He showed her on his Ohio drivers license his veteran status, which is clearly printed on there and she started making a big production out of it has to be a special identification, which is clearly not the case I myself am a veteran and my father and I have gotten are justly due US veterans discount on many occasions as we've eaten together in the Local area dozens and dozens of times Obviously, the management there needs to retrain their staff, and how to conduct themselves appropriately with their customers as something like this should have easily been avoided, and did not need to be escalated to where it caused an embarrassment for my 90 year old Veteran father. The Breakfast Club knows how to mix things up with monthly specials, seasonal offerings and a variety of drink flights, including coffee, if you're not quite sure what you want. Sweet or savory, they just seem to have a little bit of everything. Service is friendly and relatively expedient despite the crowds. The atmosphere is clean, bright, and active. I went to the location in Springboro, and loved it. The outside sitting area is very spacious with a great breeze, the inside has a lot of room and as soon as you walk in you are instantly met with delicious smells of breakfast and coffee. I ordered the June special crème brûlée French toast, and the hot honey sausage. Both were 10/10. I also ordered an espresso martini with salted caramel vodka. So good! My one and only complaint is the food did come out warm and not hot. The taste made up for the lack of heat though! read more

We were seated near the back, known as the "fly tables." I say this because, this is the 3rd time I've been there and been seated in the same place with the same problem. When I pointed out there were 3 flies on the table, the waitress chuckled and said, "Yeah we can't do anything about that. The cooks are really dirty and they come in and out of the door." She was correct, every few minutes a different cook went out the back door by the restroom, coming and going, coming and going - none of them ever carried anything in their hands. Don't cooks usually stay in the building? Our crew of 3 flies grew to 6. When I asked to speak to the manager he said, "we have an exterminator come once a week," and offered no other consolation. My husband and I recently went to The Breakfast Club for a late breakfast/brunch, and wow--it was amazing. When we arrived, the place was very busy and fairly full, and we had about a 30-minute wait. Totally worth it. Once we were seated, our waitress greeted me with "Queen," which instantly made me laugh and set the tone for a great experience. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure both my husband and I were well taken care of. After placing our order, the food arrived surprisingly fast, especially considering how busy it was. I ordered the yogurt granola bowl, which was absolutely delicious--fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. My husband had a waffle and loved every bite. The food, service, and overall atmosphere were just spot-on. Despite being very busy on weekends, I can highly recommend The Breakfast Club for breakfast, brunch, or even lunch. Yay so glad they opened a location closer to us. We have went to the original location in Lebanon for years. Both are great places to find breakfast but the portions are huge. Best if can share with friend. Hear the coffee is good but we don't like any coffee. We like to get a small enchilada sauce to go with eggs or omelets and bit the hot sauce. We were driving by a few weeks ago and saw The Breakfast Club in Springboro was finally open so we stopped by. We weren't told until we were leaving that it was supposed to be a soft opening for friends and family but they decided to let others come as well. They had their big garage door open, so it actually hotter inside than outside with the breeze. There were two employees at the host stand and they worked with us to find an outdoor table in the shade and seated us right away. The way their patio is situated and the hanging baskets makes you forget you are at a major intersection. It did not feel like a soft opening; everything was quick and ran smoothly. The only glitch we ran into was my omelette was missing a few ingredients. What I had tasted good so I didn't send it back; I'm sure they would have made me another one if I asked but we didn't want to wait. We both got omelettes, potatoes, and toast and everything was hot and very tasty. Their omelettes are big and if you build your own, you have quite a large choice choice of ingredients. read more

Despite how busy they were with many people standing waiting to get seated, they did a good job and did not convey any kind of feeling that we should hurry up. They were very pleasant. Our weight staff was great. They were very attentive without being too much. The food was very good there is quite a variety anything from a breakfast burrito to a Moscow mule pancakes, eggs. I will definitely come back. I really hope to come back next spring and summer when it is warm again and I can sit outside on the covered patio it looks great. My only negative was that the parking is limited. There simply are not enough spots for the businesses that share the area. I had to drive around a bit before finding a spot. First time visit from out of town. I walked in and sat at the breakfast bar. It took 10 minutes for a server to come over. She brought a black coffee over with no offering of milk or sugar. I waited another 10 minutes and she finally brought over cream. I placed it in the coffee and it had curds. I tried to get her attention to ask for another cup, but nowhere to be found. I got up and left. The placard near the front door says it was built with family hospitality and care. How about ensuring that your employees are prompt and courteous? Jeniffer is literally the most amazing woman in the world. She's one of the servers here and I literally love coming here to sit with her. The food is wonderful. One of the best parts of the menu is that breakfast is served all the time, and they truly deliver. Our server Amanda was outstanding. She was super cool, funny, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were perfect. My wife ordered a traditional breakfast with three eggs scrambled with cheese, bacon, and potatoes. I've been an avid customer of TBC in Lebanon for more than 20 years. I've had business in the Springboro twice in the last month and decided to try the newest location. It looks great, the staff is friendly, but something is off. The first time I sat at the bar and the stools were so crammed together, I could barely get into the seat. Service was great, food was ok. The second time I sat outside, more great service. I had my meal and asked for extra butter. They brought out the "whipped topping" that sits around warm and isn't even food. Worse, they charged me 75 cents for it. This is just greed and nickel and diming. The food was okay, high priced and barely warm. This location feels factory'ish, they're just cranking out orders, without any small business feel or personalization that makes Lebanon great. Parking is a nightmare in a location that already had parking issues. Great plan. When I got home, I let out some nightmare'ish farts. read more

The host was nice and personable making sure we had enough space for the baby's infant seat, our server was pretty withdrawn and we told her it was our first time dining with them and she said "okay" and walked away lol... no biggie, I'll probably be back one day. Great food. The wait, was told 30 minutes but it was 45. We had to ask where we were on the list and then seated right away. The waitress was very friendly and helpful.
