The property was exactly as described, clean, well maintained, and ready for our arrival. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and the level of customer service really stood out. It's clear that the team takes pride in both their properties and their guests' experience. We made wonderful memories with family and friends and couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Thank you to the entire Life in Paradise team for your outstanding hospitality. We look forward to booking with you again!

The manual can opener did not work at all. One mixers did not work at all and the other one was very poor. We had to scramble around with other guest and neighbors to borrow their items. 2. The Air conditioner filter looks like they haven't been changed in about 2 years and have a very thick about of lint. 3. We ran out of toilet paper and was told by the property managers that we need to buy our own. That means we have to go into town to buy toilet paper. I have an Airbnb and would never tell our guest to buy their own toilet paper. Receiving a message like that makes me want to care less about turning up the temperature on the AC to save you money. It makes me less motivated to leave the condo as clean as possible. For $2 or $3 you certainly taint how I fell about staying there. 4. Maybe not your issue but the umbrella that we rented was not very good. The auger bit to drill a hole in the sand is not make for hard sand on PA beaches. The only way we could use the umbrella was to manually dig a hole with a borrowed shovel so the hole was deep enough to withstand the wind. 5. The furniture in this condo was a lot older than other MT condos that we stayed in.

This time around my sister and brother in law and thier kids also came along for the first time. Becky the property manager greeted us as we arrived at our 4pm check-in. She explained everything in detail and walked us through the cabin and made us feel very welcomed. The unique one story cabins are arranged in a horseshoe configuration and are named according to their theme, and in the middle a beautiful courtyard is shared with gueats. We actually stayed in their latest newly remodeled two story cabin called The Marlin. It's located right next to the main property. At night it's very safely lit and your vechicals are parked under the structure. It sleeps 10 with two full baths and all the amenities you need to make your stay enjoyable. It has a second story large balcony and a small third story balcony as well. Access to the beach is at walking distance or a short drive. After hurricane Harvey the cabins sustained damage and there was even a waterline marker when the storm surge came in. After alot of hard work and tireless vollenteers the newly remodeled cabins are better than ever. Becky was even kind enough to show us inside The Rock and Roll cabin and the remarkable improvements they made. The Dancing Dunes is highly recommend which ever cabin you stay in. Check out their Facebook page or website to make reservations in advance because they do fill up quickly. We're definitely coming back next year and can't wait to make memories again.

Becky furnished small welcoming touches such as coffee, creamer, spices and olive oil, Netflix, Hulu, washer and dryer, laundry soap, awesome shampoos and soaps. Give this place a try, you will love it.

Cinnamon Shore is a beautiful property with wonderful amenities and a family-friendly atmosphere…read more The beach access, pools, and overall community are what keep us coming back. La La Land was a gorgeous home and we would definitely stay at this unit again. Unfortunately, our most recent stay included several service and maintenance issues that impacted the experience. While the staff was courteous, response times were challenging when problems arose. The most significant issue occurred on our final night when multiple fire alarms sounded in our unit for an extended period of time while we were traveling with an infant and toddler. Because maintenance was not immediately available on-site, it took quite some time to resolve the situation. I truly believe our experience would have been very different had maintenance personnel been available on the property to respond more quickly to urgent issues. For a resort of this size and caliber, having faster on-site maintenance support would greatly improve the guest experience and help prevent minor issues from becoming major disruptions. Cinnamon Shore has so much potential to provide an exceptional vacation experience, and I hope management continues investing in the operational side of the resort to match the beauty of the property itself.

The hotel advertises that it serves breakfast, but don't be fooled. This is not a continental breakfast by any stretch. For a group of four, we were given a total of six possible items to choose from--including drinks. The "menu" consisted of a croissant, a muffin, a breakfast bar, juice, or water. That's it. One person would have to choose between having a drink or a very lackluster snack--not both. The pool is listed as an amenity, yet it was completely shut down and coated in green algae. When we arrived at our room, we noticed a row of random office-style chairs lined up outside in the main walkway, directly beneath a "No Smoking" sign. Below them sat three ashtray cups. Nearby was a man wearing an oversized black shirt, oversized shorts, sunglasses, and a crossbody fanny pack. He stared at us in a way that felt uncomfortable and unsafe. He wandered around the property, and we eventually realized he worked there. His appearance and suspicious behavior did not resemble hotel staff in any professional sense, and the overall vibe was unsettling. Opening the door to our room was the final straw. The overwhelming smell of mold, mildew, and cigarettes hit us instantly--so strong we could barely breathe. Nothing in the reviews or advertisements prepared us for this. Even the shower was coated in dark grime, clearly not cleaned or disinfected for quite some time. The sheets were dirty, walls were dirty, sink was dirty. Just so unsanitary. It made my skin crawl and you can't even breathe the air in the room. When we stepped back outside, the front desk attendant was right there, chain-smoking one cigarette after another. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This place is nothing like what it claims to be. I don't understand how this place has such great reviews. This is the biggest catfish I've ever experienced. Someone must be buying people off.

Very clean rooms, with enough hot water for 4 people to take showers back to back. The beds were a little lumpy, but nothing bad...I still slept great. It has a nice little pool area with a high fence around it for privacy from the nearby rooms. We heard that there were going to be complimentary breakfast goodies when we booked the room, but never received it/ were unsure how to make it happen. We checked in late so maybe we missed the opportunity to order it.
