If it were only the program and trainers this place would be excellent. I spent weeks trying to get in contact with billing and even talked to Tiffany and Dallas and other trainers and no one could print me a simple invoice. I received so many automated messages from the organizers while fruitlessly just trying to get answers. I texted many customer service numbers (they don't have a phone). I would have loved to continue the workouts but I was unable to collect proof of payment to take advantage of a fitness reimbursement through my company. I removed permission for an auto charge on my credit card and got a message from them the morning they tried it... Thanks guys... Ended up being an alright jump-start for me to find a better run gym to continue my fitness goals. The trainers are super nice but the business is TERRIBLE. read more

PSA-DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM After over a year of loyalty to a privately owned fitness studio whose business heavily relies on the intimate customer base- I am told by Katie (one of the invisible owners) through a snarky email (warning clients not to gossip) that the Penngrove location will be going under new membership restructuring. We had two weeks to make a decision to commute to Santa Rosa or accommodate to the new membership. To which the explanation was given "more one on one training" "more individualized training" "more targeted training" ... the catch? Oh right, I almost forgot! $2000 for 3 months. Are you laughing yet too? Seriously? The look of desperation is so not cute TTC. And the fact that you're trying to squeeze that INSANE amount of $$ out of people for your limited, closed "studio" is not only laughable, it's disgusting. TTC this town is SMALL and word travels FAST. It's only a matter of time... tick tock. *Trainers, you were all great, get out while you can *Oh! I almost forgot! The rumors are true! I have seen the changes in people who have gone there. Seemed like something I wanted to do.. give it a try. I go there During the week. The place is locked up and no one around! I thought this was a gym with trainers! No? Strange. Then I try calling... "We do not accept phone calls". Wtf? I thought you are a business. Tried emailing. Got. Return to sender demon. Read the negative reviews... Now I'm seriously doubting this place. Not giving u my card to take what u want when u want. And the $500 to cancel? Nope not me. This place is a total scam I hope people can see the bad reviews and save themselves. Trainers are great and the workouts. But the first 2 things I mentioned since the very beginning was that I was looking for a place to go On Sunday's cause the place that I go now is too far you would think right there someone would say "we are not open on Sunday's" no one did. They Tell you is "free" but you start paying since the beginning which I have no problem with but I also mentioned I wanted flexibility on my schedule and this place only offers 2 classes in the afternoon that's it nobody said anything about that. I tried to contact them several times to tell them this was not gonna work for me there is no schedule flexibility. They are not open on Sundays. And it takes me 35-40 min to get there with traffic for a 30min class. Same thing happened to me as other users. They just kept charging my card even tho it was "free" and to cancel they want $500 bucks I also had to dispute the charges with my CC company and all of it is pending. But even if it gets resolved there is no way I'll wanna go back there. Terrible way to get ppl in there with a bunch of lies. read more

I cannot even begin to express my complete DISGUST with the way Dallas and Katie are running this business. I have poured hundreds of my hard earned money into their hands, referred multiple friends and they treat us like we are nothing unless we give them our money. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse...I canceled my membership. I knew I would be paying the 200 dollars and just swallowed the pill because that was my contract. HOWEVER, I canceled with plenty of time so I didn't have to also pay the monthly dues and shell out 337.00. They decided not to process my request until a week later so I would pay the 127.00 extra in monthly dues. So, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and thought I would let them handle it. If they found I didn't cancel in time, then I'll pay. If not, I'll get my money back. When I filed the claim, Katie texts me and says that she is going to send me to collections if I don't pay which was extremely tacky and inappropriate. I cannot believe she threatened to ruin my credit! What kind of business owner does this? One that cares about people? Certainly not! I find it ironic considering she's in the business of helping people with their health and wellbeing. I just got notice that the dispute is over and was found in my favor. So what do Dallas and Katie do? Throw another charge to my credit card for 127.00 because they don't like that they were wrong. Since when is it ok for someone to charge you after you have cancelled services with them out of retaliation?! I am beyond disgusted with this and will be contacting the better business bureau as this is absolutely unacceptable. They have used my credit card information in their file without my authorization to retaliate against me because I disputed money that they shouldn't have charged me in the first place. They should be held accountable and should be ashamed of themselves. read more

