I am torn about my review because while it's currently at a 2, that's probably generous and will most likely turn into a 1 given enough time. I would have started at a 4 two years ago, but it's only worse and worse the longer I stay. I am moving out soon. Our truck was stolen from directly in front of our apartment. Management doesn't have any cameras anywhere in the complex or offer any help, and also charged us $50 to replace the "gate" remote for the gates that are never secure anyway. Later found out others had vehicles stolen at the same time, and yet no warnings were posted anywhere. The police have been here so frequently that I really have begun to question whether it is safe for me to go outside alone in the mornings before work. Aside from the unsolved homicides that no one even warned residents about (murderer on the loose on foot for several days but no one was notified of the danger), there are also robberies and random crazies wandering, and seemingly this is just a matter of course for the office people. This morning 5 police cruisers were parked here at 5 am, for who knows what, and that isn't rare. The pool looks great but is closed almost half of the days in the summer, either for maintenance or because the health department shuts it down. The bathroom facilities in the pool area were closed literally the entire summer, or unstocked with toilet paper when open, and never cleaned. I wonder why the pool gets contaminated? The fitness center is totally outdated, always hot, no water fountain, and giant glass windows that puts whoever is inside on display after dark. Creepy. Recently they have begun removing the best part of the whole complex, the grassy areas, and replacing them with ugly rocks and cheap arrangements of shrubs. There is no place near my apartment to walk my dogs anymore, without traveling over the molten blacktop to the other areas. The dog-friendly advertising is the main reason I chose this complex but it is getting more and more unfriendly as the time passes. The process of dealing with everything is very corporate and unreasonable, and the rent is outrageously high. I really don't know why I have stayed so long except that I hate moving. I think maintenance is friendly and generally fixes everything within a reasonable time, but they totally overwhelm those guys and never have enough help for the main guys to get to everything. Definitely agree with the other reviewer that most of the appliances, plumbing, and other fixtures are well past their time and need to be replaced. There is ample parking and most of my neighbors have been friendly and quiet. The complex itself is quiet and peaceful and the apartments have nice layouts. The neighborhood is super convenient and the on-site garages are affordable and pretty convenient if you need storage. The office people are usually polite, but not able to offer that much in the way of customer service because of the giant corporate attitude that pervades the whole place. They do allow actual dogs, rather than just chihuahuas, and that is the main thing that drew me to this complex. If it weren't for the total disregard of tenant safety and security, I would be more interested in staying. read more

The area is absolutely amazing. I loved the layout of the floor plans. The grounds are clean with a lot of greenery. They have all the amenities I was searching for including swimming pool, gym, and shaded parking. In addition the clubhouse has a very modern decor equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard table, and a mini arcade cabinet. Tammy and Jamie were especially friendly and patient explaining about the property. They didn't have the availability for my move-in time frame in November but I appreciate their time. Definitely will check back the next time I have to get a new lease. read more

Went online and applied for a unit, selected a floor plan, a specific unit and paid the fees ($123) only to call and follow up to be told they don't even have any availability. We asked how we were even given the option to apply for a nonexistent unit and if they're was some kind of waitlist we'd be put on and they said yes but the application fee isn't refundable and our app is only good for 30 days. They don't expect to have any vacancies until October. The website shouldn't give you the option to apply if there isn't any units up. Don't waste your money. read more

Been here since 2010, Customer service is horrible. Specially office personnel. Don't care about your problem on care about collecting rent. I lived here for about 3 1/2 years after moving across the country. It's a good apartment complex, especially if you like amenities nearby like restaurants and stores. The trade-offs are that there's a lot of kids running around in the parking lot during the day playing. Also I lived near the Eastern Avenue side of the complex, so there was always ambulances and traffic going by at all hours of the night. The best part about this complex is the maintenance staff was always attentive and fixed every problem we had. McDonald Ranch itself is a very good neighborhood, and there's parks and the elementary school within walking distance. The biggest setback about this apartment complex was the fact that the pool was closed for almost 9 months in 2019. I received an email in February about the pool being closed and that it would be functional by mid May but never received a follow up and construction continued for most of the year. I moved out before I even had a chance to use the pool again in my last year living there, and my largest rent increase occurred that year too. They had a second pool on the other side of the complex, but it was always crowded and usually had obnoxious teenagers whenever I went. Neighbors are 50-50, depending on who you get nearby you. Some are friendly, some want nothing to do with you. If you have a small family, the apartment will be fine. Not recommended if you want a quiet apartment, or need more green space than average. read more

