You pay right at the hostess stand before being seated which was kind of cool, so you don't have to worry about it later. You also have the option to tip before or after. Once you sit you are brought any included drinks (white milk, apple juice, orange juice, coffee), purchased drinks (chocolate milk, lattes, etc), and donuts. The donuts were fantastic. I asked for a decaf latte but they didn't have decaf. The latte was still good. They then bring out small plates of ham, sausage, eggs, biscuits with gravy, and pancakes. All of it was delicious.
