The customer service you find at this company is so exceptional, their Trumbull location closed down. So, reiterate- if you're looking to experience sub-par service coupled with the ranging between stellar (Britney and Polly) to abysmal (Omar) take your chance and give it a shot. Just remember that they open later than the other stores. MUCH later, and about 15% of what Omar tells you is the truth. The other 85%...not so much. You'll do much better going to Lenox Jewelers in Fairfield or Macy's.

I won't go into the details, but I will say Paul took _VERY_ good care of me and stood by his work. I've read the single negative review here about the watch battery. The person did not even go back to see what could have been done. Based on my experiences with Paul, I imagine he would have written a positive review instead if he had.