Giving this place a one star is an insult to businesses with single star rating. The Summit at Sunridge is the absolute worst place anyone can call home. If you drive by and see their signage please run the other other direction as fast as you can. The management here doesn't give a crap about their tenants. Things to know before you make the mistake of signing a lease here. -your appliances will never work right (they won't fix or change them either) -they will change the code that's connected with your apartment number without disconnecting your phone number so you'll have a stranger calling you at 2am trying to get into the complex (notifying the management will get you nowhere) -if you have an appliance that isn't working properly the maintenance team will tell you to break it yourself in order to get it replaced (says a lot about them) -you will be harassed by the management with stupid notes on your door on weekly bases (no I will not bring my energy bill I have no desire to help you) -they will be entering your apartment without you being present about 5-10 times a year (even if you specify no entry) -you will never ever receive a call back so don't bother leaving a massage for their useless staff -you'll see a lot of unsupervised children running around and jumping in front of your car -the staff here works at snail pace. They can find a way to make light go slower -you'll have trashy neighbors. We lived below a couple that would leave their sliding glass door open and have the loudest sex ever and we could hear them with our door shut, our neighbors across from us were drug addicts. They would wake up At random hours of the night and make strange noises outside our apartment Bottom line is this place is awful. Nicer area but traffic sucks and so does the management. read more

Pros: quiet neighborhood, affordable rent, new appliances, close to 215, close to supermarkets/target/wallgreens, maintenance fixes issues quickly, the complex itself is nice, 24 hour gym and pool. Cons: German cockroach problem that took a long time to fix, it can be difficult to get into the complex during peak hours from both entrances, difficult to use shower. I never ever see any other neighbors except for the one below and next to me. My neighbors are amiable quiet families. The leasing office is helpful most of the time. read more

