The toppings bar is clean and well managed so it was great to choose from without getting messy. The different flavors were great too! All the fro-yo was smooth, creamy, and didn't taste like perfume lol. The smoothies are more heavy on the yogurt side than the flavor. So ask for more fruit than yogurt when you get it. Ambiance: it's a great place to for a 2nd date maybe lol. Just for a quick dessert. Or even bring the kids as you can get them to choose their own toppings. Overall: would come again!

Spoiled rotten? And it did it turns out that our frozen yogurt were sour and fizzy and that leads us to believe that there was some fermentation happening now maybe the manager forgot to turn the fridge on overnight I don't know what happened, but something was wrong. If you're looking for your knees to pop a little when you sit down, this is the place for you haha. Go support your local small businesses! I got the ube ice milk at 50% sugar and it was delish! There's only one size and it's pretty big. I definitely recommend mixing it super well with the coated ube on the sides of the cup, otherwise you're just gonna taste the milk. I loved it though cause it felt like I was getting different layers of the drink based on how much ube I had mixed in- very high quality milk and drink. I would totally recommend! My roommate got their strawberry matcha, and we watched them make their matcha and 100% authentic, it's not just some concentrate, we watched them mix the matcha with the designated whisk- super high quality and she loved it too. I had a sip and their boba quality is also 10/10, super super chewy and nice! The guy behind the counter was also really kind- very quick service, patient with you as you look at their wonderful menu. You can also ask to sample some of their toppings to make a well-informed decision for yourself. They also have little gifts you can buy in the form of tea, popping boba, or even cute boba/drink carriers. Also, they have a cute interactive wall where you can write a note or draw some pictures. Would be back again! Personally think it would be fun if there were also board games around too!

Bapu's ambiance inside looks artsy, with cute aesthetics and cool atmosphere. What stood out to me was the assortment of toppings displayed. The good thing: they look pretty colorful and fresh; the not-so-good thing: they're uncovered, so I'm not sure if they're clean. Nonetheless, it's convenient to see the different topping options you can add to your milk tea. I noticed Bapu uses the artificial purple taro powder for its milk tea instead of taro paste, so I eliminated that choice from my milk tea selection process. There was only one young employee who took orders and also made the milk teas when I went, but his customer service was good as he made fine recommendations and served my order fast. Unlike Boba Baba's eye-aching menu screens, Bapu Teahouse's menu overhead looks clear with photos, highlighting its special drinks. There are no kiosks here, so you'd have to order face-to-face. As the server recommended, I ordered the Brown Sugar Ice Milk (75% sweetness, light ice). It doesn't look as Instagram-worthy as Tiger Sugar's brown sugar milk teas, but it looks yummy enough, with brown sugar syrup clearly visible in Bapu's cute & translucent cup with ears. Bapu only serves 1 size for its drinks. When I ordered this, the server asked if I wanted boba. Most decent milk tea cafes I go to automatically already have the basic tapioca pearls or boba by default in their brown sugar milk tea drinks but Bapu charges extra for that. Brown Sugar Ice Milk is listed as $6. With the boba topping, I ended up paying a total of $7.76, which is slightly higher than average price of brown sugar boba milk teas in cafes I've been to. Compare that to Feng Cha in Morrisville, which offers Dirty Boba (brown sugar milk tea for only $6.25 with the boba already included, so Bapu's pricing here sounds like a joke. To be fair, the size of the cup is large enough, with its cute top that reminds me of Doraemon or Hello Kitty. The material of it doesn't look cheap and it feels fun to hold. The sweetness of the brown sugar flavor was just right. It might have been too sweet if it was set to 100% sweetness level, and it's still probably slightly sweet at 50% but my usual preference of 75% for any brown sugar milk tea was perfect here. The milk was deliciously-creamy with the fresh & chewy boba - perfect texture. Server did a good job blending with just the right amount of ice, good amount of brown sugar syrup & boba. It's not on the same level as Boba Baba's Brown Sugar Boba or Tiger Sugar's brown sugar drinks but it's better than many mediocre brown sugar milk teas I've tried in other cafes. Bapu Teahouse's menu is purely drinks, with a nice variety of milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies & iced coffee. Sadly, there are no snack or non-drink dessert options here that you can pair with your milk tea. It's not a big deal if you're only craving for a drink, and it looks like Bapu has a good selection of toppings to customize your order. Just prepare to pay extra for those. | Overall Score: 3.4/5 | Recommended Alternative: Sharetea in Morrisville

The place is undeniably cute... but all the signs looked painfully AI-generated, which gave the whole aesthetic a weird, soulless vibe. We ordered the s'mores rolled ice cream to split since it was $10. It wasn't even busy on a Monday evening, yet we waited about 25 minutes with only 3-4 people ahead of us. They were training a new employee and everyone seemed genuinely kind, so that's not my issue at all--I just didn't expect to spend nearly half an hour waiting for one rolled ice cream. Now for the real tragedy.... Maybe the wait would've been worth it if the ice cream had been good, but it was one of the strangest textures I've ever had. It was unbelievably gritty, almost like someone froze watery almond milk and called it ice cream. Every bite somehow managed to be both icy and grainy at the same time. The whipped cream tasted like absolutely nothing, which I didn't even know was possible. The only redeeming part was the toasted marshmallow on top. Cute shop, nice employees, but the ice cream itself was such a disappointment that I won't be coming back.