He seemed pleasant at first, but then once he got a hold of your money or (the transformation center) did, everything changes... I was in a program called the (revolution) and every day you reported your macros (they're supposed to change those macros for your weekly lower or higher depending on how your weight reacted to what they gave you the week before" I still have those texts between Dallas and I and sometimes Katie and they never got back to me in a timely manner, to the point where I felt frustrated and just didn't follow those macros "my weight wasn't dropping as a matter fact it was going up! it felt like way too much food than I can handle. But when I would reach out I never got an answer back in a timely manner, and I wasn't supposed to reach out they're supposed to reach out to me once a week like they said they would do but they never did it on a timely manner like I said... so there went all my money, I felt so bad, so alone and totally embarrassed to even talk about this! thank God I read some of these true comments on here where they felt "robbed" I am by far not rich but I did learn a big lesson, I am never going to put up my money like this again! you can learn your own way of healthy eating and exercise through really good books and really good people, you don't need cheerleaders taking your money and telling you to run harder and push harder to the point hurt yourself. Please reconsider giving your money to anybody. Because they don't care how they treat the ones that they did badly, Karma is going to come back and teach them a lesson! Nobody gets away for Karma! My advice to Dallas and Katie "be kind" "be honest" and "be forthcoming" your lies are going to bite you in the behind! And for all those five stars that I read, well... Before I started at FBBC, I lacked serious self confidence. I didn't feel comfortable in my own skin and I was starting to feel like I was in hiding because of how I felt. I was constantly trying different diets and gym routines, but never saw any results. I wanted to give up, but knew I couldn't or I would become unhappier than I already was. I chose FBBC over other bootcamps because past bootcampers had nothing but amazing things to say about the program. I was discouraged with practically living at the gym and not seeing any results. After joining, I am happier and have tons of energy at all hours of the day. I have made working out part of every day life and I actually look forward to it. I have shed some major pounds and gained muscle in places I never even knew existed. Don't knock it until you try it! The workouts are different and fun, everyday, and only 30 minutes! I have learned so much about my eating habits and how to succeed in living a healthy lifestyle without being a crash dieter. I am now teaching my friends and family in order to help them better their lives. Every single bootcamper is working towards the same goal and the support is outstanding. Lastly, the trainers are all amazing. The motivation that they share with us has pushed me harder than ever before. So I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I did like the classes and instructors. This business is poorly run and they completely mislead you to get you to sign up and get your money! I had some friends that recommended the classes and so when they sent me the ad for a FREE six weeks I figured I would try it. It was NOT free!! They required a $500 deposit and say you can get it back if you lose 25lbs or 7% body fat. You are also required to text a picture of your weekly groceries and to post pictures of all your meals. If you don't reach your goal or meet all the requirements I was told I could apply that money towards future workouts. Someone inquired about average membership and based on what they said and what my friends paid I understood a month to cost about $150. So I figured worst case if I don't lose 25 lbs in 6 weeks I could workout for an additional 3 months with no additional cost. I was ok with that. Throughout the challenge every meeting was a hard push to sign a contract for a 3 year membership or at least a 1 year. Even though I had told him that was way beyond my budget the next interaction would be another push to get me to sign up. It was so used car salesman and felt very scripted, like he definitely took a class or seminar about gym sales, not genuine at all. At my final meeting I had not reached the 25lbs and he was pushing the membership. I said I didn't want to do that that I just wanted to apply the money and work out for a few more months and not pay anything else. He seemed shocked and said they don't do that and only do contract memberships. I told him I felt very deceived and misled as none of this was mentioned when I was signing up for the "free" 6 weeks, which I also complained the ad was VERY misleading as it was not free and actually $500. This was met with arguments that it did actually mention the deposit in the ad (it doesn't) and how one person in the six week program earned their money back and are thrilled! And that they have NEVER had any complaints about this before. After several minutes of arguing with me his girlfriend finally offered to allow me to do the 6 week program again. I reluctantly accepted because at this point I really want nothing to do with their shady business practices. I should have fought harder to just get my money back because I felt so upset by how the owner treated me that I went to one or 2 more classes and never went back. And they never tried to follow up with me to see if I was ok or why I wasn't in class. So the classes are good as long as you have a lot of money to spare Oh and my friend broke her foot and asked to freeze her membership until she was healed, they said yes and then still charged her read more