If I could give The Summit At Sunridge Apartments NEGATIVE stars I would!! I'm currently saving money to break my lease! I've never felt so unsafe and hated being "home". I signed a 10 month lease for a one bedroom on the second floor in February 2015. After only a week of living here, I realized I made a HUGE mistake. It look perfect when I took the tour of my apartment. It had been newly remodeled. Granite counter tops, laminate wood flooring, new carpet, brand new appliances, dark cabinets, and a fire place. What more can you ask for right?? What a joke. I quickly learned that when you turn the water on in the tub, you have no control over how hot or cold it is. It's hot or REALLY hot. I have to leave the water on for 5-10 mins so it doesn't burn my back when I get in. Then I have to rush so I have enough hot water while I'm showering. I've had many cold showers. Second. I loved that my apartment had sliding glass mirrors. It made the bedroom look bigger. It was great until I went to bed and before falling asleep I was spooked to a loud noise as if a washing machine was on next to me and EVERYTHING was shaking. The noise was the AC below my apartment running. Since it's Vegas, it's always turning on and off all day long. The most annoying part is my closet mirrors rattle when the AC below my apartment turns on (I've had to stack stuff against the mirrors, so it's not rattling so loud.) The floor literally shakes. The fire place was another reason I fell in love with the apartment in the beginning. I still have yet to receive a remote to use it though. You'll be charged extra if you choose an apartment with a fireplace and I can't even use it. The office said they ran out of remotes. Why am I paying extra for a fireplace I can't even use?? I have gone to the office 3x's over the period of a month 1/2 asking them to fix my shower curtain rod that fell on me and to fix the towel rack which was broken when I moved in. Yet nobody has come to fix it. You're on your own when things break here. These apartments look nice during the day but it's scary at night. The people here are trashy. If I'm not being woken up to the AC kicking on below me, it's one of my alcoholic neighbors having a domestic dispute with their partner. The guy below me yells and talks to himself while falling all over the grass/sidewalks cuz he's too drunk to walk. A lady in a different building is constantly screaming at her child (2-3yrs old) or screaming on the phone "f?@$ you or that" while she chain smokes on her patio ALL day long. I can here her conversation when my windows are shut. You can hear all the traffic if you're next to the road off Eastern Ave. People here are extremely rude and disrespectful. I literally could go on and on about this apartment complex and the management. But these are just some things you might want to consider while viewing the apartment. This place is a joke and I can't wait to be out of here! It's way over priced for what it's worth anyways. I would never recommend this place to someone. This isn't Home. Moved in about 2 1/2 months ago. All I can say about management is they don't want to deal with their tenets. Around the time I moved in, TWO of my neighbors were moving out. They both had terrible things to say about management. I thought they were just disgruntled soon-to-be-former tenets who were moving on to a seemingly "better situation". However, I think I'm beginning to understand why they held such harsh criticism. About two months ago, we had a double homicide at our complex. After finding out about the incident, I went to the office and spoke to two reps inside. One a young girl, the other an african american male. They BOTH said that I should not be worried or concerned for my family, because they have worked in worse places, like Compton, CA, and I shouldn't "over-react". That might be easy for them to say, but they completely rejected any safety concerns I had about the apartment complex and my family. Also keep in mind, nobody knew what had happened, at the time. Oh, by the way... WE ARE NOT IN COMPTON, CA! Or else my rent would be significantly cheaper... Remember the two neighbors from above? They both found out where I was parking, and that it was a bit of a hike to get from my unit to my car. They both suggested I contact the office once they leave, and have them change parking assignments. The second family even mentioned they had our parking until they requested a closer one. This family also had a special-needs, mentally-underdeveloped child that required several hospital visits per week. They said it took a while, but they were approved for the parking assignment change. They recommended we ask management for a change of assigned parking once they left, especially since the spot they were in was originally assigned to our unit. Today I went into the office to make the request. I spoke with the black guy who was they only front office person available. He said he couldn't do the change because it would violate the Fair Housing Act and, if the company were sued, he would lose his job.... what?! This guy either doesn't know what the Fair Housing Act is, or he tried to pull a fast one to get out of making the change of assigned parking. His demeanor and cantankerous attitude leads be to believe the latter. I now understand why my former neighbors held less-than favorable views regarding this management team. Below is a list of things to watch out for, if you choose to ignore this and others' reviews of the property. 1. Do not get a floor unit - after you move in, within a month, your unit will be infested with cockroaches. Management has a contract with an exterminator, but they are terrible. You will have to hire your own if you live downstairs. 2. Do not be fooled by the model units - After we moved in, none of the "nice" amenities were there. No new stove, no new carpet, no new washer/dryer, no ceiling fans, no paint job, the blinds were terrible (and still have not been fixed, after numerous requests). And don't expect them to reveal this "small" discrepancies, either. 3. Previous reviews were correct; outside looks nice, but the inside is reminiscent of a "projects" unit. Poor quality, overall. Small sinks and small water heaters make daily activities, like washing dishes, taking showers and doing laundry, irritating. 