I booked an appt for 10:30am for a Labor Day discounted lip filler and lip flip. I showed up on time, filled out my forms, and was told to sit in the lobby. ZERO communication about my wait time or what to expect. I could see the lobby was busy, and noticed 2 girls walk in without an appointment for lip filler. They were told the wait was long, but they still stayed. One whole hour later, I'm taken to a room without any communication as to what to expect or how long. I wish I was lying when I said that they kept me in that room for another 30 minutes. At this point it's an hour and a half past my appointment, without even a consultation or even an estimated wait time. I went to the front desk and asked how much longer it would be. They said another 5 minutes, and then did my consultation for my lips. At just past noon, my technician Stephanie C. comes in. I expressed to her how disappointed I was in the lack of communication. I told her that I understood they were super busy, but that just communicating an estimated wait time would go a long way as a customer. She asked if I had somewhere to be lmfao. Regardless of my plans after, my time should be respected. I said yes, I do have plans after this. SHE SAID, "well would you like to just leave now then, since you have plans ? I don't want you to miss them." Miss girl, why would I wait 2 hours to be turned away right when you're finally here to do the service? Obviously she wasn't actually concerned, she was giving attitude because I expressed my concerns. I could immediately feel the tension, and just decided to let it be for the moment and focus on the service I paid for. As we start to talk about my lips, she does inform me and educate me about migration and tries to push the more expensive options on me but I stayed with what I had paid for. They don't like when you don't upgrade your services, and they make it known. Now everything that happened after this is why I decided to make a review. As I said before, I've had my lips done 3 times. I'm familiar with the sensations and pains, even comfortable with it. Stephanie C. had the opposite of a gentle hand. I could feel her revenge in every needle poke. I even felt my lips tugging when she didn't hold my lip down with her other hand. This time was incredibly painful, and I could tell I was bleeding way more than normal. No caffeine in my system, btw. This in turn has led to the worst bruising I've ever had. My lips had dark purple black spots, deep deep bruises the following day. I know bruising is normal but the severity of it spoke volumes of Stephanie's work. I finished my service at 12:40. 2 hours after my appointment was scheduled for. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT WHEN I WAS CHECKING OUT AT THE FRONT DESK, THE 2 WOMEN WHO WALKED IN WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT AT 11AM, WERE ALSO CHECKING OUT?
