai tea with boba. It was a good size and an even better value, one of the cheapest drinks I've gotten around. I liked this spot as soon as I walked in and saw the DBZ dragon on the wall. The thai milk tea was a little watered down. The rose milk tea had such a soapy taste, which I love. How have I not written a review here?! I have been coming to this place for years and years! Been coming here before all the graffiti, when you can eat at Hodori and they deliver your boba through that little window they had set up between the two shops, and when a nice gentleman ran the store. Good times. There are plenty of great boba shops set up around the valley these days where The Street isn't even amongst my Top 5 for boba but they have something no one else has: Diamond Ice [Patbingsu]! I love the little mochi, red beans, and all the fruit they put it in. The condense milk makes it creamy. It's a nice cold snack on a hot summer night. The boba here isn't too bad and it's always cooked to be perfectly soft and delicious. There's not a whole lot of flavors but it fulfills that boba craving decently. The only time I ever stop by is if I'm in the area for Asiana Market, Hodori, or waiting for Mr. W. to finish getting his hair cut next door. Here's to many more years for The Street! read more

Okay so...I love the idea of letting customers bring their own markers and what not to graffiti on the walls but this place looks like a dump. It looks as if they were too cheap to decorate so they let their customers do it for them. All throughout the store there are boxes stacked up and the tables so disarrayed. Maybe that's why it's called "The Street"...because it looks like it belongs out on the street. But maybe I caught them at a bad time and they're in the process of moving things around. Luckily, their diamond ice is pretty good. It's very simple but delicious. It's shaved ice with red bean and condensed milk plus a mixture of seasonal fruits. How can you possibly mess that up? There's nothing special about the ice itself but the red bean and the condensed milk really make it shine. The size small diamond ice is HUGE. Located near Asiana and Hodori, the Street makes a nice addition to the line of Korean markets. I absolutely love Diamond Ice - it tastes like the authentic bingsu from South Korea. After lunch, I went to the Street with my sister and my parents, and ordered the medium diamond ice. The portions were huge; between the four of us, we had to "push" ourselves to finish it. It came with mochi, fresh fruits, ice, red beans, and condensed milk. It's a pay-and-eat kind of a place, so there aren't many staffs but the lady taking our order was nice and the wait time wasn't long. The shop also has ramen, boba, and smoothies, and the prices are good. The decorations within the shop is interesting - I think that you can leave writings on the walls as long as you let the owner know. I'd say the spot would be a good college hang out, especially being located near one. They have your assortment of regular teas, milk teas, and smoothies. Feel free to add various flavored jellies, boba, and/or boba pops (not sure their name... the little flavor balls that burst). The sign outside of this restaurant says "The Street Healthy Juice and Tea". The walls are decorated with presumably patron-contributed graffiti art. Be careful as the tables are unsteady; if you lean on them with your elbows, the glass top will tip. They also serve lots of ramen and "diamond" dessert which looked tasty in pictures. One of my favorite desserts on a cold day hot taro milk tea with boba. You can get a 12 oz for $3.50 here. I had a bit of a hiccup with service as they seemed to take quite a while to finish my drink. I watched about half a dozen orders after mine be completed before mine was served. The drink itself was not bad. It was crazy hot and required about 20 minutes to cool. By that time the boba had melted, but that's my preference anyway. The taro seemed authentic instead; instead of that artificial purple color you see in most drinks, this one was a light brown. read more

The old menu that I saw on yelp said the ramen was "spicy instant Korean noodles" and you can tell. Not necessarily a bad thing, just don't expect five star noodles. The dumplings were delicious! Most definitely one of my fav spots for boba tea. I used to come here all the time when I was a student at ASU and would try to guess who did what graffiti art on the wall. Lol. Now that I'm a whee bit older, I still enjoy coming here, especially for the Taro smoothie. I don't recall them having the vast non dairy options, but it excites me because I know I can keep coming back for I don't consume animal products. The Taro smoothie was as I remembered and it brought back all the feels. It was smooth, flavorful, and the boba was perfectly textured. I know it's a stretch, but if there was a creator of a boba straw made form plants, this would be perfect.