4. My wife and I have been inundated with telemarketers ever since we moved in - I believe a previous reviewer had it right, management takes and sells your information to outside companies for profit. Your rent just isn't enough, anymore. Actually, the units are not THAT bad. Its just that poor management always ends up bringing out and exaggerating issues current tenets might have with the units they occupy. I lived here from Nov 2013 to March 2014. It was HORRIBLE. The management is absolutely awful. There was dog crap all over the place because some residents don't bother to clean up after their dogs, and nothing was ever done about it. Often there would be no doggie bags available for clean up. It was NOISY. Our vehicle was vandalized at one point. It was just one nightmare after another when we lived there. We now rent a nearby condo that is much larger, much quieter and MUCH cheaper. read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I can not stress this enough! I was out of state and found this place online. Pictures looked good (deceiving). I paid for and reserved the apt. When I was pulling into Henderson, I received a call asking me if I was still moving in that day because my apt wasn't ready. I had called previously to make sure that every thing was ready for move in and was told "yes, your apartment is ready". They hurried to clean the carpets and put blowers in to dry them. I got to the office to finalize the paperwork and the girl handling it kept messing up and had to re-do every thing. She extended the lease date and I didn't catch it. I wasn't allowed in to see the apt because maintenance was still working on the "finishing touches". I should've ran at that point but my cousin who was driving the uhaul and towing a trailer wasn't too far out. I didn't have time to find something else as it was now after office hours! I sat and waited in my car for the call that everything was ready. The girl from the office rides up on the golf cart buggy, hands me keys and bolts. I walk in and the place is disgusting. The "paint job" was a quick run in and spray, didn't cover anything. The window screens were broken and falling off. The window sills were filthy, caked with dirt (no insulation) no trim on the front door, cockroaches just walking on in under the door. The oven door was barely hanging on. Screen door on slider broken. Doors to "washer/dryer" (laundromats have better) wouldn't stay closed. A long list of "must get fixed was made by myself and my cousin. He's a carpenter and can build anything, tile, paint, lay carpet etc. he was appalled by what the complex expected me to live in. The maintenance guy hung around to try and get things done for me, after hours. He was embarrassed by all of this and stated this apt is NOT ready to be lived in. He tried his best to make me feel better. I had no choice but to stay, I signed the lease and my cousin had to fly back home. We unloaded, took the uhaul back, returned to the apt and it was FLOODED!! My cousin found where the water was coming from, the refrigerator ice machine disconnected from the water hose and he stopped it. Maintenance guy comes back with more blowers...... My cousin takes a shower, gets out and informs me the tub doesn't drain. Back comes maintenance. He tells me it's clogged with paint. Apparently the "painters" poured out and cleaned the equipment in the tub. Tub still doesn't drain properly, sometimes not at all. Neither does the bathroom sink. Toilets don't flush at times, usually takes two or more tries to get the pee to go down! Yes, just pee. Occasionally the toilets burp, big air bubbles coming up!?!? A smell of raw sewage lingers periodically! I've told the office on numerous occasions of all this and STILL nothing is fixed. I was told by someone in the office that they had told corporate how this has been an ongoing issue even before I moved in, by previous tenants! There is a plumbing issue here that will probably cost them a lot to fix, so let's just ignore it and hold the tenant to their lease. There is electrical issues. The plugs won't hold. The supervisor in charge of maintenance says "pull the prongs apart on whatever I'm trying to plug in, that'll hold it." Really?? That's how to fix the problem? He is no longer on property, he is now at corporate!! Yes, promote that guy. There are pet restrictions yet I see the breeds that are restricted running around. Some not on leashes, and no one cleans up after their dog! I read previous reviews and everything is true. Kids running amok. Daily I have to tell kids to stop banging on the window messing with my little dog. It's the parents fault for not watching their kids. I have asked the office to mention it to the parents......I chased another window banger away just yesterday. I've asked nicely to be let out of my lease, and I'll just go, we'll part ways and they can go about their business and I'll go about mine. The answer was no. They expect me to continue to live like this. My lawyer says otherwise...... I know this is a lengthy review, however, this just scratched the surface. Do not move in to The Summit!! It's a shame that they don't want to keep the place up because it's a nice area. Update: I'm finally out of there!! The ONE time they came to "fix" the bathroom sink drainage issue, I was sick and contagious with a respiratory infection (would not surprise me if I caught something thru the vents! The vents are obviously connected. I could smell everyone's everything, dinner, smoke, paint, chemicals etc. Every morning I woke up all stuffed up.) Anyways, the new maintenance "manager" banged on the door until I answered. I explained to him that I was very sick and contagious and that it wasn't a good time or idea for him to come in. My wife and I have lived here for almost two years. I have to say these are some of the nicest apartments I've ever lived in. I have to say that Miguel the maintenance man is one of the best maintenance people I've ever had the pleasure of working with, he his very courteous and professional and he gets everything done in a timely manner. The office personnel are all very helpful and very nice. I would highly suggest these apartments to any one from newly wed couples to single people and even families. read more

