First of all, walk in the back door, not the front. The outside area has a nice seating area but no shade, still good for a good weather day visit. Inside is old school, you can definitely tell as soon as you walk in, it's hasn't been updated in a LONG time but honestly it's kinda cool to see it in what was probably pretty close to how it originally looked. Walk around the counter to place your order with the menu clearly displayed on the wall. The chef is a one man show and cooked to order. He was friendly and attentive despite being alone. On to the food... Finally a place that salts fries properly without needing more. It's the little things for me I normally have to ask for salt every where but they were piping hot and salty!! I ate the smothered chicken sandwich. Fresh slice of tomato, well seasoned roaster bell peppers were the highlight. I felt it lacked seasoning but maybe I'm too much of a sodium junky. The red aioli seemed too thin but that could have been due to the juicy tomato. Bacon Cheeseburger was fresh and the toasted italian was good.
