    Dole whip
    I-Lin L.

Came here to try Dole whip, and it's really good! They have different flavors you can get as a swirl, or you can just get the original pineapple flavor. It's sweet and tangy and very refreshing.

I'm surprised this place doesn't have thousands of reviews! This is my favorite spot in Disneyland!! The dole whip is incomparable!!! The service is pretty fast and good! I would highly recommend ordering ahead on the app!

Maybe now that I've had pineapple frozen yogurt everywhere in the Bay Area, this doesn't quite hit the same as it used to. I got the pineapple and strawberry flat which is basically their soft serve over pineapple juice and just wound up drinking the pineapple juice because the frozen yogurt was way too sweet and artificial for me. Especially the strawberry one. Couldn't enjoy it, and when I gave some to my group they didn't like it either.

Missing middle of the dole whip. Tast really good and not overly sweet. But 25% of it was missing. On everyone's in my group

The Tropical Hideaway is one of my favorite places to stop by at Disneyland to get a quick snack! It's a great spot to grab something to eat and drink while having some fun at the same time! It's a unique quick service spot in Disneyland Park near the Jungle Cruise attraction and the Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room in the Adventureland area. The Tropical Hideaway has an amazing jungle oasis theme. It's a great spot to take a break from the theme park rides. It's was nice to be able to sit down and enjoy a cool treat or a quick bite to eat in the outside bazaar style restaurant. The Tropical Hideaway is themed after a traders market and river side hideaway. It features flowing water and glowing tiki torches at night. The Tropical Hideaway is known for serving the Dole Whip soft service options such as the classic pineapple, swirls of other flavors, floats, and seasonal specials. It also offers other snacks like bao buns, lumpia and other options! If you're sitting at the outside patio, you can watch the jungle cruise river go by near the seating! Hours for the quick service snack spot is from 8:00 A.M to 10:00 P.M, but make sure to check the Disneyland app! Most items are $14.99 and under! Right now, there is the DOLE Whip, Strawberry Sundae which included fresh diced strawberries, shortcake, and strawberry drizzle! It's so delicious!

Got the dole whip today! Definitely enjoy the soft serve; it's not too sweet, not too bland. It's perfect for a hot day like today. Flavor is on point, relatively fast service - order and go style of a shop. Additionally there's a nice seating area with a cool view of jungle cruise, super clean and organized thanks to the cast members.

The Tropical Hideaway is a little expensive, but it's another must-have stop for us every time we visit Disneyland. We ALWAYS get the Dole Whip! This time we tried the strawberry and peach swirl and it was sooo good. I'm a huge fan of peach, so it ended up being my favorite. We also ordered the pork baos, which were my daughter's favorite of the day. I tried the shrimp and chive bao. The flavor was really good, especially with the sauce, but I felt it was a little heavy on the green onion and didn't have as much shrimp as I expected. Overall though, the food is fun, the service is great, and the ambiance is always amazing. It's Disneyland--you really can't beat the atmosphere, even when it's crowded!

The perfect spot for a delicious pick me up treat when you're at the parks. Especially in hot weather, the original pineapple dole whip is refreshing, cooling, and the perfect bite of slightly tart, smooth creamy sweetness. Though I often gravitate towards the classic dole whip it is fun to change it up with their fun seasonal offerings from time to time. For those who seek a savory snack, they do offer lumpia and bao as well. There's a shaded seating area with tables for you to take rest your feet as you enjoy your treats. The one downside is the lines can get a bit long though it does move at a decent rate!

When in Disneyland, definitely need to get myself a pineapple dole whip! Pineapple dole is one of the most popular dessert in the park. Located in Adventureland. They have many seating. My boyfriend never had a dole whip so he was in for a treat. I got myself the pineapple upside down sundae as part of their 70th anniversary menu. The sundae consists of pineapple dole whip, caramel drizzle and pineapple upside-down cake, topped with a Maraschino Cherry. The sundae was huge. It is shareable. Pineapple dole was good as usual. Cake was a bit on the harder side. Caramel drizzle was on the sweeter side but a nice touch. Mobile order is not an option.

One of the treats I love to get at Disneyland is Dole whip. I usually get it at the Tiki Juice Bar but they were closing up when we got there. The employee suggested for us to go to the Tropical Hideaway to get our Dole Whip. There was a bit of a line but I was determined and to my surprise there were other flavors of Dole whip, like strawberry and peach or you can get it swirl. I just opted for the pineapple since that's my favorite! They have other snacks too like chips and drinks. There's also plenty of seating! It is located right at the exit of Indiana Jones ride!