I have been living at The Summit at Sunridge for a little over 2 years now and am pleased to say that the staff is very pleasant and cordial. They keep the grounds nicely and pay immediate attention to any problems you might have. They offer a newly refurbished appartment and beautiful surroundings at a competitive price. There are however a few things i would like to see improve like thier fitness center and the cost of renting the clubhouse for parties. Overall this is a great place to call home, and im happy to be here. read more

I had my worst experience in this apartment. Staff is very insensitive and they rent out a place without proper inspection and I was taken for a ride due to this ignorance. The unit where I lived has poor Celing which was making cracking noise when 2nd floor tenants walk. When complained,they were least bothered to check or resolve the issue instead they say this is how apartment living is. I broke my lease due to this issue. I highly recommend NOT to live in this place as this will cause sleepless nights. Finally, not all pain is gain..just give it up. read more

We have lived in this apartment complex for over 6 years and have seen a number of management teams come and go. This being the third apartment complex in the Las Vegas area that we've lived in since moving here in 2003, I think I can offer an objective review. The thing that keeps us here is the location -- especially the schools. We've lived on the west side (Summerlin) and on the far north side (Aliante), and although we had great experiences in both areas, had we known what it would be like to live in this part of Henderson, we would have planted ourselves here in the first place and just stayed. We choose to stay in this particular complex for the following reasons: 1. The location is ideal for walking to the surrounding schools. So ideal, in fact, people who don't live here drive into the complex to drop off and pick up their Lamping students on a regular basis. It's also in close proximity to some great parks and trails. 2. It feels safe. Apartment complexes in the Vegas area, in general, are not your safest dwelling options. However, compared to others we've visited and lived in, it does have a safe feel. If you're going to live in an apartment in the Las Vegas valley, you will need to be proactively street-smart no matter which complex you choose. We choose to stay here because, unlike other complexes we've known, there are many tenants who have been here long-term, and that -- paired with the safer feel of the general area -- feels more secure for an apartment complex. With only a couple exceptions, we have always had good neighbors here. Many other comments mention that there was a murder here in 2014. If the sense of absolute shock that something like that would happen here that was the overriding feeling in the air here for a very long time is any indication of how unlikely/unusual something like that is for this community, then you can rest assured that it's not at all something that anyone would expect to happen HERE more than anywhere else. I happened to be working on a team that investigated that incident at the time, and can tell you that all data pointed to the people involved being good people with a very disturbed family member. It could have happened anywhere. They were greatly mourned by the community and many people banded together to raise money for the family afterward. This heartbreaking incident is an unfair judging point for this complex and community. 3. The floor plan is the best we've seen. It is different than what we've come to know as the standard in the area. Very fluid and works for our family. 4. The pools are beautiful. They are occasionally closed, but we visit them frequently and love them in the summer. The fitness room is also something we use regularly and appreciate. Overall, we've been pretty happy here. Many of the comments you may see here refer to earlier management teams, who I'll agree, have not been as good to work with as the current team. But I have found the current team to be accessible and responsive, and our maintenance requests have been taken care of in a very acceptable manner. Really the only thing keeping me from 5 stars instead of 4 is that we moved in before they started with the current upgrades, and the carpet and cupboards in our unit are not the quality we had in other places. Also, there is tiling in the bathroom that is probably outdated. However, it's my understanding the units currently renting feature much nicer floors and cupboards. read more

