The prices beat out anything I was able to locate by way of competition for Invicta watches on the internet. Their website is very user-friendly. However, their service and prices really separate them from the competition. I am a regular online shopper buying from Canada, and this store ships immediately, and is tremendously reliable. It is when there is a problem that businesses really tend to fail. This Company turned a problem into a positive experience for the customer, by handling themselves so well ! In one unusual instance there happened to be a minor manufacturer's defect - one that that would not come to the attention of any retailer until the watch was actually wound and worn. Within 1 hour of emailing the store, I had a prepaid shipping label in my printer queue, sincere apology, and a firm commitment to replace the item, including shipping, IMMEDIATELY with no questions or hassle whatsoever. So, the experience prompter me to write this assessment of this business. This Company is truly dedicated and customer-focused, and provides quality products (in a full range) with exceptional prices and fast service, and as I learned today, they stand with their customers when there is a legitimate problem. The watch remained with the shop for approximately four months, and in the end, the repair was not completed. When my parents asked for the watch back, they were told they would have to pay the full repair price even though the watch had not been repaired. They offered to compensate the owner for his time and effort, understanding that some work may have been attempted, but he refused and would not return the watch unless they paid the full amount originally quoted for the repair. Because the watch has significant sentimental value, my parents felt they had no choice but to pay in order to get it back. The entire experience was frustrating and upsetting, especially given their age and the emotional importance of the watch. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this business. If you leave a valuable or sentimental item here, make sure you have a clear written agreement regarding costs and what happens if the repair cannot be completed.
