Steve and Woody provided us with friendly professional and well educated service from design to installation of two full bathrooms with tile walls and small format hexagon mosaic floors, including a curbless shower. They provided us the technical details we needed to make sure that everything was framed in correctly, and Steve came out to the site to inspect everything before scheduling the installer to do the work to make sure there would be no surprises. (And it was a good thing he did too, because we has to square up some walls and add some additional framing studs for the shower.) Woody was extremely helpful and patient in guiding our selection of tiles and grout, and they were willing to work with us on including tiles from a local tile manufacturer rather than their regular supply chain. Woody's professional training and sense for the customer's particular esthetic are outstanding! After we discovered that a few of the small mosaic tiles had cracked in them from a manufacturing defect, that got the installer out to replace them quickly and with no grief. Although I had Moloney Tile install the technically difficult bathroom tiles, I am doing several more artsy tile projects in the house on my own, and they had been willing and able to provide me with advice and specialty materials on those as well.

Ever since we've added a four season porch, addition, a sauna and bathroom, several tile platforms next to outside access doors. We are now creating a master bedroom with attached bathroom. I'm a current owner. MPM has managed a house I own at 810 Northport Drive since '07. I was notified…read morerecently that a tree must be removed and that the cost to do so will be $12,000. This tree was allowed to grow for many years at a location very close to the house. I've been on the East Coast and haven't returned to Madison since buying it ... so had no idea about this tree. Now, suddenly, it's an emergency I'm expected to pay $12,000 to attend-to. MPM has made no effort to find a cheaper alternative, and has acknowledged no degree of responsibility, or offered to bear any part of the expense. I'm with DoD and can't get away to return to Madison. If I could, I'd get a chainsaw and remove the tree myself. The complete unwillingness to work with me regarding this unusual surprise is disappointing, to say the least. Good businesses are built on good character. Here, an ounce of foresight exercised long ago could have seen that tree transplanted as a sapling, or simply mowed-over. Once it was growing, I could easily have been notified. Now, I'm expected to bear a $12,000 bill for something I've been kept unaware of, for years. And no one has explained any aspect of this problem to me, how it evolved, why it costs so much to deal-with and why MPM won't be bearing even a portion of what should be a much lower cost. I'm looking for a new property manager. Why MPM let this problem evolve to this point and how they could dare confront me with the whole of this excessive bill is beyond me.

We contracted Mike Ring- MDR Wall Systems to dry wall and texture our living room and two bedrooms…read more We returned home to a complete disaster! The house and everything left in it was covered in a thick layer of drywall dust, they didn't cover or clean anything including the floor, didn't even sweep. There was mud and texture spray on every piece of furniture and carpet. The cutouts around the outlets and lights were so bad it looked like someone had taken a butter knife and tried to guess where they were supposed to cut. There were huge holes round them, inches outside the outlet boxes. They installed the drywall from the floor up, they cut wiring in the outlets, they put screws into the pocket door frames, they put two layers of drywall on some walls making it impossible to frame out the doors in those spots, they destroyed furniture and tried to cover it up, they used my vacuum to try to clean up a gas spill and ruined it, they used the dumpster and took building supplies from our garage without asking, they killed our fish, they drank beer & left the empties in the dumpster, smoked and left butts all over the driveway. Their attempt to fix the cutouts only made it worse. The texture is so uneven, some places have none and others look like the sprayer exploded onto the wall. DO NOT USE this guy, I can't stress it enough here, you DO NOT want to go through what we are going through.
