For context, this was a 4-hour deep clean for my one bedroom apartment that included baseboards, organizing, and even laundry. I have a shihpoo who demands a lot of attention, so keeping up with deep cleaning can sometimes get away from me. When I say they saved my life, I'm not exaggerating. Kizzy and Alice absolutely delivered. They cleaned my apartment top to bottom. Baseboards, surfaces, floors, everything. They even did my laundry which was such a huge help. I stepped out to run errands while they worked and came back about four hours later to an apartment that felt completely reset. The space looked amazing and felt so much lighter. Beyond the quality of the cleaning, they were also just lovely people. Polite, helpful, respectful of my space, and they even gave my dog some love while they were here. They took all the trash with them when they left which I really appreciated. From the quick scheduling with Alex to the incredible work from Kizzy and Alice, this was such a great experience. To the owner's credit, he was courteous and instructed his team to stay longer and clean whatever still needed attention after I called with concerns. I genuinely appreciated his willingness to accommodate me. Unfortunately, despite the extra time, my home still did not receive a deep clean. Appliances, cabinets, windowsills, bathroom fixtures, and other detailed areas remained dirty, and I spent the following day cleaning after the cleaners. I took photos immediately after they said the work was complete and shared them with the owner and asked them to come back and complete the items asked as they had just spend over an hour in the unit and these things weren't addressed. It took a while to get a response regarding my experience but the owner eventually reduced my invoice from 6.5 hours to 5 regular cleaning hours after seeing my photos, which I appreciated, but the quality of the work still didn't justify the cost. Hiring a cleaning company should save you time--not require you to supervise the work, ask them to redo it, and then clean it yourself afterward. While the owner was kind and professional throughout our conversations, the quality of the work simply did not meet expectations. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for move-in deep cleaning services or any cleaning services for that matter.

It's a sunken tile tub that had a few years of soap scum and hard water crud layered on. Abby and Fred worked diligently on it with serious tools, cleaners, elbow grease and patience on one of the hottest days of the year. It looks wonderful now. She came over with 2 enthusiastic and hard working staffers and they got to work right away. Very diligent and organized and they made enormous progress. By the mid-day, the garage was completely cleared out. I thought it would take 2 or 3 days at least as I had a ton of crap. They diligently removed everything, sorted it out and categorized what could be tossed, or recycled or donated or would stay. The owner of this business answered my call right away and was able to have three of his team members show up to my home in minutes. My entire kitchen was in shambles and I felt like there was a dark cloud looming over my that area every time I stepped in that room. My kitchen sink was backed up with grease water that looked like it belonged in a sewer. I had dishes piled up to the roof that hadn't been washed in months. My refrigerator looked like The Rocky Horror Picture Show and my stove was caked in bacon grease. The laminate tiles on the floor looked soiled and filthy. I felt hopeless about the appearance of my kitchen and needed a miracle from the Lord almighty to bring my poor kitchen back to life again. The team of "True Maids" went in head first with no fear and transformed my cursed Cocina into my Culinary Heaven, one that any Chef would be proud to create in. The owner of this business has values and honor, as it shows with his young son becoming a Commissioned officer in the National Guard and pursuing great challenges and responsibilities when he transfers over the the Air Force. The reviews here are bogus. Here's how Manolo works. You text him. He calls you back. Tells you it's him and his wife who come to your home to clean and they bring all their own cleaning equipment and products. You need not worry about anything. He asks about your house [number of rooms, bathrooms, etc] and then he tells you it will be X amount of dollars and take them 2-3 hours. In my case, $100.00. This seemed steep to me considering I only have a one bedroom but I agreed to the price since I had just moved out of my place and would need to do a walk through with my landlord in order to try and get my deposit back. What happens next... You receive a call from a 3rd party the night before Manolo and his wife are to show up. This person is a woman who tells you Manolo asked her to come to your house in the morning and she needs to know the size of your house to give you a price for the job. In my case, I told this woman I already arranged for Manolo and his wife to come for $100.00. She explained to me Manolo asked her to come instead and based on what I described to her about my place she would be charging $300.00 THIS IS A SCAM. This Manolo guy is a crook. BEWARE. read more

I contacted Peter during the COVD-19 quarantine to come sanitize my father-in-laws home. We needed to have the house completely cleaned from top to bottom along with special sanitization request. Wasn't an easy situation for me and they're completely understanding. I was surprised they could get a crew together in such short notice. 1 business day after speaking with him there was a crew of 4 sent right over in the morning. Upon arrival they were all wearing masks and gloves. I didn't even have to ask. I pointed out specific areas that concerned me and where I knew we would need additional attention. I left them to it and ran to and from my house. They worked so hard (literally hands & knees scrubbing) and left the house immaculate. Manny & Iris are the BEST! We have used them for almost 5 years and have had then follow us on various moves. They are reliable and 100% trustworthy. I don't worry about a thing when they are in my home alone. And the price is right! They clean everything top to bottom (even fridge shelves and drawers, inside toaster oven, oven ,etc). Susana and Jenny arrived right on time, did a walk-through with me to see if I had any special concerns/requests, and then got right to work. They did an outstanding job (and that's coming from a very Type A personality!) and could not have been friendlier/more professional. They came on time, got started and finished in a little over 4 hours. They cleaned my place so well that my landlord asked if I ever lived in the apartment. They really cleaned every nook and cranny from my microwave, stove, and the refrigerator. The bathroom was so cleaned. Honestly, these ladies did a spectacular job and will definitely be requesting their services again.