Tried the dole whip and was happy to know they are gluten and dairy free! We got the peach and strawberry dole whip. It was quite delicious with strong peach flavor. We love it a lot . However the inside had a huge hole. If they are charging more than $7 each one, they shouldn't skip on that IMH! My hubby got the float with pineapple and strawberry. The pineapple flavor is quite sour to my taste but it's very refreshing if you like pineapple. I ordered another peach & strawberry since the first one was kinda small and this time, the gentleman gave us more ! There was still a hole inside but not as big. I hope they would not skim on that since $7 ish is not cheap for a frozen dessert

The Tropical Hideaway at Disneyland Park is such a cute, chill spot to take a break from the crowds. It feels like a little tropical escape and the seating area is super relaxing. The DOLE Whip is a must, especially the one with pineapple juice. It's refreshing, not too heavy, and perfect on a hot day Definitely order through the Disneyland app because the lines get long fast.

The Tropical Hideaway never disappoints with their specialty Dole Whips and Floats. This time Tropical Hideaway had their seasonal flavor of Pineapple and Peach. It was so good. It wasn't too sweet nor too tangy. It was the perfect balance of sweet and tart with some zest. On our next visit I would like to try the Peach Sundae. It's Dole Whip peach with caramel drizzle topped with streusel and a peach ring.

We did get lucky and got parking on the side street since someone right in front of us was leaving. The line does move quick though. They have 10 order stations. We got here 30 min before closing and were able to get our order in before they closed. The most popular item is the Joe Latti, which is vanilla ice cream with your choice of Italian ice flavor. We got to sample flavors before ordering as well. I ended up getting wild cherry and mango tango, which was a good combo. The mango was sweet, just the way I like it. My group all got a mix of flavors and everyone enjoyed their joe Latti as well. Customer service was great. They answered all our questions since it was our first time here. The place is always crowded, and there is limited seating and tables in front. We were lucky to get a table. There was also kids revving and speeding up and down the street, so just an FYI. It was really loud and distracting. I would go back here in a heartbeat over any place in sac.

Line was crazy long but it honestly moved super fast. Tried the peach mango flavor and cookie butter. I really appreciated how nice and helpful the workers were. The girl who helped us offered recommendations and let us sample a handful of flavors. Ultimately we decided to get a flight which included 4 flavors of kid sized scoops for $15. They had a "Brewed and Bold" offering as part of their seasonal menu so we decided to get the Black Sesame Cookies and Cream, Thai Tea Buttercrunch, Matchaberry Brownie, and their Hojicha Chip. The ice cream flavors were subtle but so delicious and refreshing. I can't wait to come back and try more of their flavors. Parking can be a bit tough depending on the time of day as it's in a busy plaza shared with other eateries, but thankfully we were able to snag a spot within a few minutes.

The ice cream here is honestly horrible. It is aggressively, tooth-achingly sweet--to the point where it feels like you're eating straight corn syrup. If you're looking for actual flavor, look elsewhere; this stuff just tastes like "diabetes in a cup." To make matters worse, the consistency is a mess. It melts way too fast, turning into a sugary soup before you can even get through half of it. I also made the mistake of buying a tub to take home once, only to realize the expiration date was incredibly soon. For the price they charge, you'd expect high-quality ingredients and a decent shelf life, but it just feels cheap and poorly made. Save your money and your health. I won't be coming back. PS. It's a blessing in disguise that they're currently closed because a car ran into their front store.

The service was disappointing, the guy who worked there seemed like he didn't care and it was just another job. No life to him and was just rude about asking the code for the bathroom. The mint and chip is basic. Nothing too much about it. My kids like it, so I got it. Average 3/5. The rose ice cream tasted like a rose, it was pretty good and very floral. The disappointing part is I was hoping the ice cream would be shaped like a rose as depicted on the picture. Nope, just a scoop and left it as is. 5/5 for taste and 0/5 for presentation. The milk and cereal one was actually pretty good. Especially with Frosted Flakes in it. It literally taste like cereal. 5/5. I would give it a higher star if the service complimented it and th presentation of the rose ice cream did.
