The portions of rice and beans are so small my toddler would finish them and still be hungry. And the two tacos that are just shoved inside of a piece of foil. The Taco Spot has never failed me. 2 Birria Tacos + Consommé is my go-to order. It is absolutely delicious and I would buy it every single day if I had unlimited money. The flavors are just SOOOO GOOD!!!! I am always greeted and acknowledged, and the staff members are all super nice. There is one lady who I often see at the register, (I wish I knew her name but she typically wears a bun hairstyle) who is always so kind and helpful whenever I come in. I believe the prices for the tacos are fair. The Birria ramen is delicious and very large/filling, but it's one of the pricier options, so I'll order it every once in a while when I'm REALLY hungry. I've always passed by this place . I've even picked up orders from this location and the chandler location because I do door dash too but any ways this location is bigger then the one in chandler . Easy parking , not hard to find. It's next to a nail shop and Thai restaurant. Music is always loud in there but I love it . The theme obviously is Hispanic for a Mexican restaurant. Menu is very simple . My bf and I went for the birra tacos. Comes with 3 and the consumer to dip in , cheese and onions and cilantro but I had mine with no onions. Also 3 limes . Okay so the birria ramen is a little over hyped but those Asada fries were the bomb!! Service here is quick, you just walk up and order and sit or take it to-go. Unimpressive. We were the only ones in line and were promptly greeted and asked for our order. We ordered 2 birria tacos, an asada burrito, 2 asada tacos, and an horchata. We sat down to wait while i drank my horchata. The horchata was very brown and lacked flavor - it tasted watered down. We proceeded to wait and wait for OVER 15 minutes for our order to be made. We held our hopes listening to the advertisement overhead stating that they were building "Masterpeice" tacos. We received the small bag of items for our order, I will stress that the items were small! Street tacos I could understand, but the birria tacos and burrito were also small. There are many other amazing and flavorful taco joints for the similar price. We will not be going back, though the atmosphere was nice. read more

I've been thinking about their birria tacos and now I can get some at a more spacious location with more parking. That first location is a bit rough, haha! So I just inhaled two birria tacos with extra consomé on the side and a handful of fries. It was good. The consomé itself was a bit bland and in need of a little salt and lime. Came on Cinco De Mayo and they had quite a few festive things going to help celebrate. We expected a wait given the fact that it was a celebration going on so we were patient. The inside of the restaurant has TVs mounted on the walls along with a few in the center of the restaurant so you can see from pretty much anywhere. When the food finally did arrive I have to say it was pretty good. We had a variety of tacos ranging from all meats, 2 burritos, and the Vampiro (tostada). Also ended up doing the Horchata. It's kind of odd to see that they have french fries served with the tacos versus maybe just chips but they still worked out just well. The staff did everything to make sure we enjoyed the visit. We had a few mix-ups with orders, but they quickly corrected as it a lot was going on. 2/26/25 12:30pm I specifically PAID for double meat, I made sure guy taking order was clear that I would pay for extra meat, as long as they gave me extra meat! When I got the order, there was NO EXTRA MEAT, and actually was barely any meat at all. The rice and beans were very dry, the burrito was very dry and had no flavor. I called their store right after I started eating the $20 burrito, and when I asked for a manager they hung up on me. I've called back 3 times and no answer! It's clean and spacious and definitely a bigger storefront than their first location. Gimme some birria tacos with some consomé on the side! Birria Saturdays need to be a thing. This place is a little gem! I had the birria quesadilla and the birra ramen taco combo. WOW everything was amazing. I dipped my quesadilla in the ramen and it was everything - cheesy, spicy, crunchy, hot (temperature) and perfectly seasoned. I could have eaten 10 of them I won't even lie. The soup was full of meat at the bottom for an extra surprise. I can't wait to come back here for date night - it's casual, it's tasty, it's quick, it's filling and it is delicious. I have been following this spot on Instagram for a year and finally had a chance to visit. I ordered the carne asada nachos with shredded cheese, a surf and turf vampiro, and a cream churro. The interior had several cool design touches and the staff were very friendly. The portions were a little small and the carne didn't have great flavor. The surf and turf vampiro was a slam dunk though, and the churro was heated and delicious. I'd go back to try something new. read more
