Our server Wesley was a gem. Very knowledgeable and funny. What I loved most was the attention to detail. And we never felt rushed. The manager stopped by the table to tell us the story behind the knives we'd chosen. He was personable and made you feel glad to be visiting the restaurant. The whole experience was elevated because of the exceptional staff. My son ordered the porterhouse, cooked to perfection. Our table also had the wagyu burger, chicken pasta and lamb chops. I could've eaten sides alone as my meal, they were generous portions and delicious. Dessert was the infamous Black Forest cake topped with pink cotton candy and edible flowers, made spectacular with dry ice. Others stopped to watch as it put on its show.