I am delighted and pleased to update my review regarding my 9 month residency at the Summit at Sunridge complex. Having located from out of state, location and a safe-pleasant environment were essential to me. My experience has been that the Summit at Sunridge is a safe-lovely apartment community which is surrounded by unlimited shopping and restaurants. My unit design is architecturally beautiful, cool and calming with a fabulously appointed kitchen. The landscaping is well-maintained with walking paths, two pools and a well-equipped gym. The heart & soul of the Summit at Sunridge is their amazing, caring and thoughtful staff. My unwavering commendation, gratitude and appreciation go out to Leasing Specialist, Brittany Price ( an amazingly wonderful, caring, welcoming professional who is naturally intuitive to a tenant's needs), the Awesome Assistant Manager, Art Ramirez (whose kindness and compassion is the glue to our apt community) the bright & sweet Leasing Specialist, Tammy ( who always puts a smile on the day, has great recommendations and supportive) and the marvelous Leasing Specialist, Meghan ( who is creative and available to the tenants here) . Special honors go out to the phenomenal Maintenance Crew whose efforts support and care for the continuity of this apt community. The invaluable compassionate Maintenence Foreman , Tyrone oversees the entire complex and is so supportive of all it's tenants . They offered me a different apartment, I applied, I did pay everything and the moving: Surprise! The apartment is not remodeled like they promised me and even the paperwork said that. So I needed to either pay way more or get that apartment for the same price I was ordered the remodeled one. BS! Management didn't do anything, the manager didn't even get out of his office and when I mentioned I needed my money back, it was as easy as saying: You will get it in 2 days. I have lived here for 5 years. I have seen the good and the bad (and even the ugly). Recently, there has been a complete overhaul of staff, to include management, leasing agents, and maintenance. These changes have made this apartment complex completely different than in previous years. I have felt the same frustration of those who have posted reviews in the past, but I have witnessed the changes here at this property to make it a great place to live. It is a totally different place than the one described prior to 2016. The property is clean, safe, well-maintained, and in a great location. The staff is both, professional and friendly. A good staff makes all the difference in the world...and the current staff is GREAT! The Manager, Thomas, is friendly, attentive and fair. He treats residents with respect, and maintains an "Open-door" policy. He is always looking for ways to improve the property and to show appreciation for the residents. The Assistant Manager, Felicia, is a true perfectionist. She is very intelligent, kind, well-spoken, and very thorough. She's always willing to listen, and will go above and beyond to swiftly resolve any conflict and to make you feel appreciated. Her support is remarkable. Lucy and Erin (Leasing Agents) - are very knowledgeable and professional (always polite, and thorough), and yet friendly enough to make you feel like you're apart of the family. Each of them assists me with any concerns I may have with pleasant attitudes. ***Attitude is everything!*** The Maintenance staff is always friendly and reliable. Not a good, clean place to live. Trash and broken glass is constantly scattered around garbage areas, dog poop is left in the rock areas, parties at the crowded pools (not kid friendly), there is a constant smell of smoke and pet odor in the apartment we lived in, and any time we'd bring it to the attention of the staff they'd ignore us. We were extremely unhappy with the way this place is ran. The office staff are not helpful and do not listen to you. Very unethical place, I cannot say enough bad about living here. read more

We moved here in June 2017. Felicia was our contact and was SO helpful and sincere. Our apt. is great!! New kitchen counters,floors,bathroom counters. Have read some very negative reviews,however they are from years back! We have not had any bug problem whatsoever, our neighbors are very quiet. Any issues with maintenance are non existing....are there the next day. It is too bad in the past they had problems, however we really enjoy the apt. Being close to all the shopping is a bonus.Plan on staying quite awhile and enjoy all the amenities. The main pool and jacuzzi are great. I have been here for just about a year now and I love it, the apartments are older so everything is not going to be new. I live on the first floor and have never seen any bugs in my apartment, I do have my apartment sprayed about once a month to prevent an infestation. My dogs have never been sick. I also do not let them lick up the wet pesticide which would cause any living thing to get sick. The grounds are nice, I like the area, I like the people in the office. I feel safe and a tragic event happened but it was a family issue and not a reason to judge the apartments because that type of thing can and does happen anywhere. Unless something changes I plan on staying here for awhile. I can think of plenty of places that deserve one star or less and this definitely is not one of them. The only thing I do not like is that it gets super busy in the office sometimes especially when its time to pay rent, but that is what happens when you have a few hundred people in one area trying to do the same thing. read more