They offer matcha (with boba and jellies to add) and shaved ice. I didn't know about the shaved ice but someone ordered while I was there and I am intrigued. It looked delicious so I may have to come back to try. I got a large strawberry matcha with boba. It was $8.33 after tax, which I feel like is reasonable for the size and quality of the drink. This is definitely one of the better matcha spots I have enjoyed. I sat outside since the weather was nice and sipped on my drink. Rounding up to 4 stars because the rice plate was a good value at $12.95. For the rice plate, the pork was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. Not a huge deal but the crispy part fell off from the meat so it took more effort to eat the whole thing. The broccoli wasn't too salty and balanced out fried pork. The broccoli was room temperature though likely intentional for this Taiwanese dish. Tea egg could've been stewed longer for better flavor. Overall, I'll come back again if I have a hankering for Taiwanese food. Milk tea had good flavor but boba was overcooked and soggy. Pudding was good. I also forgot to adjust the sugar and ice level so make sure you do that!

We've…read morebeen to the location in Raleigh and it was good too: https://www.yelp.com/biz/moge-tee-raleigh-raleigh So far, this seems like a solid bubble tea brand. At this location, I tried the Rose Bubble Milk Tea (half sugar, large size, $6.25) and the Mango Tea Slush (half sugar, $6.25). The Rose Bubble Milk Tea was available in medium (500 mL, $5.25) and large (700 mL). I believe the Mango Tea Slush was available in large size only. Prices were before tip and tax. Both drinks were well made, good quality, and delicious. The Fresh Rose Bubble Milk Tea had a nice balance of tea, milk, and boba flavor. The boba was fresh and had appetizing consistency. The Mango Tea Slush was made with real mango. Like other bubble tea shops with fruit teas, Moge Tee had prefilled cups with mango ready to go. Upon ordering, they added ingredients to the mango and blended everything together. The drink was icy cold, refreshing, and tasty. Again, good quality. Sweet, but not too sweet. Moge Tee has a good selection of drinks. Aside from the aforementioned bubble milk and fruit teas, they have cheese foam drinks, yogurt fruit tea, milk swirl drinks (e.g., brown sugar boba), uji matcha (highest-grade matcha), tofu pudding drinks, and more. Service has been fine. The first time, we ordered with an employee at the counter. The second time, there was a self-serve kiosk off to the side with a touchpad. Overall, Moge Tee is one of the better bubble tea chains we've tried so far in the Triangle. There's also a location on Franklin Street in Chapel Hill. This location is on 9th St in Old West Durham, near Duke East Campus. It opened in February 2021. For both of our visits, we parked on the street for free. It's two-hour parking, 8am-6pm.

Sometimes, these are not available, however. | Full Review My girl & I have been here multiple times to buy ingredients for Asian dishes. We often get fresh salmon and shrimps from the seafood section, and we appreciate how seafood here are generallt cheaper compared to H-Mart in Cary. However, H-Mart is still more reliable overall when it comes to other products like kimchi, Korean side dishes, marinated meats, and various other Asian products. Unlike H-Mart's Korean focus, Li Ming's is primarily Chinese, so it's more line Grand Asia Market in Raleigh. One good thing we like in Li Ming's over Grand Asia is that it's less crowded and more spacious areas. Although it can get crowded here at times, it doesn't feel as congested as Grand Asia's constant overflow of customers coming and going. However, when it comes to the different goods you can get from Grand Asia's restaurant/cafe/bakery, Li Ming's Global Mart falls short. All you can get in Li Ming's are mostly mediocre-tasting Chinese food that goes well with rice and some noodle bowls that may be too salty to some people. The bakery inside Li Ming's is nice; we used to buy egg tarts and curry bread here. It's no Tours les Jours but it's not bad. They also offer boba milk tea but we wouldn't recommend it. As for the canned/preserved/frozen foods in the grocery section, generally, we prefer Korean brands over Chinese ones, so overall, we still prefer going to H-Mart for buying Asian products. Just like in H-Mart, we've seen unfriendly customer service in Li Ming's but no major issues. The most problematic one was when we tried to dine-in and get the 3 choices of food with white rice, and the lady serving had an attitude, and did'nt put enough fish on our plate. | Overall Score: 3.3/5
