Dean and Sons (run by Jim) is incredible. Jim is honest, ethical and does a great job with our cars. Our family has been going to him for years. Even though the drive downtown is a bit inconvenient, he is well worth it. He has never tried to "upsell" us or talk us into something we don't need. A great mechanic. The only downside is that what some chain stores could do in a morning takes him a day or two to get to. We'll go elsewhere for an oil change or new tire, but only to him for larger repairs