There are so many issues with this complex. The lush green landscape that is advertised is being replaced with gravel and most of the trees have been removed. Management seems to give lip service to your concerns but no real effort to correct anything. Rent is above average because it is the only apartment complex zoned for Frank Lamping Elementary. The units are old as the complex is over 30 years old, so there are major issues with plumbing and electrical Water bill is very high as they "average" the cost of water and the electric bills are super high as the units have absolutely no insulation. They say they do not sub-let to section 8 housing but that is questionable as several residents have indicated that they receive rent assistance. If you want a remodeled unit with new appliances you will pay between 200-300 dollars extra. They also require 60 days notice to move and will charge for every old appliance in your unit that should have been replaced years ago by management. If there is any way possible, please do not consider this complex. If I could give it a zero review rating I would. read more

The complex grounds are always well maintained. The staff is very professional and always ready to help. I love my apartment design. It was newly remolded when we moved in. Kitchen is spacious with ample cabinet space. I just signed my renewal lease.The only negative thing I have to say is the second pool area needs a definite upgrade. read more

Had a minor repair issue and the management took care of it quickly. Miguel was on-time and did a great job.

i cant wait for my lease to end. first moved here was ok with my decision but not any more. i have three times complained about my neighbors. the noise is ridiculous. this is damn apartment living ppl dont respect that. i honestly believe the management has not said anything but the first intial time. i have to abide by the rental agreement but yet they fail to do there part or i wouldnt be up on countless occassions from the annoying rude ass neighbors. if they were told or fined the $100 noise complaint on the lease my apartment wouldnt be vibrating i wouldnt be up all hours of the night n i would be able to enjoy watching my own tv n being home. definetely will be moving out n looking else were, were rules apply n are enforced read more

Everything is older. Your electric bill will be more than some 2,300 square foot homes nearby. Moldy window frames,leaky roofs. They have you on wait lists to fix things. Sometimes they don't show up. They claim rent is market rate, but how can you compare newer and more efficent, to older run down units. I can't use my faucet right now. When I called to have maintence come fix it, the girl in the office said. "Is that your only faucet?" Awful customer service. My advice, if you don't need to live there due to school zoning ( that's why we do) stay away. read more

Disgusting and over-priced!! The cost of a nice apartment with the feel of a subsidized unit. Upon moving in, there were cigarette butts on the patio, the old vinyl flooring was peeling up, the shelving in the closets were falling apart, the sliding mirror door in the kids' bedroom were put up so sloppily that one feel on top of my 3 year old and shattered glass everywhere (no apologies were given, of course)withing the first week. My garbage disposal had to be replaced as soon as I moved in. The carpet was old. So much dirty caulk lined the bathrooms, and all they offered was to add an extra layer of caulk (umm, thanks). My next door neighbor in hiding a very loud pit bull in their apartment, which is alarming since I have two small children. I have to do my own spraying for bugs outside my unit to keep the giant cockroaches away. Water pours down onto my carpet from through air filter, and of course, I have paid to have my carpet cleaned on my own. My guest bathroom toilet floods with every other flush, which I have requested to have the toilet snaked but that never happened. there's new people in the leasing office every time I go in there, so i never get to follow-up with the same person. It took an entire month for someone to finally come see about the water leaking into my apartment, all the while I had po3ts catching the water that I had to empty out every so often. I have endured this for about 6 months, and I cannot go another 6 months. Attempted to find a phone number for corporate, but i can't find one. read more

I moved into one of the run down apartments because that was the only one available at the time. What a crap hole. The carpets have holes in, them the faucets all leak, 3 of the mirrored closet doors fell off their tracks and onto my kids and this was after they fixed them, only one burner on the stove works, the cabinets throughout are constantly coming unscrewed and falling off and peeling, all the shower rods have fallen several times, the dishwasher along with the carpet is from the 90's, the heated pool was always closed for maintenance even during the summer months. This place is an expensive piece of crap. The management are a bunch of unprofessional, snooty jerks. Good luck trying to call the office because you'll never get a human being to talk to. The office girls like to cut out early every day. The maintenance guys like to walk into your apartment without notice. They tack on fees like you wouldn't believe. I've always paid my rent on time but some months they tack on some rediculous fees with no reason why. Do not rent here. You're better off renting a house. This month was my final straw with them. Can't wait to get out. read more
