Super cute vibe, like a country Italian kitchen and the ingredients are all real food not filler and junk, and you can definitely tell. No weird aftertaste in the sorbet like some places. So far I have been to 3 locations, yes I have a problem, leave me alone. And every place I have been to the staff have been incredible, generous, kind, and seem very happy to work there. The friendly staff is noticeable and very much adds to the overall experience. One thing to note, not all locations have the same flavors so if you're not willing to explore it's worth a quick call to see if they have your favorite on hand that day :).

They got a variety of ice creams, some common ones but also some new ones. This is the first place I ever had a chance to try the espresso ice cream, which is ice cream with a shot of espresso, and it was delicious, especially as a coffee lover and ice cream lover. Kids devoured all their ice cream, which is rare for them to do. They also serve food here, which we did not get to try but is good to know is an option. They have tables everywhere and a fountain machine and some unique teas I got to try, like their lavender tea! This was beautiful and so amazing.