I've been in and out of gym memberships, bootcamps, and exercise classes for too many years to count. All of which left me less than as fit as my potential could reach. I'm amazed that I can say that now that I am accountable, motivated, and determined thanks to Petaluma FBBC. Ive trained at ttc (formerly fitbody bootcamp) since April 2012. When i began I was recovering from a knee surgery and was using the sessions as part of my physical therapy. Dallas and Katie were great and modified everything for me. I recovered quickly because of their help. Ive had 2 kids over the past 3 years; when i returned I was tired, out of shape and really discouraged. The coaches helped me bounce back quickly each time and i am very grateful. My biggest weight loss has been 60 pounds over a span on 5 months. I stuck to the diet and the coaches held me accountable. The Transformation center was a great way to get me back on track and back in a routine of exercising. Kathy was a great trainer who helped me to do the excersises properly and she was very motivating. So, I've been going to The Transformation Center for a while now. Even though I had to take a small break for a work assignment, I've been doing really well and it's all thanks to my trainers. Tiffany is the one I train with the most and she kicks my ass every time. They have a great, easy to follow diet guide and are always answering questions in the Facebook groups. I dropped eight pound my first week! This program really works and goes by very quickly. I signed up for two years because I know how great my results will be if I keep at it and follow what I'm being taught. Dallas and Katie and all the other coaches run a program that fits anyone's lifestyle Being a single mom of two kids working full-time busy with sports and other activities getting a workout in as hard or at least that's the excuse that most of us make. Fit Body Boot Camp allows me to go in the morning or in the evening for a high intensity 30 minute workout. And the results are amazing. They are motivating helpful knowledgeable and you feel like you're part of a family supporting everybody in each class because we all have a goal. I would recommend this program to anyone. Update: TTC changed format a few weeks back and on short notice decided to stop offering group walk-in classes effective 5/22/19. This past week they required advanced scheduling of participants due to lack of instructor availability. Finally, an instructor failed to show on 5/21/19 leaving paid customers, including my husband, stuck in the parking lot with no class and no notice. So the gym processed my monthly $111 payment last week just after notifying customers they could switch to the Santa Rosa location (can't get there with my schedule) or pay $2k for 3 months in small group sessions in Penngrove with limited available time slots for those of us who work and commute. My husband was a loyal member - at $200/mo - and was left hanging. Not a way to run a business - sad to say. The results were great, the marketing and sales tactics a bit overbearing. I wish them the best. Some of the long-term coaches were great, like Tiff mentioned below, and there was also a lot of turnover among newer coaches. Original Review - Dec 2018-ish: I discovered TTC through a FB ad, and within a week was attending my first class after undergoing a registration orientation and a nutrition consult. I jumped in feet first, started the nutrition plan and did 3 30-minute workouts per week. The nutrition plan was super flexible, fairly easy, and the workouts are pure fun, yet completely challenging. I never felt like I was starving - in fact, I felt more full than ever, but had more energy, slept better and woke up ready to work out at 5:40a. Never in my life was I a morning person! But on this program, I could be! I lost 13 lbs, and shrunk into my smallest size in 6 years, after 2 kids and 2+ hour daily commutes, that was a real achievement. I felt confident in my swimsuit for the first time in 9 years. Then my work schedule became more challenging...so in August I stopped being a regular participant. But I still got my calls from Coach Tiff, and made it into the gym 1-2 times every month. No judgment, only support at TTC. The supplements work - Is never used protein or BCAAs before but I built muscle and burned fat. I think the 13 lbs down was a great combo of muscle build and fat burn. I'm starting the new Belly Fat Blast challenge after New Years with my husband. That way we can both eat the same type of meals, and support each other with getting to the gym. The coaches and other members are great - I was inspired by Tiff, Kathy, and Cam and Will. All I can say is this is the best $120-140/mo you can spend on yourself. