I've always found free parking on the street right in front without any issue. Class size is small (I think 8 reformers?) albeit a little bit cramped in the group class space of the studio. My BIGGEST gripe is the lack of air conditioning. Or, if they do have A/C, it's barely on! They do have a ceiling fan but I really wish they cranked up the AC, we're sweating over here and I need the air flow!

The studio has a variety of the classic Pilates machines and props; such as the cadillac reformer, tower, and original reformer. I love that they focus on the classic Pilates principles and having good form unlike other studios which promote an adapted "version of Pilates". This was super refreshing ! We took a class with Marina, and she was absolutely amazing. It was my fiancé's first time ever doing Pilates, and she was incredibly patient, informative, and thorough with helping him adjust his form. She made sure we both felt comfortable while still pushing us to work hard. By the end of class we were both shaking, and we woke up the next day extremely sore in the best way Marina's energy, guidance, and attention to detail made the whole experience so enjoyable. The support team and instructors pay a lot of attention to new riders, and make sure they feel comfortable with the equipment. It probably took me 3-5 rides to feel super comfortable with the equipment. If there is ever an issue, they manage it right away. The energy always feels welcoming, motivational, and positive. I've had classes with every instructor, they all have their own style, but are consistently supportive. Definitely a gem on Artesia Blvd. 10/10 recommend.

Each class offers a new level of strength, endurance, mobility and overall motivation that has helped me reach, and maintain, my fitness goals. Eligah's Full Body  and Stretch & Mobility classes are incredible, his kindness and encouragement shines through. Murat's Upper Body and Rhythm & Sculpt classes are fantastic, the music is always on point and his passion for fitness is apparent throughout the entire class. Cidam's Abs and Booty class literally changed the shape of my A$$, I wish I would have taken photos before and after, I am 39 and it's firmer than it was when I was 30! Ali's Core HITT class is one of the hardest classes I have ever taken, it is 1000% worth going every Friday, I can see a huge difference in my endurance and stamina because of her....also her music is always fab!

F45 is a concept that is blowing up around the world. A group "pod" based interval workout that…read morelasts 45 mins. Each day the "usually" switch between a upper/lower workout and a cardio type workout... weekends they go hybrid. I've enjoyed a few classes during the week and really enjoy them. The instructors motivate, correct and punish you all at the same time.. English, Courtney and Jen are all amazing and will push you to limits you didnt know existed. Work sets go in rounds with early rounds being longer and the final set being shorter but with more intensity... And just when you think you are at your max, English will drop a 45 lb plate on your lap during tricep dips or Courtney will have you do the ladder hops backward. What clear is members become family and push each other as well. I like that they have classes throughout the day and evening and the app makes it easy to book, read about the training and see who the dungeon masters... I mean trainers are. I think this program works well for someone that is looking to get in shape and follow a program and be part of something. I also thinks it's a great change of pace to your normal gym workouts. I try and go once a week on a low intensity run day or a rest day... trust me I think I enjoy the punishment Each pod has a variety of difficulty levels so you can find where you are at and grow with it. The diversity is great for your body and mind. I look forward to my next programming change as I will use two weeks straight at F45 to transition to a new program. Make sure you are on time to stretch and warm up as you will push yourself hard. The facility has 2 bathrooms, towels and a water machine so you can fill your bottle. And at the end you will get a eucalyptus wet towel and it feels like heaven at that point. I would be remiss if I didnt mention that while the company is from Australia, Mark Wahlberg did a stint to prepare for a role and loved it so much he invested and loves it. Usually I really enjoy this studio, but they gave my spot away when I was running 5 minutes behind…read moresaid there was no way they could get me in, and then the manager "found" a spot - I appreciate them trying to do something for me after the first guy tried but overall it was just a strange interaction. If you give someone's spot away in class and they travel all the way there to class - shouldn't you notify them of the cancellation? Email, text or app notification anything. Seems to be a common issue at the studio with some of the same reviews below. I was super excited to take class, Alex is a great coach! Immediately went to the front desk one attendant (a women) completely ignored me - went to second attendant, the guy up front was nice - tried to help manager finally was able to find a spot for me but at that point it was 15 minutes into class. I go to alot of the LA Metro spots - Brentwood, Santa Monica, and Venice have always have great interactions with the representatives up front but this was not the greatest.