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! This gym sounds great, a 30 minute workout and you're done! But that is about the only great thing it has going for it. My favorite trainer and the only reason I have stuck around (Cam) was banned from teaching at the Penngrove studio and ever since then I have not shown up to class. The new trainer is horrible and actually teaches the wrong form (with lunges, squats, etc.). The cost to join keeps increasing, you can NEVER get ahold of somebody or get a straight answer and when wanting to break your contract, it is basically impossible. I have joined Sonoma Fit and it has a similar class to bootcamp at a MUCH more affordable price and you can attend as many classes as you would like, along with being able to access the whole gym and the rest of the classes they offer. I honestly can't say enough bad things about this place and don't see it lasting much longer due to the poor way it is run and how money hungry the owners are. Also, the owners bribe clients to write good reviews on here with the chance of winning a gift card in a drawing. The owners dont take feedback well. They only want to hear positive things. So much so they are having a raffle to post a 5 star yelp review and win $500. Before every class there is an announcement to pressure us to post a positive review... desperate much? Since their yelp reviews are so bad!) Raffle starting dec 2018, take reviews with a grain of salt! all bs after that date..) trust me take a look at yelp reviews prior to dec 2018 and you know what i mean. they also don't follow up with their existing customers. I tried to share feedback once when I brought a friend in to try their gym ...the owners were there. they totally ignored us. it was embarrassing. I never forgot how that ended up. And when i tried to tell them That.. they were very defensive. And tried to put it back on me. And try to tell me how i was feeling? They have never been interested in meeting me. They do have their favorites though. When I asked why some members got free entry into a special challenge, and left the rest of us out The owner Katie said "they earned it fair and square!" Well ok how about not boasting that to all your paying members... Katie has a lot of growing to do as a business owner. I wish her luck. I have always been skeptical about a professional trainer. I'm stubborn, busy and like to 'do my own thing'.  The bottom line is, I have never gotten 100% of the results I want on my own.  I heard from a friend about the amazing gym they were going to so I asked them for more information. They didn't want to give me information, they said go in and meet with them! So I booked an appointment to meet with the owner and first off fell in love with his warm & infectious personality.  His dedication & excitement towards what they do was so inspiring, I couldn't help but want to join! I loved the fact that when I signed up they didn't just throw me a tag to scan in with, they spent the time to meet with me, go over my goals teach me about some super awesome tools to stay accountable and it didn't stop there. I was given an accountability coach who constantly was there for me and still is and I'd also like to note that person has become a mentor to me.  For the first time in my life, I LOOK FORWARD to eating healthy! I LOVE working out with the tribe and community there & just after a few short weeks, I feel incredible! They give you absolutely everything you need to hit your goal! Meal plan, support, accountability, they even were able to work with limitations. Beyond the physical goals that I am excited to reach, I am so excited to continue a lifestyle full of activity, nutrition & healthy mindsets! In this review I wanted to go over all of the tools The Transformation Center gave to me that has made me become the happy and confident person I am today...... which has not always been the case. First, they take the time to meet you, learn about you and talk with you to see if their studio is the right fit for you. I like that. I liked that they didn't just open up a book of prices and told me to choose one. Yes I have experienced that with every other gym I have signed up for. They Instead went over things that mattered to me. Like how I feel right now, what are the things I am not doing, what I could be doing. How I CAN do it with the help and support of their team and community. How I can build a better relationship with my significant other by working on myself. I needed to hear that. I needed to stop thinking oh I need to work out so I look better and feel better. I had to be reminded that taking care of myself mattered for the sake of my family! They had more than jus words of wisdom for me but they promised me accountability which obviously I need because I wasn't getting the results I wanted on my own. I started getting the accountably immediately! I first signed up to meet with the owner through Facebook. I received confirmation messages from and check ins from them until I made it in. Then after I signed up I continued to get support from them, Yes I signed up and I couldn't be happier that I did which I will go further into. My accountability coach after me signing up reach out to me and set me up to get started with them. Then they took the time to meet with me before I started and went over everything with me!! The meal plan, the super awesome member portal thats jam packed with super useful informalion, meal planing and prepping, recipes, really everything I could have needed help with. Fourth workout this morning at PFBBC, and I only have positive things to say. I have been athletic my entire life but fell out of doing Crossfit about four years ago due to an intense work schedule. Time to get back at it, and this is the perfect place for me. Accountability, I am competitve by nature and the varying intense workouts encourage me to push myself. It is a great atmosphere, varying levels of fitness but everyone is there to get it done. Early morning classes are perfect for my schedule. Ryan keeps things moving, and Zac is particularly great in that he makes sure everyone is in proper form, and emphasizes mobility - especially good for me as I have previous back and hip injuries - so we don't get hurt and can keep coming back for more! read more

This week I completed a 6 week accelerated fat/weight loss challenge, at The Transformation Center, in Penngrove. It was a comprehensive program that included a detailed meal plan, 3 weekly strenuous workouts and accountability coach check-ins. I am happy to report that after 6 weeks I am not only feeling stronger and more energized, but I also hit my first 20lb weight loss goal! If you're willing to put in the work, this program will give you real results! The trainers are dedicated and so encouraging! The Penngrove gym is spacious and well-equipped, and the ever changing workouts never get boring. And having the accountability coach helped keep me on track every week. I'm now looking forward to reaching my new goal through their next phase: Passport to Fitness! Thank you TCC... you guys are life savers!! Coaches are amazing and I loved the classes, but this is the most unprofessional business I have ever had to deal with. They are quick to charge and over charge but do not respond to emails. First things first - I love this place. I love the workouts - not two of them are the same. I love the enthusiasm that's streaming through the gym before, during and after a workout. Dallas and Katie care about us getting healthy and fit. They are present either in the gym or online 24/7 - very motivating. They turn something that most of us have failed in, into fun and durable. With the help of a food planner and a fitness measuring app - it's easy to track progress and show your numbers to discuss if need be. I so recommend this place! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! THIS BUSINESS HAS ZERO ETHICS AND ZERO INTEGRITY... I should have trusted my gut from the beginning when I was introduced to their program through FALSE ADVERTISING. Their ad read they had a few spots available for a FREE six week challenge program. I sent them my info and came in the same day for a consultation. Fast forward to not a one on one meeting between the owner and myself, but a group meeting with myself and a group of other women. All there under the impression that we were all competing for the last few "free" slots they had to offer. Then the actual sales pitch begins, and after having each of us speak of why we want to make the change, what we have tried before and why we think this is a good choice for us we are told the real deal. Which is we are required to put down a $500 DEPOSIT which we will get back once we reach our goal of either losing 25lbs or 7% body fat in six weeks. I know, as I write this out I realize it is a pretty insane goal, BUT I was in the presence of a PROFESSIONAL and trusted his ever reassuring attitude that there was NO doubt you would not reach the goal if you worked the program. I shook my uneasiness off as me just being resistant to pushing myself and getting back in shape. We were also told not to worry if we didn't achieve the final goal and that we would have the opportunity to be refunded part of the deposit for any progress made. I decided I was game. Coming from someone who is self employed, I know the absolute importance of having integrity and compassion towards your clients. They are YOUR LIVELIHOOD. They could choose to go anywhere and they choose to come to you and pay you for your services. These are people NOT dollar signs. Each interaction I had was met with a pressure building sales pitch to sign another contract and commit to another one of their programs. It was incredibly uncomfortable and off putting. I can seriously go on and on but I know if you are actually taking the time to read this, your time is important so I will sum it up with bullet points.... I paid $90 for product needed to begin the program and got it three weeks in I was NEVER told before signing up that I was only allowed to work out three times a week...(seems super counter intuitive for a weight loss program if you ask me). I was NEVER told that you have to be early to class to partake in the warm up or you CANNOT work out. I was LITERALLY locked out of the gym for my second session when I showed up at 8:30 for an 8:30 session. After losing 12.5 lbs and 3.5% body fat I was very pleased with my results and hopeful that since I had made it halfway that I would be able to get a portion of my deposit back. I seriously had to jump through hoops to get someone to talk to me about my results. The way I actually got their attention is they texted me to, guess what....SIGN UP OR REFER A FRIEND TO START A PROGRAM. Seriously, I am not making this up. Once I replied that I could not afford to continue on with another program I got NO RESPONSE. They also have NO PHONE SUPPORT. Their only modes of communication are text and email. How convenient for them. Another shocker....I would not be getting any portion of my deposit back. The only way I would be reimbursed is $10 per pound lost that would go towards, guess what...SIGNING UP FOR ANOTHER PROGRAM. This was so not clearly stated in the initial meeting. And yes, I know it was probably in the fine print of the contract I signed, MY BAD, but this is a perfect representation of what this company stands for, and that is to earn a buck at all costs. The situation was then turned on me with a condescending text telling me "I would be upset too if I didn't reach my goal weight". Totally dismissing my clear concern for their deceitful behavior regarding how they manage their customer's money. This behavior is disgusting. Especially in a gym environment. Completely unprofessional and honestly, flat out mean. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid getting yourself into the same mess I have found myself in. I've been apart of the team since I believe the beginning of May. I first met Tiff and Cam . They are awesome and they motivate us to the highest. There personality's are on fire. I love the Transformation center . Some months I cringes because it's pricey and we have to pay extra for things but I know where getting our money worth. They keep me accountable . I've only been a member since February 21, 2019. I started with the 42 day challenge and lost 22lbs AND 11% body fat. The coaches are supportive, positive, encouraging, professional, knowledgeable and sincerely care about your progress and success. The members are just as encouraging and everyone is there to better themselves, it's not a competition, meat market, or venue for failure. The environment is always positive and energetic, which makes you want to work harder and get stronger. Each coach assists you with the correct form and posture for each exercise which isn't something you will get in a gym, it's almost a personal training session every time you workout. Two weeks into my challenge I wanted to workout EVERYDAY, it was something I look forward to and couldn't wait to see my progress and push myself to the next level. The plan that Dallas has sets up any person for success! Everyday that I show up to Fit Body Bootcamp challenges me and the amazing trainers are there to push us to attack each workout even when we feel like giving up. In their words, "isolate that muscle and let it burn"! With one week left of the 6 Week Transformation Camp I am very close to reaching the goal that I set in the beginning! I've been a member of the TTC Penngrove studio for over a year. The workouts are challenging and varied and the coaching staff is engaged and supportive. It's not easy...and it shouldn't be...but what you'll find is you can do more than you ever thought possible. You get stronger and build endurance...and it's only 30 minutes. The HIIT-style workouts help you burn calories and build muscle tone. It's a boot camp, but not the scary kind with people yelling at you. The coaches support and encourage you, and the members are welcoming and become a family. I love TTC! read more

My overall experience with the actual program and trainers has been wonderful. The coach's are engaging and take the time to adapt any of the exercises to meet you're needs. For that half I would give 5 stars! My only advice is to really ask questions and understand the fees required and cancellation policy which is a little confusing/misleading when it is explained in the orientation. But again I can't say enough positive things about the actual program and amazing trainers! read more

I started here to not just lose weight, but to also build strength and endurance. I found it extremely hard to be self motivated at a regular gym, this place is a game changer, the coaches are so great and personable, there is a private online group to be in daily touch with the owners and ask questions and to share healthy recipes! The most important thing for me was the no judgment zone, being so out of shape and over weight I was extremely insecure about working out in front of people, everyone is so welcoming and kind and at all different fitness levels which has made me feel really at home. There isnt enough I can say about this place, I have not had even one bad experience, I am getting stronger by the day, my endurance is growing and I am losing weight and inches! I have never experienced such a full body, complete workout before and in just 30 minutes! You can't get at a regular gym in an hour what you get out of a half hour here. read more

Not only is it a wonderful place to work out, but their other support services, such as nutrition planning, food tracking apps, consultations, check-ins, are exactly what I need in order to stay focused on my goal. As a naturally lean person, I thought eating what I wanted was ok. As people would say "you're lucky you can eat what you want," so with that said I would eat anything and everything. Although I didn't gain much weight, but my body changed tremendously. I was that skinny fat chic. So I joined a gym and did tons of cardio, nothing changed, my weight was the same, with no results! Being frustrated with same routine without results, I decided to go a different route. I found FBBC and am I happy I did. During my interview With Dallas, he explained to me what I was doing wrong and why I wasn't receiving results. On top of that I was at 33% body fat,how could that be, I only weighed 120 lbs, but with my diet off and workouts wrong I knew it was correct. I've being at FBBC for 4 months and noticed a change in my body. My arms are more toned, my abs are coming in, I lost many inches off my waist and body fat is at 25%. Amazing!!!!
